Quirk: Her powers are like a voodoo doll. If she has a item of a person, she activates her quirk and whatever she does that person will do. It does put herself in danger and causes harm to herself, but whatever keeps the villain down she will do.

Weakness: Her powers are best under moonlight, they can still work at day but isn't as strong, and she can only use her quirk on one person at a time

Backstory: Victoria isn't from Japan, she's actually from the US, Louisiana to be exact. Her parents are witch doctors as Victoria grew up in the Bayou. Victoria moved to Japan to attend UA high school, she's staying with her aunt who has lived in Japan since Victoria was a child.

Extra: Victoria uses a cane and cards. The cane is more of a weapon, but it's just for looks mostly. She also uses cards, but these aren't ordinary cards. Given to her by her grandma these cards can summon shadow figures.
