Frost is normally a very calm, patient and sophisticated person no matter her species. Many times if anything inappropriate is said to or towards her she will shrug off as an innocent joke. Her mind is pure and she intends to keep it that way, unfortunately that doesn't make her immune to manipulation and/or hypnosis. She has a strong will and is willing to help anyone she thinks deserves her aid, friend or foe. Violence is something she's not fond of and will always try to come of a quick way around the matter. In other words, she is known as a pacifist. Of course, this is not always true, especially when she's extremely aggravated which is very rare. It's best not to test that theory though.

Backstory
When the world of Mirgor was first created by three powerful dragon sisters, Frost and 7 others were created from magic for one purpose; to pass down the secrets of their given elements. At the time they weren't immortal and they passed away, one by one either from battle or old age. Frost died from a fight with Igneous, the Fire Elemental. After that, all of them were reborn but not entirely brought back to life. Their creators, Mysterion and Ineida, could only make it seem like they were alive once more by creating life crystals which preserved their life energy.
A few years after the rebirth, Frost wanted to change from her previous way. She didn't want to fight anymore and she quit training youngsters the art of wielding ice. She travelled far until she stumbled upon a village in a fairly peaceful and very beautiful area. The village was small at the time but as time passed and the village too, so did she. The life crystal she received also allowed her to shift into a humane body and she used that instead of her terrifying dragons form.
She taught herself herbology and all about healing without using magic or barely using any. So time continued passing and her skills developed, but she still stayed as young as ever. Every now and then she had to return to the Dragon Sanctuary where she was born and refill her crystal with power before returning to the village of Angel Falls.
Lastly, she played a great part in the development of rare plants and healing herbs, that's why she knows exactly where to find every single type of plant life.

Other
She is barely alive, only having a life crystal around her neck which preserves her life force and keeps her from dying and fading away. Nobody knows she's a spirit. If she loses or breaks her crystal, she will fade away into nothing.
She also cannot have children although really wants to.
