Backstory: 

Kai Reyes Born Out From The Planet Byss. Byss was a mythic paradise world enshrouded in the dark side of the Force, located within the isolated and nearly inaccessible Deep Galactic Core. 

Kai Didn't Know Who His Parents Was Nor His Past. All He Knew That He Was Raised By An Imperial Male Low Officer. The Officer Was From The Officer Academy.  As He Grows In His Teen Years, Kai Sneaks Into The Officer Academy To See What They Are Doing. He Uses Ventilation Systems To Get Pass Security. Once, He Wandered To A Learning Room Seeing Students Learning On How To Be A Navy Officer. Kai Peeks His Interest On The Navy As He Dreams On Becoming One In The Near Future. 

Skipping Towards Teenage Years, Kai Enrolled On The Officer Academy He Once Sneak In. He Got In The Academy After Three(3) Attempts. He Was Now An Ensign, Lowest Of The Imperial Navy Ranks. His Dream Was To Be A Captain So He Pursued This Dream Of His And Worked Hard. 

Inside The Academy, On His First Class He Was Tasked To Do A Simulation Where He Interrogate's A Prisoner. He Was The Sixteenth Member In His Class So He Goes At Sixteenth. The Interrogation Simulation Has Limited Time To Do It Successfully. In His Class, There Was Eighteen(18) Different In Species Ranging To Human To Humanoid And Some Aliens. 

Some Successfully Finished The Simulation With A Few Seconds To Spare And A Lot Failed. With This, He Took Precise Noting On Doing Different Interrogation Styles Such As Physical Or Mental. He Chose Both. Once His Turn, He Walks In The Simulation And Began To Interrogate. His Speech And Way Of Interrogation Shocked Almost Of The Class And Some Of The Agent's Inside. Nevertheless, He Was Done With A Minute And Thirty(30) Seconds To Spare. 

The Teacher Of The Class Was Impressed Along With Some Of The Agents Inside That Was Overseeing The Simulation. At The End Of The Class, He Passed The Simulation. A Lot Of His Classmates Grew To Friend Him And A Lot Talked Trash Saying That It Was Rigged Or Bias. He Didn't Care Nor Didn't Talk Back. 

Day In And Day Out, In Class Or Outside, He Studied And Studied. He Sometimes Asked Other Imperial High Ranking Officers Or His Peers For Some Advice. A Few Weeks Later, An Accident Happen. Kai Was Going To His Next Class But Was Blocked By Three(3) Of His Classmates Who Weren't Happy That He Always Passed. Kai Didn't Want To Fight Them Nor Harm Them. The Three(3) Thought Otherwise And Began To Beat Him Up. For Thirty(30) Seconds He Got Beaten Up But Was Stopped By Two Stormtrooper Guards That Were Roaming Around Dispersing The Three(3). Kai Suffered A Lot Of Bruises And Some Cuts Near His Eye And Forehead. The Two Stormtroopers Helped Him Up And Ask If He Needs To Go To The Medical Bay. He Replied "N-No...I Wi-Will Prove Myself On-One Day.". With That The Two Stormtroopers Just Helped Him Up And Walked Away. 

Kai Swore To Himself That At The End Of The Day, Broken Or Whole, He Will Not Give Up. His Motivation Was The Beating Making Him More Passionate About His Dream. The Same Day, He Walks To His Class Broken With A Lot Of Bruises. The Teacher Asked On Why He Has A Lot Of Bruises. He Replied That He Fell Down The Stairs. The Teacher Confused Not Believing To His Reply But Just Nodded. 

For Years, He Studied, Got Beat Up, And Studied. Although The Hardships, He Didn't Give Up. It Was Year 4 And His Knowledge Will Be Put To The Test. One Of The Imperial High Command Officer Specifically, Fleet Admiral Jok Donassius Was Overseeing This. The Task Was To Be In A Simulation Where The Student Is In The Bridge Of An Imperial I-Class Star Destroyer That Was Heavily Damaged With Only Two(2) Working Engines, Broken Hyperdrive, One(1) Working Shield Generator, Broken Hanger Bay, And Half Of The Armament Is Damaged Whilst Having A Rebel Strike Force Attacking.  It Was The Test To Be Tested Under Pressure. 

Only A Few Passed, Some Barely Passed But Was Failed At The End, A Lot Failed. The Test Was Impossible To Finish As It Was Set To Let You Fail. It Was Now Kai's Turn. He Got In The Simulation. He Was Inside The Bridge Of The Damaged Star Destroyer. Inside, A Lot Of Officers Tried To Fix And Repair. Some Panicking And Some Asking Him What To Do. Kai Quickly Thought Of A Plan And He Thought Good. He Commanded The Operator Gun Crew To Convert The Power Of The Broken Armament And All Of The Useless Tech To Shield. He Told The Officers To Seal The Hanger Doors And Evacuate The Personnel Inside To Treat Or To Help. Kai Told The Repair Crew To Repair The Repairable. All Did Their Part And Listened To Him. 

Then, Two(2) Squadrons Of X-Wings Began To Fly Near Them. He Told The Gun Operators To Take Precise Shots. The Operators Tried To Do This Shots And Successfully Taken Out Some Of The Starfighters But Some Got Through Dealing Hard Damage But Was Lessen Due To The Shield Generator Going Up Slowly. 

Outside, The Class Was Shock That He Lasted This Long. Some Of The Officers Handling The Simulations Were To. Jok Donassius Was Impressed To Kai Continuing To Fight Off The Impossible Simulation And Unwinnable Battle But Was Determined. As The Gun Operators Shoot Off X-Wings, The Shield Continues To Rise Up Sometimes Falling Down Due To The Damages From The X-Wings. One Officer Told Him That All Of The Personnel In The Hanger Bays Were Evacuated And Now Treated. Kai Acknowledged And Continues To Give Orders Calmly Sometimes Shouting Releasing The Anger Inside Due To The Beating. 

Kai Now Hits The Ten(10) Minute Mark Surviving This. The Class And Jok Donassius Is Shock. The Officers Handling The Simulation Asked The Lead One If They Should Stop. The Lead Officer Nodded And Stopped The Simulation. Kai Confused Thought He Failed The Simulation. The Lead Officer Told Him To Leave The Simulation. Kai Obliged And Got Out. As He Got Out, The Class Was Still Shock As He Was Confused On Why. Jok Donassius Is Also There Looking At Him. Kai Flinched And Looks Up At Him Greeting Him In Respect. Jok Greeted Back In Respect And Told Him That He Was A Worthy Student Due To His Abilities Not To Break Under Pressure. He Also Told Him If He Became A Captain He Will Bring Motivation And Strength Under The Empire. He Claps At Him As Some Of The Class Clapped As Well. Due To This, He Got Motivated Even More To Pass And To Become A Captain Or Even Better, An Admiral Of His Fleet. 

Now In Year 9, Six Years Later From Year 3, Kai Is Now A Senior Liutenant Officer. He Is Now Stationed Inside Of An Imperial I-Class Star Destroyer But Still Above Byss As Planetary Defense. He Was Operating As A Com-link Operative. Still Not Captain He Was Happy Just To Be Inside One Of A Star Destroyer. It Was His Third(3rd) Month Inside Of The ISD As His Fellow Officers Welcomed Him. 

One Day, Afternoon, He Was Sitting Down By His Station When The Captain Walked In And Went To Him. Shock He Looks Over To Him Greeting Him In Respect. The Captain Greeted Back And Asked Kai If They Could Talk Privately. Still Shock, Kai Accepted. The Captain Leads Kai To His Quarters. Once Inside, The Captain Locks The Door As Kai Raises A Brow In Confusion On Why He Did It. The Captain Told Him That Rumors Said That A Duo Of Imperial Officers Wanted To K*** Him.

Kai Was Confused On Why A Duo Of Imperials Wanted To K*** Him. The Captain Then Asked For His Help To Uncover This Due To Having His Background As A Interrogator. Kai Took A Few Minutes To Respond But Said That He Will Help Him. The Captain Nodded And Goes Out With Kai. 

The Second(2nd) Day, Year 3, Kai, Who Was Now Working As A Com-Link Operative Now Added To Uncover The Rumors. He Was Slowly Uncovering This Rumor When A Duo Of Officers Went In All Low Ranking. They Were Whispering About Something Thought Kai Who They Thought Just Working On His Station. Soon The Duo Dispersed As One Of Them Sat Behind Him. Everyone Went Silent As The Captain Went Inside. Kai Noticed This As Well And Glances At One Of The Members Of The Group Who Appears To Be Holding Something. He Noticed This As Well And Began To Think For The Safety Of The Captain. The Captain Goes Over To His Post Before The Officer Behind Him Got Up From His Station And Faced The Captain.

The Officer Asked If He Would Like To Announce Something. The Captain Confused Lets Him. The Officer Smirks At This And Pulls Out A SE-14r Light Repeating Blaster Aiming At The Captain. The Captain Gasped As Kai Acted Quick As He Knew The Officer Will Shoot Him. So Kai Pushes His Seat Backwards Knocking The Officer Hitting The Side As He Grunted. The Captain Watched This As Kai Tried To Subdue The Officer. Another Minute Later, Another Officer Got Up And Pulled Out The Same Blaster Pistol Aimed At The Captain. Another Officer Pointed A Blaster Pistol At The Officer Who Pointed At The Captain. Kai Managed To Knock Out The Previous Officer And Grabs A Hold Of The Repeating Blaster. 

All Confused Some Aren't Began To Panic. The Officer Who Pointed At The Captain Shoots But Missed Making The Captain Duck To Cover. Soon The Officer Who Pointed At The Officer Who Was Pointing At The Captain Shoots Stun At Him. The Officer Got Stunned And Knock Out. 

Few Hours Later, The Duo Of Officers That Wanted To K*** Him Were Arrested By Stormtroopers. The Captain Thanked Him For The Help. Kai Replied That It Was No Problem. Soon Kai Went On With His Day. Another Few Hours Later, An Unexpected Visitor Came In. All Were Shock To See Yularen Along With Two ISB Agents And Fleet Admiral Jok Donassius. 

The Captain Saluted Him And Asked Them If Why They Were Here. Yularen Replied And Ask If There Is A Name Here Called Kai Reyes. Kai Got Up And Saluted Greeting And Introducing His Name. Yularen Then Said That He Needs To Come With Them. Kai Asked If He Was In Trouble. Yularen Explained Due To His Background And Experience He Commented About Him Being A Good Captain. Jok Donassius Also Explained That The Simulation From Before Impressed Other Upcoming Captains And Admirals. He Also Vouched Him From Imperial High Command.  Yularen Also Said That He Was To Transfer To An Officer Academy In A Nearby Planet. Kai Was Shock To Hear This. He Didn't Gloat Or Boast But Just Accepted It. 

Kai Got Off From His Station And Went To Them. The Captain Congratulated Him As Kai Thanked Him. Soon He Says Goodbye To Others And Joined Yularen, Two ISB Agents And Jok Donassius. 

A Year Later, Year 10, Kai Is Now Becoming A Captain. It Was The Finals In The Officer Academy And He Was About To Pass. The Finals Came And Went By. In His Class Were 10 Others Going To Becoming A Captain. Only Three(3) Including Kai Himself. When He Passed He Celebrated But Not Much. 

A Few Weeks Later, He Was Now Transferring To Kuat Drive Yards To Get His Very Own Imperial Class Star Destroyer. Once There, He Looks Over Thousands Of Star Destroyers Of Each Classes Being Built. As He Remembers, Jok Donassius Vouched For Him So He Chose... An Imperial-II Class Star Destroyer. 

Another Weeks Later, Kai Is Now A Captain Of His Own Star Destroyer. He Treated Everyone Fairly. Kai Introduced Himself To The Officers, Enlisted Crew, And Stormtroopers. He Explained That He Treats Everyone Fairly. If Someone Is Injured They Go To The Medical Bay. If Someone Needs Help Approach Him/Her. All Listened And Hoped That He Keeps His Word. 

Another Weeks Later, He Is Now Stationed Above Bilbringi. A Planet Asteroid With A Capital Shipyard Stationed Above It Along With A Golan II Platform. With Him, A Small Fleet Consisting Of Another Imperial II-Class Star Destroyer, Three(3) Arquitens-Class Command Cruisers And A Command Venator-Class Star Destroyer. They Were To Blockade And Protect The Shipyards That Can Produce More And More Capital Ships. 

It Was Just A Normal Day But There Was Many Unidentified Ships. As They Prepare, The Unidentified Ships Hyperspaced In. A Fleet Consisted Of Old Clone Wars Technology And Mandolorian Ones. 

Kai Ordered To Release All Of Their TIE Fighters And Prepare The Gun Operators. They Did What Was Told. As The Fleet Slowly Moved In, It Also Release Their Starfighters. Due To This, Kai Ordered The Squadrons Of TIE/ln Space Superiority Starfighters To Stay Tight In Formation, Never Panic Under Pressure And Protect The TIE/sa Bombers. He Ordered The Squadrons Of The TIE/IN Interceptors To Pick Off Starfighters One By One. He Also Ordered The TIE/sa Bombers To Stay Tight In Formation And Focus On Bombarding Enemy Ships. They Agreed And Waited. 

Once Near, All Starfighters Are Mobilized As Well As The Golan II, And The Other Ships Near. Soon, The Battle For Air Superiority Began. On Kai's Starfighters, They Did Their Best To Do Their Part And In Result, They Pick Off Starfighters, Protecting One Another And Soon Enough Cleared A Small Opening For Their Bombers And TIE Fighters To Do Strafing. The Bombers Along With Escort From The TIE Fighters, Began To Strafe Their Designation Targets. Soon Enough, The Unidentified Fleet Began To Receive Heavy Damage From Both Starfighters And Turbolasers Of The Blockading Fleet.

Achieving Starfighter Superiority, The Blockading Fleet Began To Counter-Attack The Invading Fleet Using Broadsides And Starfighter Superiority. Almost All Of The Invading Fleet Were Destroyed. Intel Later Reports That The Ships Used Were Mostly Clone Wars Technology Including Two(2) Venator-Class Star Destroyers, A Munificent-Class Star Frigate, And A Kandosii-Type Dreadnought. Only A Handful Of Starfighters Got Away And The Rest Captured. 

The Crew Of Kai's Destroyer Congratulated Him On His Success In Leading Them, Defeating The Invading Fleet And More. Kai Accepts It And Just Smiled. The Leader Of The Planet Congratulated Him As Well In Leading His Fellow Officers And More. 

Few Years Later, Kai Has A Lot Of Successful Missions Mostly Around His Sector. He Defended Another Attack From Bilbringi, Taken Out Black Sun Control From Adumar, Ord Mantell, Ilum And Aeten II Linking All Towards Another Shipyard Planet Called Yaga Minor With The Help Of Another Fleet. Another Mission Is Were He And The Fleet Was Tasked To Retake Muunilist And Bastion From Rebel Control And Kalee From Black Sun Control. 

Kai Was Successful In Almost All Of The Missions Except Capturing And Subduing Jan Dodonna. That's Right, He Almost Captured Dodonna On Muunilist But Was A Second To Late. On Successful Parts Of His Campaign, He Retaken The Planets Of Ilum, Adumar, Aeten II, Ord Mantell, Yaga Minor, Muunilinst, Mygeeto, Kalee, Bastion And Dantooine From Both And Mixed Rebel And Black Sun Presence Linking The Passage Way To The Corporate Sector Authority . It Took Him 3 And A Half Years To Accomplish This But Nevertheless A Job Well Done. 

Due To This, He Is Now Appointed Commander With A Small Task Force Under Him. That Of Composed Of Three(3) Arquitens-Class Light Cruisers, Two(2) Ton-Falk Escort Carriers And Two(2) Command Venator-Class Star Destroyers W/ Built In Beams. Captain Kai Or Commander Kai Is Now Tasked To Protect The Northern Section From The Black Sun Or From The Rebellion. His Primarily Stationed At Yaga Minor Which Was A Capital Shipyard Production. Mygeeto Is A Frigate Shipyard As Well As A Extension For Both Advance Cruisers And Starfighters.
