"I don't want to be alone anymore... but I'm terrified."

Scenario One:
The neighbour is young, successful and just amazing. There's just one problem... who's that little girl that lives with him?
(You can be him or his love interest)

Scenario Two:
You have a daughter who's father vanished before she was born, you know she longs for a father and wish she could be happier. But now she's found a sudden interest in the dangerously mysterious neighbour who likes to keep to himself; should you let your little one be around this guy who could very well be a murderer or something, or should you keep her away? And how?

Scenario Three:
Make it up.
