Anomaly information:

SCP-5944 is resistant to all attacks using energy but , as a direct result of this, all guards assigned to contain this SCP can only use non lethal chemical methods. Due to his abilities, SCP-5944 may have applications in energy and scientific research if he is ever reclassified as safe. SCP-5944 has also demonstrated the ability to absorb what he describes as 'temporal energy'. This energy appears to be directly linked to time itself, though SCP 5944 can do very little with it, stopping it for what he describes as a few seconds and only speeding or slowing it by a gradual amount. This energy appears to be much harder for him to use because of these heavy limits.

Often mute, 'Joe' was found absorbing electricity from the national grid, he was also seen to be able to send this electricity as an attack when provoked, as a result the foundation had no choice but to negotiate for his safe containment

SCP 5944 has the appearance of a normal 17-18 year old boy, he has brown hair and brown eyes however the appearance can be altered based on what energy is absorbed. SCP 5944 has denied standard clothings and instead wears a tracksuit bottoms and casual t shirt that seems to be resistant to his powers.

He seems to resist most cognitive abilities demonstrated by other SCPS as a side effect of his energy absorbing abilities, as a result, he is the only male capable of interacting with such items as SCP 166 or any that are a cognitive hazard
