Joe's appearance consists of a fairly casual tracksuit bottoms and shirt with trainers. He has brown hair and yellow eyes. He wears a basic black suit and tie with white shirt when at a formal event, usually turning something into a rose to wear in the front pocket.

Abilities
Joe's main ability is to give life to inanimate objects through touch. This allows him to grow plants out of the ground, turn small objects into animals of a similar size, heal wounds and stun his enemies by overloading them with life energy. He can also conduct this energy along conductive substances such as metal or water.

Love Interest
Joe's love interest is Charlie Magne, the second love interest is Vaggie if the former is taken.

Backstory
Joe keeps quiet about his life on Earth, though he was involved with a gang at one point, the crimes he committed were mostly theft, though the day he died and was sent to hell was the same day he killed someone for the first time.

Personality
Joe's a standoffish and sarcastic individual towards people he doesn't know personally, caring not for reputations or rank. Utterly focused on his own goals, Joe keeps to himself, keeping a small garden to one side of the Hotel. Naturally if anybody ruins it, he immediately goes to murder them. This attachment to the plants he grows is unexplained.
