He is something of a foil for his closest friend and love interest, Ms Marvel, whereas she is more outgoing and expressive, he is more careful and introverted, despite attempts from the mentioned close friend to break him out of this shell.

Joe, despite his standoffish nature, maintains a good heart, with something of a soft spot for animals. He initially is reluctant to use his abilities to his full potential, which somewhat handicaps his growth. He can be quite stubborn once his mind is set on something.

нιѕтory»  Joe was born in Scotland, though was present in San Francisco during A Day, an event which resulted in his new abilities. These abilities didn't manifest until he was a little older.

Joe continued with his life with these abilities laying dormant, later moving to New Jersey and meeting a young girl of the same age by the name of Kamala Khan. The two were near polar opposites to one another, though despite this, the latter kept pursuing friendship, though was somewhat unsuccessful until she spotted Joe picking up a stray puppy on the ground in an alley and striking up a conversation about animals with the boy after a moment or two of watching him try to help this dog, which he later decided to keep.

Just before the events of the game, Joe's powers started to manifest, two ghost like arms appearing. Joe was convinced he had been possessed and as a result had kept himself isolated in his room. He later unwittingly became a fugitive after meeting Kamala in Heroes park, a place he frequented to clear his head due to its isolated nature.

powers/Sĸιllѕ» Joe's Inhuman ability is to create a ghostly, almost angelic like figure, this angel allows him to fly and can move faster than a speeding bullet. It can also exert enough force to break diamond at its peak. The spirit itself is also durable enough to shield Joe from bullets and explosions, though the latter can cause damage.

The main limit of this ability is concentration and inexperience. While Joe can overcome the former. He still suffers from inexperience, having really summoned more than merely the arms and on occasion, the torso and head. The strength and durability is reduced, the less of the 'guardian' is created, though speed is unaffected.

strengths»  At full experience and strength, Joe's ability gives him incredible power, strength and durability. His ability allowing movement at vast speeds. Joe is also intelligent, using his brain more so than his brawn when in a fight.

weaknesses» Joe is very inexperienced and can't create much more than two arms without some prior concentration. The guardian cannot appear more than 3 metres from Joe, limiting range severely.

equipment» Joe carries little in the way of equipment aside a communicator.
