RP Backstory: You and Casey have been archenemies for years. You've fought time and time again, both sides losing and winning. He captured you, hurt you, tortured you, and nearly killed you more times then you remember. You've beat him up and put him in jail enough times, too, but he always got away. Six months ago all of his criminal activity went quiet, and you haven't seen him since.

Species: Human
Powers: Can run as fast as a car, enhanced strength, enhanced senses, can turn almost invisible.
Personality: Casey is cold, distant, and arrogant. He can have an incredibly dark and dry humour, and doesn't take shit from anyone. He always thinks down on people and will always believe he is the smartest person in the room. He has very little regard for human life, or animal life, for that matter. He acts bored all the time, as if the people around him are too stupid and not worth his time. He can be an incredible grump if you get to know him. Good luck with that, though.
Appearance: Media. A good 6' foot with decent muscles, not that he needs them with his strength. Paralyzed from the waist down.
Skills: He's a good fighter... Or was. He is clever and manipulative, and can essentially get anyone to do his bidding. He is smart and can make intricate plans and set them in motion. Has good connections.
Flaws: He can no longer really fight, run, jump, climb... Nothing physical, really. Even his invisibility is nullified because his chair doesn't disappear. He doesn't trust anyone and cares about no one but himself.
Backstory: Casey grew up in a poor family in the slums of the city. His parents were never home and he was mainly alone. He began to commit crimes to help put food on the table, and his parents didn't mind. But he soon realized he didn't want them to get the profits from his hard work, so he ran away. Some time later he was sneaking into a laboratory to see what he could find in the way of valuables when he knocked into a vat of chemicals. And thus, he gained his powers. His criminal activity escalated from mere thievery to murders and just about anything. That all changed when he was one day running cross country. It was small, a stupid mistake... But he veered off a bridge into canyon, and broke his back. He was found by hikers and luckily survived, but at a high price. He went into hiding, no longer able to do what he could do before.

•Again, conflict. Don't just walk in there are try to becomes friends. This guy nearly killed you and put you through hell, you can't suddenly be all friendly.

Scenario: After the disappearance of your enemy Ghost you have begun searching for him, worried about any tricks he has up his sleeve. You tracked him for months, and finally narrowed his location down to a loft in the city. An odd place for him to be... You approach the door to the loft, ready to take this villain down, and bust open the door. The first thing you see is Casey sitting beside a table... In a wheelchair.
