Personality: On the outside she's shy, respectful, meek and proper. She acts like a proper lady and knows just how to conduct herself. Inside she's adventurous and thrill-seeking, but she can't really show people outwardly.
Appearance: Media, her eyes are blue though. Usually wears very proper fire nation clothing.
Skills: She's a good listener, which may seem like such a cop-out skill. But, she's just a quiet noble girl, and people rarely notice her. So... she hears a lot of things. She also knows proper court etiquette by heart, and knows how to play a variety of instruments as well as sing. She's goid at math and history, on top of it all.
Flaws: She is too quiet and soft-spoken, and very rarely stands up for herself. She's used to being a wallflower, so she kind of stays in solitude. She also has no control over her waterbending as she's never had a teacher.
Backstory: Bara was the daughter of a higher ranked fire nation noble. He was an ambassador and travelled all around the world. When visiting the northern water tribe he met a woman and they fell in love. She travelled with him back to the fire nation and soon they had a child, Bara. A few years later her mother took ill and died. Now Bara is stuck in the fire nation capital feeling like she's in a cage.
Requirements: You should have some grasp on Avatar: The last Airbender. You can't be from the fire nation and have to be an assistant to a different nation's ambassador.
Scenario: It is the middle of the Hundred Year War, and tentions are high as ever. You are an assistant to a different nation's ambassador, and are visiting the fire nation for negotiations. It's dangerous enough for you to be here, knowing the Fire Lord could snap at any moment and have you executed. But for now you're treated well. One day you're at a diplomatic party filled with nobles. You inch to the back of the room in the hope of not being noticed, and find a girl already sitting alone against the wall.
