Born Kaldavia Alyxandris Mariette Farraday, this princess was well equipped to play the part of one true ruler over Gilramore; a land of abundant nature, beauty, and oddities. At birth, she'd been sworn in to her duty to protect the realm from night dwelling creatures - demons that threatened the holy word of the land. Although, her blood was deemed too precious to join in the fight herself, she as a good future queen would fund and support any witchers (magical being extermination/control/mediation) or demon hunters that also swore to keep civilians safe, all while remaining a pretty figure head of 'peace'. it was tradition and destiny, and both were hers...but it seemed that a different fate would come to intervene.

After an assassination attempt on her life at the age of 10 by a mysterious and dark being, Kaldavia was lovingly sent into hiding by her mother and father, the king and queen. Not even would they know her whereabouts, as it could never be safe, and she was given to a school/orphanage to grow up as "Celia". Unfortunately without another heir, a new queen arose...Celia's cousin, Merith, aided by her father Guldan. The pair colluded with the dark spirits- unknowing to the people of Gilramore. A false sense of being forgotten or unwanted became of Celia, and although she missed her family very much, she left her old and royal life behind her in a bitter way. Not to mention that the stress and shock of the major change had warped some of her memories...

But, as predetermined fate would have it, she still joined the good fight against the demons and devils who plagued townsfolk as a demon hunter. She lives about as normal a life as any other, and nobody who she comes into contact with would even fathom that she was once their princess. Now, she was a gritty and skilled hunter, working off of the dime of the very people who'd abandoned her. Though, witcher pay had lessened over time, and it's remains harder to make a living.

Unknown to Celia or anyone else in the kingdom, Merith and Guldan are planning something dastardly...to rule the kingdom through the underworld, and abolish all demon hunters to obtain ultimate dark power and devious minions. Celia's parents live, with a child who is her sibling, under the constant watch and control of their despicable family. And while now would be the time to return and challenge her cousin, Celia is all too unaware, or perhaps...even unwilling to leave her life behind her.

x Personality x

Celia is a little rough around the edges - not exactly what you'd picture of a prim and proper princess, not that she's considered herself as such in quite some time. She's not afraid of blood, guts, and gore, because let's face it; when you're facing off with a demonic creature, things can get a little bit messy. It's often that she has a little dirt under her nails - she enjoys a grog with friends at the local pub and is known to get a little silly under the influence, maybe even pick a fight. She's as skilled with a sword as any man, hers being dubbed with the name "Kismet", meaning divine fate. She isn't the sort to shy away or back down when conflict arises, and she can be quite sarcastic when it pleases her. She definitely looks as herself as more of an anti-hero. She'll stick up for the little guy, all while making the aggressor feel like a worm rather than seeing the error of their ways. She's gritty, bold, and ballsy, all wrapped up in a woman's form where you might least expect it. But she's content with who she is, and in deep thought, she wonders how in the world she ever would have made it as a princess is frilly frocks suitable for children, and smiling like a lunatic all the damn time.

x Scenario 1 x:

Where Celia's character was once a princess, your character was once a prince - but of a different sorts; because in this story, nothing is quite as it seems. So the prince of what you ask? Why, the underworld, of course. It's his very own father, Hades, who's conspired with the new princess Merith and her father Guldan to rule the worlds under and above in harmony, favoring the dark over the light. In fact, your character is betrothed to such princess by the bond of a blood pact. By fulfilling his prophecy, then and only then, he'll become the one true demon king with the ultimate power of his father. Alas, much like the human - realm's one true princess, your oc is hellbent on escaping their fate. As merely a cambion (demi - demon, half demon/half human) and also the son of Antigone (An-TIG-oh-nee), a fierce and independent female warrior who's name strikes fear and admiration in the hearts of many), his path has been conflicted since birth. And now, your oc has righteously decided on the path of virtue, seeking out Celia to reclaim her title as queen and break the cycle of pure destruction - before it's too late.

x Scenario 2 x:

Your oc is a knight of the round table - a true patriot who loves their kingdom and people who live in it. Who has taken a solemn vow to protect it...as a child, your character has grown with Kaldavia (Celia) and also Merith as friends....but as the kingdom slips further and further into disarray, your oc is becoming wary of the future to come. Once being told by Merith and Guldan that Kaldavia and the king and queen had perished, you'd lost hope that peace would come back into order. But when a rumor surfaced that the one true princess did in fact live, you thought it might at least be a good shot to check it out...and convince her to return to claim her seat on the throne.
