4. (Season 4) While being left alone to himself in his flat without John, Sherlock overdoses quite a few times and ends up in the hospital each time. Once he lands himself in a coma, wakes up a few days after, and sees Moriarty alive and well in a chair in his hospital room.

5. Sherlock attends a Masquerade for the benefit of a case and dances around anonymously with people. He unexpectedly ends up dancing with Moriarty, and even though he recognized him right away, he didn't say a thing about it to avoid causing a scene.
