Backstory: When her parents got divorced, her dad became a drunk and was unfit to parent her. She was young, only 6 when she moved in with her mom. Soon after, they moved to Forks, but her mom had been mauled by an animal, that she suspects was a wolf, so she hates the animal. Since her mom died, she won't talk to anyone but Jasper. Rarely will she answer to other people. The teachers don't even call on her in classes anymore.
