Personality: Santiago is shameless, first and foremost. He has a general distaste on principle for anything that's considered socially acceptable and takes pride in his ability to scandalize just about anyone. Along with that, he's also quite sarcastic--one might even say sassy--and he always seems to have some sort of snippy response prepared for any given situation. He's incredibly confrontational too, even when he's on his best behavior. It seems like he makes a game of seeing how much anarchy he can cause at one time. He is capable of seriousness, though those occasions are few and far between--normally involving life and death, and he'll deny any such behavior after the fact. After all, he does have a reputation to keep up.

Likes: Chaos of course, and the usual pirate affinity for looting and pillaging. Santiago also grew up learning to sword fight. But he's very fond of books too; he spends the majority of the free time he has reading (stolen) books. He finds learning in general to be enjoyable and takes just about any opportunity he can to gain experience doing something he's never tried.

Dislikes: He doesn't like to be regulated in any way and of course he has a dislike for law enforcement. He isn't very fond of birds either--it's not a fear or anything, just that he doesn't get along with them at all. He also doesn't wear shoes when he can get away with it. Although he can recognize when they're necessary, he prefers to be bare-footed the majority of the time. But otherwise he's actually weirdly amicable towards most things.
