Moon: Write his number down.

Luke: Okay, but text. He hates talking on the phone. 

Moon: Oh for sure, same.

Kai: I prevented murder today.

Chase: Really? How did you do that? 

Kai: Self control.

Kai: Chase won't come out of the room.

Abby, without missing a beat: Just say something wrong

Kai: Like what? 

Shintaro, not even looking up from his book: Anything factually incorrect. 

Chase, a few moments later: Did I just hear you say that the sun is a freaking planet-

Amy: Do you think different paints have different tastes?

Chase: They do

Amy, looking at him: ... Why do you say that with so much certainty?

Everyone to Shintaro: How the heck are you still alive?

Shintaro: Honestly I'm just as confused as you are

Chase: *hugs Kai from behind* I love you as a friend Kai

Chase: *leans close and whispers in Kai's ear* But if you ever drink my coffee again I will end you

Kai, squished in Chase's arms:  ಠ_ಠ

Moon: What does take out mean? 

Linda: Food

Chase: Dating

Amy: Murder

Falte, matter-of-fact tone: If you're a praying mantis, it could mean all three

Thorn: I have an idea

Shintaro: Your last idea was murder.

Moon: LET THE MAN SPEAK

~

Linda: Shintaro taught me to think before I act.

Linda: So if I smack the living daylights out of you, rest assured I thought about it and am confident in my decision.

Shintaro: Promise me that you won't start any fights.

Chase: *sighs* Fine, I promise I won't start any fights. 

Shintaro: Thank you. 

Chase: ... I will finish them though.
