it was not that bright the next morning..it was still all gloomy and cold..it was totally not like india..

it was almost 9..but both arnav and kushi were still asleep..especially because of their jet lag...

kushi slowly opened her eyes to face that day ..

she saw arnav sleeping next to her..but within a safe distance...

she smiled that she was able to trust him..

when she got up..a bad headache hit her..

she was just not able to wake up from her bed..

looking at the time..she was alarmed..

she had to get up..she thought ...finally quarrelling within herself she made it out of her bed..

she was about to enter the restroom..when she again saw a bag on the dressing table..

but kushi thought that she should not get emotionally fooled once more..n so she just ignored it and let it lay there just like how he had placed it..

she had her bath..she felt a little better now after her bath..n her headache had subsided..

she again was in a comfortable patiala and kurthi coz she knew that she would not be moving out for 9 more days..

she came to the kitchen all fresh for a new day and started to prepare breakfast when she heard the noise of arnav getting up..she just ignored..

sensing that kushi had woken up..arnav also got up from his bed..freshened up and came..n he still saw the gift that he had bought for her was still lying in the same place..he thought kushi would have seen it ..but it looked untouched..he felt really bad...

so he carried the gift and went to the kitchen from where he was able to hear the noise of vessels..

he went and stood near kushi handing out the gift in front of her face..

kushi jerked at that and dropped the raddle which she was using to cook ...

"what is this?" she asked authoritatively..

"open it and c.." arnav fumbled..

now it looked like arnav and kushi were exchanging roles..

kushi grabbed it from arnav..it was yet another beautiful diamond set..in fact more beautiful than the one she saw the previous night..she was again admiring it..

not wasting much time and losing herself to it...she came to her senses..

"hmm nyc..ur friend will like this also"

she smiled and again handed it over to him..

arnav was truly disappointed..

he knew how bad she felt yesterday ..he wanted to correct it.if he can..he woould take back his words..but its just too late to regret .he thought..but she was not even giving him a chance..

"kushi...this is for you.."

he whispered...

kushi was shocked..actually she liked it..but she did not want to give up until she made certain things sure...

"what do you think ! by giving your costly gifts..u can convince any one???"

she asked rudely..

"that wasn't what i thought..i know how bad you felt yesterday ..u wanted that necklace so much..n i disappointed you..."

"arnav ji ! i have seen many necklaces like that ..but i liked it only because you were giving it to me and not because i like it .."

"kushi..even now..i am giving it to you "

on hearing that ..kushi's eyes welled up..

she wanted to hug him badly..but not soo soon..she thought...

she did not wanna lose herself in front of him..she rebuilt her courage..

and let out her words.. "arnav ji ! i knew the reason for your cold behaviour yesterday ! "

arnav looked at her wondering what she was up to..

she still continued.."its all because of what happened in the plane right??..its not my fault arnav ji..its you who kissed me ! not me....i din initiate that.. only to avoid all those uncomfortable feelings i put a line in front of us in the form of friendship..but it looked like you really din wanna follow it.."

"no kushi ! still v are friends... " and arnav held out the gift...giving her a -accept -it - look...
