Saturday quickly came, and it was time for the three-on-three match. I texted Dachi earlier in the week to make sure that it was really okay that I came to play with them, and he insisted that it wasn't a problem. Man, I sure did miss playing with them over break. I liked playing with the girls, but the boys were so much quicker and stronger, that they really challenged me. There were a few times where we'd play a couple games together, but a lot of the girls didn't like the speed of the boys' game.

I walked into the gym about ten minutes before the match was about to start. I instantly saw Tanaka, Suga, and Dachi talking by the flip-score board. I also saw four new faces in the gym. On one side of the net stood a rather tall black-haired boy and a much short boy with bright orange hair. On the other side of the net stood a very tall blonde and a slightly shorter brunette.

"(Y/N)! You're here! To think, I thought you'd be too chicken to show up," Tanaka teased.

"Could never miss a chance to cream you," I smirked, setting my gym bag down.

"You talk big now, but you just wait and see!" Tanaka instantly replied.

"Uh...who's this?" the black-haired male said.

"Ah, guys, this is (Y/N). She's a transferred here from America last year. She plays on the girls' team, and she will be Tsukishima and Yamaguchi's team," Dachi explained.

"Wait, so they get the spazzy second-year...and we're left with this...girl?" the tall blonde snarled.

"With an attitude like that, I wouldn't be too worried about the girl being the reason you lose," I spat back at him.

"Oh, this is going to be fun," Dachi commented under his breath. "Well, (Y/N), these are our first years, Hinata, Kageyama, Tsukishima, and Yamaguchi."

Hinata gave me a wave, while Kagayama gave me an uncomfortable nod, and Yamaguchi gave me a small smile. Tsukishima, on the other hand, just ignored the introduction all together.

"Well, just let me put my shoes on and warm-up, and we can play," I smiled.

I quickly put my knee pads on and changed my shoes, before stretching and running a little to loosen my body.

We each got on our side of the net when I watched Tsukishima lean over to Yamaguchi to say, "Well, ahem...the buzzcut of the shorty, who to crush- I mean, challenge first...so hard to choose, but I do know I'd like to save His Highness for last."

"Uh...Tsukki? They can here you," Yamaguchi timidly replied.

What a personality...

"That jerk better just STEP OFF!" Tanaka shouted.

"Oh great, no you've got him going." I rolled my eyes.

"Well, let's get started, shall we?" Dachi suggested, trying to evade a bigger scene.

"Gladly," Tanaka smirked at me.

"Never been more ready," I replied.
