(F/n)'s POV

When we got back to HQ, I went straight for my room. 'Ugh, God! My body aches so much.' I lied down on my bed and shut my eyes to rest a little.

"Mommy, can you tell me what happened to my eye?" A six year old (f/n) asked. "Well..that's how you were born." Her mother answered.

"What do you mean?" (F/n) tilted her head to the side, as she looked at herself in the mirror stroking her eyepatch. "That's how God made you. I guess he thought it would make you even more special." Her mother smiled.

"Will the other kids like me?" (F/n) frowned, looking down at the floor. "Sure they will, and if they don't then that's their problem. But I have someone I want you to meet!" Her mother replied.

"Who is it?" (F/n) smiled a little. "His name is Armin, I'm going to take you over to his house later today."

I woke up and looked at the clock, it was almost ten at night. I decided to go to the mess hall since I slept through dinner. I smiled upon remembering my dream, of how I met Armin.

He was my first friend, until I met Eren and Mikasa about five years later. When I got inside the mess hall, I started to get out the supplies needed to make tea.

"Hi, I'm Armin!" The little blonde boy smiled. "I'm (f/n)." I slightly smiled back. "Do you like books?" He asked. I nodded 'yes' and he brought out a book about the outside world.

"Whoa, where did you get that?" I asked, "My grandfather gave it to me." He answered, and opened the book to the page about oceans. "We should go on an adventure when we're older to see the ocean." Armin said. "Totally!" I smiled.

I came back to reality when I heard the tea kettle screeching. I got out a tea cup and poured the tea in it, while I thought more about when Armin and I were younger.

"Look who decided to show up, it's cyclops!" One of the bullies laughed. "Can you leave me alone? I just want to get to my friend's house." I quietly replied.

"We will once we get to beat you up." Another bully snickered. "Please, I don't want any trouble. I was just passing through and-" I got cut off.

"Save it for later!" The bully rolled his eyes, cornering me in an alley way. They started to punch and kick me until I fell to my side on the ground, and I covered my face with my arms.

One of them pulled back my eyepatch a little and let go, and it slapped my eye. "Ow! Please stop!" I pleaded. "Hey, leave my friend alone!" I heard a voice shout.

I peaked through in between my arms and saw Armin standing behind the bullies. "What do you want, Arlert?" One of them asked. "I want you guys to stop hurting her!" Armin shouted again.

"Not a chance, pipsqueak. This freak deserves to get beat up." The other evilly smiled. "If you don't stop, I'll...I'll.." Armin tried to think of something. "You'll what?" They asked.

"I'll do this!" Armin shouted, swinging his fist at one of their faces. "Ow! Come on, let's leave them alone!" The bully that Armin punched said before running away.

"You ok?" Armin asked, helping me up to my feet. "Yeah, thanks Armin." I grinned. "No problem, I'm glad you're fine." He smiled.

"(L/n), cadet (l/n)?" I heard a voice say. I quickly shook my head and looked towards where the voice was coming from. "Huh?" I asked when I finally saw who it was. It was captain Levi.

"Sir!" I said and saluted, dropping the tea kettle and tea cup. Before they smashed to the floor, I caught the tea cup with my hand and the kettle with my foot.

I was balancing in a weird position, and the captain was staring at me. "Y-yes, sir?" I nervously asked. "Your cup was over flowing with tea. You kept pouring it and staring off into space." He replied.

"Oh..s-sorry..I was thinking." I quietly said and put the cup and kettle back on the table. "What are you doing up this late?" He asked, as he sat down at the table.

"I fell asleep earlier, and missed dinner." I answered. "And it's not that late, it's only ten. Is that too late for you, old man?" I evilly smirked. "Old..? I'm only twenty." He raised an eyebrow.

"..You are?" I quietly said to myself. "Tch." I heard him respond. "Want some tea?" I asked awkwardly, but my voice cracked a little. I covered my mouth and hid my face, completely embarrassed.

"Still going through puberty, I see." I heard the captain quietly say, sighing. "I'm only eighteen!" I defended. "That was kind of funny." He smirked. "F-funny?" I blushed a little.

"Well then..if I'm 'funny', I want to try and make you laugh." I smirked, crossing my arms over my chest. "I'd like to see you try." He rolled his eyes.

I sat down on a chair across from him, thinking of how I could get him to laugh. 'What should I do..? Hmm..' I thought to myself.

'OH! I know exactly what I'll do!' I quickly ran over to the cleaning supplies closet and came back into the mess hall. I plucked one of the feathers off of the duster and held it to my upper lip.

I used my other hand and pretended to wear a monocle on my right eye. "Fancy seeing you here, how are you this fine evening sir?" I asked with a man's voice, and an accent.

Captain Levi just blinked then leaned back in his chair. 'I have another idea!' I turned around and plucked another feather off the duster. I turned around so he couldn't see what I was doing.

"Ready?" I asked him, with my back still to him. "I guess." He sighed. "Who am I?!" I exclaimed and turned around. I stuck the two feathers over my eyebrows, and saw his eyes widen a little.

A small chuckle escaped his lips and a very, very tiny smile too. "Now listen here captain Levi, you do this stack of paperwork for the rest of your life!" I mimicked commander Erwin's voice.

"That's a pretty good commander eyebrows impression. You got the voice right too." Captain Levi chuckled a little more. "Why thank you, my good sir." I said again with an Erwin voice.

I looked away for a moment then glanced back at him, and started wiggling my 'eyebrows'. "No..please don't do that! Stop!" The captain said, covering his mouth. I could see he was holding back some laughter.

"Not a chance, captain! I am your commander and you do as I say. The wings of freedom are really just my eyebrows, and you know your eyebrows will never be as good looking as mine!" I laughed, still in character.

"Quit it!" He smiled a little, with a laugh escaping his mouth. He covered his mouth, looking away and I noticed a small blush cover his cheeks. "Oh come on corporal, what's with this blushing nonsense?" I asked, like Erwin.

"I don't like my laugh.." He muttered. "Really? Because I like it." I quietly replied, back in my normal voice. 'Way to go, (f/n)! Go embarrassing yourself in front of the captain.'

"I want to try and make you laugh." He broke the silence after a minute. I could tell he was trying to think of something good to make me laugh. 'I wonder what he's going to do.'

Levi got out of his chair and stood behind me, I turned around in my chair to see what he was doing. "This is just some weird thing I can do." He sighed. 'Ooo, that just makes it more interesting!'

He did a high kick and after that, he did the splits. But right when he did the splits, we heard a rip sound. Levi's eyes widened with a blush on his face again.

"BAHAHAHAHA! I DON'T THINK YOU MEANT THAT KIND OF SPLITS!" I laughed. He quickly got up and covered his behind. "Uh...uh.." Poor captain, he looks so embarrassed.

"YOU..*laughs* YOU RIPPED YOUR *laughs* P-PANTS!" I laughed again, falling out of my chair. I landed on the floor, and started smacking it from laughing.

"I CAN'T BELIEVE YOU, *snort* OH MY GOD!" I covered my mouth, embarrassed from the snort. "BAHAHA *snort* STOP DOING THIS, YOU'RE KILLING ME!" I laughed even louder.

We heard the mess hall door open, I looked up and saw commander Erwin standing there with an eyebrow raised. "Am I interrupting something important?" He asked walking inside.

I forgot that the feathers from the duster were still on my face, when they fell off and on to the floor. "What's going on in here? I could here laughter all the way from my office. And now that I know who's in here, I'm more suspicious." He smirked.

"C-captain Levi...he ripped-" "Nothing happened." Levi cut me off. Probably so I didn't tell Erwin that he ripped his pants. Levi quickly walked out of the mess hall, still covering himself and I couldn't help but giggle at that.

"Will you tell me what happened?" Erwin asked. "He was trying to make me laugh..and he *laughs* ripped his pants!" I laughed again. Erwin shook his head and chuckled a little.

"And why did you have feathers on your face?" He asked again. "Uh...I was kind of.....impersonating you.." I muttered. "Let me see." Erwin said. 'He wants to see me act like him?'

I sighed, putting the feathers back on my face. I took a deep breath in and stood up from the ground. "If I did that, then there would be two commanders now, wouldn't there?" I asked in my Erwin voice.

Erwin slightly chuckled, "That's pretty good." He said. I took the feathers off my face and threw them away before heading towards the mess hall door. "Tell me, did Levi laugh?" Erwin asked, making me stop in my tracks.

'Should I tell him if Levi laughed? I probably shouldn't because Levi would kill me if I did!' "Uhh...nope..he didn't sir, that was just me laughing." I hesitated. "Oh, I was going to say; it'd be nice to have someone here that can cheer up that little man." Erwin replied.

I simply nodded and walked out of the mess hall back to my room. 'This was one crazy night.' I thought as I entered my room.

So it turns out I was able to update today, I actually had a little time to write this.

I wrote most of this early in the morning so that explains why it's sort of...strange but entertaining lol.
