Enzo looks stunned and sad at the same time until his eyes land on Flavio who's relaxing in the sun on one of the chairs. Flavio has his eyes closed and is completely relaxed, unaware of the little boy moving closer.

Ciro is standing on the field, watching the scene unfold with a smile on his face.

Bruno whispers, "He's going to sit with Flavio."

Ciro nods, waiting to see how Flavio will respond.

Enzo climbs onto the chair and on top of Flavio, snuggling against Flavio's warm chest with a sigh. Flavio's eyes shoot open and he looks down at the little boy in shock. A slow smile appears on his face as he wraps his arms around Enzo, closing his eyes and relaxing again.

Ciro softly says: "That looks way too sweet."

Bruno says: "Come on brother. Let's play soccer. Dino, Matteo and Lucas are ready to go."

Ciro turns around and runs towards the goal. He stands in it with his arms wide, shooting all the guys a dirty look.

Lucas chuckles and shoots the ball towards Ciro with all his might. Ciro manages to catch it and throws it away. Matteo and Lucas chase after it and Bruno tackles Dino while they wait for the young boys to come back.

Dino yells: "Hey! We're on the same team, you idiot!"

"Heck no! I don't want to be on your team. Besides you're my little brother, I'm always allowed to tease you."

Ciro laughs, "Watch it! The real stars are approaching! Get up, Dino!"

Matteo and Lucas pass the ball to each other while getting closer to the goal. Lucas passes the ball to Matteo, who kicks the ball hard. Ciro stretches out but the ball only grazes his fingertips. The ball flies into the net and Bruno lifts Matteo up to celebrate. Dino puts Lucas on his shoulders and runs around cheering.

Ciro is sitting in the grass, laughing, and enjoying the relaxed atmosphere. He looks at Flavio and smiles as he finds him cuddling Enzo. Lexy gives Matteo a thumbs up and walks into the house with Pia on her arm.

Logan sits Scorpia down on the bench at the end of the garden and sits down next to her. He wraps his arm around her and pulls her closer. He looks deep into her eyes, "What were you curious about Bonnie?"

He strokes her cheek with his fingers as he waits for her answer. She drowns in his grey eyes and swallows. She moves closer and presses her lips on his. He kisses her back slowly and chuckles. "Are you trying to distract me?"

Scorpia nods and blushes. "But that doesn't work of course. I was curious about your new outfit for Bruno and Lexy's wedding. Because I saw a picture of Lucas in a kilt."

Logan grins and kisses her wildly. He pulls her onto his lap and rests his hands on her ass. He kisses her chin, sliding his lips and tongue down to her neck.

"Mmm Logannn."

"Mmm Bonnie. Still my favorite way to hear my name."

He bites her neck playfully. "Do you want to see a picture of me in a kilt? It's an old photo though."

Scorpia runs her fingers through his hair and nods.

He pulls his phone from his pocket and searches for the picture on his social media. He finds it and turns the screen towards Scorpia.

Scorpia looks at it and blushes, the red reaching all the way up to the roots of her hair. She puts her hand on her chest and mumbles, "My God. Logan."

Logan pushes her chin up with his index finger to look into her eyes. He watches the golden specks dance through her pupils as he stares deep into her eyes.

"Hell Bonnie. An old photo like that has this effect on you?"

He puts his phone down and wraps his arms around her. He kisses her deeply and she runs her hands through his hair, pulling at the ginger locks as she rubs her lower body against his.

"Hell Bonnie! Slow down!"

She chuckles and sucks his bottom lip into her mouth. "Ohh suddenly when I'm the one in control it's no fun anymore?"

He chuckles too and slides his hands under her shirt. Scorpia kisses him wildly and moans softly. Logan sucks on the skin of her neck, moaning as well. He lifts her from his lap and moves away from her.

"Hell Bonnie... We can't... Not here... Hell."

He breathes heavily and looks at her with a hand on his heart. Scorpia presses two fingers down on his neck to check his pulse and laughs. She shoots him a naughty look, biting her lip.

His voice sounds threatening when he speaks, "Bonnie! Behave! Or I'm running off and leaving you behind."

She still stares at him, a challenging look in her eyes. She pulls the bottom of her shirt up a little and looks straight at him.

He jumps up, "Hell no!"

He runs off, trying to get as far away from her as possible, her laughter chasing after him.

She watches him run, still laughing when her eye falls on his phone next to her on the bench. She taps the screen and looks at the picture of Logan in kilt again. She sighs and notices Violetta walking up to her.

Violetta sits down next to her, "What were you looking at? You seemed in love."

Scorpia shows her the picture of Logan and she says: "Oh wow. Kinda weird huh? How hot a man can look in a skirt?" They burst out in laughter and Scorpia decides to send the picture to herself, to make sure she can look at it again.

"Were you just walking around Violetta? Or were you looking for me?"

Violetta looks a little shy, "I was looking for you, to be honest. Mamma suggested I'd talk to you."

Scorpia looks at her and waits patiently for Violetta to continue.

"I really like Dino, Scorpia. Like him a lot. But at the same time, I don't see how our lives are ever going to fit together. And I don't want to give up everything I do, everything I am." She sighs and picks at her nail polish.

"My sweet Violetta, no one expects you to give up everything and Dino would be the last to, I'm sure of that. But being in a relationship with someone means you will have to use up some of your time on the other person. Who is running the children's home right now?"

Violetta answers softly, "Aunt Grazia, a bunch of Gentiles and my staff of course. She offered to help out on weekends after spending the evening there with your kids. She said it would allow me to do something fun sometime."

Scorpia smiles, "Violetta? How long has it been since you did something completely for yourself? You can't be there for all those kids around the clock, that's not healthy. And in the end, it won't benefit the kids either. If you really love Dino that much, you owe it to yourself to go for it. Talk to him about it. He's a lot more mature than he seems."

Violetta nods and chews her cheek. She avoids Scorpia's gaze and Scorpia senses there's more. She lays her hand on top of Violetta's and squeezes it for a second.

"Scorpia, I need to tell him something... And I don't know how..." She sniffles and squeezes Scorpia's hand. "Watching him with all the kids here and the kids in the home... I can't tell him. I can't be with him, that would be selfish."

Scorpia tries to guess what Violetta's talking about but she has no clue. "Violetta? You could try telling me first. I promise you I will listen and I won't tell anyone."

Violetta tries to breathe calmly and wiggles her feet nervously. She takes a deep breath and starts rambling.

"During the time I worked for Salvatore... they wounded me so badly that I had to go to the hospital..." She sobs and continues with a crack in her voice, "They had to remove my uterus. I can't have kids of my own."

Scorpia wraps her arms around her and kisses her forehead. She rocks Violetta gently while Violetta cries against her shoulder. Her heart breaks for this strong woman, who deserves so much more than she's getting.

"Oh Violetta, that's so sad. I'm so sorry." She wipes the tears from Violetta's cheeks and looks into her eyes.

"But my sweet Violetta, you shouldn't assume it makes a difference. And even if it did, you have to talk to Dino about it. You can't just pull the plug on your relationship. That's not fair to him and not fair to yourself. You promised me you wouldn't deny yourself this kind of love. So don't."

Violetta looks back at her with a world of sadness in her eyes and Scorpia softly kisses her lips.

They hear Dino's voice come closer. "Dannazione, Logan! They are secretly kissing out here. And not inviting us. Even if I wasn't allowed to join, I would love to watch."

Logan laughs and shakes his head. Violetta looks up at Dino and he can tell she's been crying.

He quickly sits down next to her, "Vio? What's wrong? Did I do something stupid?"

Scorpia gets up and kisses Dino too. She looks him straight in the eye, "Talk to her. Listen."

She looks at Violetta, "I swear to you that you can hold an adult conversation with him. I also promise he loves you more than you think."

She walks up to Logan and slides her hand into his. They turn around and walk away from Dino and Violetta.

"Bonnie? Do we have to take the long road back to the house?"

She nods and wipes a tear from her cheek. Logan walks her over to the big tree and leans his back against it, wrapping his arms around her and pulling her close. She cries against his chest and he rubs her back, whispering sweet words in her ear. She looks up into his eyes and whispers a thank you.

He kisses her lovingly before asking: "Was it a difficult talk with Violetta?"

She nods and softly says: "In short; she can't have kids."

Logan looks sad too, "How cruel for someone who loves kids that much."

"During the time she worked for Salvatore... Someone did this to her." She balls her fists, "She doesn't deserve this dammit! That bastard!"

Logan cuddles her and presses a kiss on top of her head. She relaxes again, "And now she's scared that Dino..."

Logan pulls her close and sighs. She looks up at him and sees doubt in his eyes.

"I honestly don't know how he will respond to this. I've never heard him talk about kids but he does love all of the kids in our family. But we do know one thing for sure. Blood doesn't mean much in this family."

Scorpia smiles carefully, "I didn't even think of that. You're right."

"Come with me, Bonnie. Lunch is served if the rest of the family hasn't eaten it all yet." They laugh and hold hands on their way back to the house. They've almost reached the terrace when they hear Dino yell.

"Scorpia! Wait!"

She turns around to him and sees tears in his eyes. She runs over to him to wrap her arms around him.

"Oh sorellina, she doesn't believe me." He starts crying and Scorpia struggles to hold him up.

Logan sees Violetta run off from the corner of his eyes. He chases her and catches up with her.

"Violetta? Do you want to go home?"

She sobs, "Yes."

"Come with me. I'll drive you."

Logan unlocks the jeep and they get in. He reverses down the driveway and hopes Scorpia will be able to guess what he's doing. Because he doesn't have his phone on him.

He stays silent for the entire drive because he doesn't know what to say to Violetta. When they arrive at the children's home, he puts his hand on her forearm, "Violetta, this family is one full of special people. A family with a lot of love. And I don't know what's going on exactly. But if you need a man to talk to, I'm here."

She starts to cry and looks at him, despair written all over her face, and her voice cracks when she speaks. "I can't have kids. I told Dino and he told me it didn't matter but I don't believe that. It does matter. I won't ever be able to give him a child of his own. Of our own."

Logan sighs, "Maybe I'm not the right person to talk to. Because your words make me angry."

She looks at him in shock and he continues, "Did you forget about Leo? I don't think I'll ever love a child more than I love him. He's not mine or Scorpia's biologically. But he's our son for the full hundred percent. You've seen it yourself!"

He takes a deep breath, "And then you have Scorpia and her three brothers. There's no blood bond at all between her and her brothers. But they have a bond, so strong and loving, something I've never seen with real siblings before. An what about Bruno and my sister's family?"

He clears his throat, "Violetta, think about it long and hard. Because running this children's home with these feelings in your heart... full of kids looking for a non-biological mom and dad..."

He drops a silence and Violetta angrily wipes the tears from her cheeks. "Dammit, Logan! You sure know how to hit someone right in the heart!"

She opens the car door and gets out. She bends down and looks into his eyes. "I feel like I should thank you but I'm not sure I can right now."

"It's fine, Violetta. If they contact you, tell them I'm on my way back. I don't have my phone on me."

Violetta gives him a thumbs up and closes the door.

Logan turns the car around and drives off smoothly, back to his Bonnie, hoping she's not too worried.

Scorpia cuddles Dino until his tears run dry and cups his face. He looks broken and she says: "Don't give up Dino. But give her time. She blames herself way too much to believe it doesn't matter to you. Come, let's eat."

She grabs his hand and walks inside. The whole family is already sitting around the table. Everyone but Logan. She searches for him with her eyes but can't find him.

Mamma says: "Weren't Logan and Violetta with you? Leo is sleeping upstairs by the way. With Pia."

Scorpia pulls her phone from her pocket and then notices it's Logan's. Her phone is in the other pocket. She walks up to the front door and opens it. She notices the Jeep missing and frowns, walking back inside as she lets out a sigh.

Bruno walks up to her and wraps his arm around her. "Seeing Violetta is missing too, I think we can assume Logan is taking her home. You know he would never just leave you here and that girl had to get home somehow. I don't need any details but I can tell you and Dino cried. Come eat something sorellina."

He pulls her along with him into the kitchen and she sits down next to Dino.

The table is full of bite-sized snacks and Dino fills a plate with a variety of snacks, swapping his full plate with her empty one. He winks at her and fills a plate for himself too. They eat in silence while Bruno fills a plate with various things and Flavio adds the last poached egg to it. Bruno thanks him with a nod and sets the plate down in front of one of the empty chairs.

Scorpia plays with her food, feeling uncomfortable. She hears the front door open and shoots up, running into the hallway, jumping into Logan's arms.

He cuddles her lovingly, "I'm sorry Bonnie. I didn't have my phone on me. I made sure Violetta got home safely."

She kisses him gently, her eyes showing relief. She pulls his phone from her pocket and hands it to him.

"Thank you, Bonnie. I'm guessing the food is all gone now."

They walk into the kitchen together and Bruno says: "Hey taxidriver. I made a plate for you." He points at the empty chair and Logan sits down on it. He looks at the plate and grins at the poached egg.

Bruno nods, "Yep, Flavio gave you the last one."

Logan thanks Flavio and sticks his fork in the egg right away. He starts to eat and the rest of the family watches him with amusement. When he ate every last crumb, he lifts his head and notices all eyes on him.

Mamma smiles at him lovingly, "He's eating like an Italian too."

Everyone laughs and Lexy gets up to lift Enzo from his high chair. "You'll see for yourself at our wedding. Scots can eat as much as Italians, maybe even more. Especially the Highland Scots. It's cold there mind you."

She carries the sleepy Enzo upstairs to tuck him into bed.

Logan says softly: "This Scot got really hungry from talking about his feelings. I guess I'm not that good at it."

Scorpia looks at him, urging him to explain with her eyes and he says: "I gave Violetta my opinion and I hope it did some good. Because I'm still hungry and I have a headache."

She pushes her plate towards him and gets up to sit next to him. Bruno, Ciro, and Flavio get up and move to the living room, taking Lucas and Matteo with them. Dino and mamma stay and mamma scoots over, ending up next to Dino.

Logan clears Scorpia's plate too and rubs his belly in satisfaction. He looks at Scorpia and can tell she wants to know more. He looks at Dino and sees the same look on his face.

Logan sighs, "She started talking about not being able to have kids of her own... So I reminded her of Leo, the three brothers and little sister in this family, and Bruno and Lexy's family. I may have lost my temper a little because she runs a children's home full of kids looking for non-biological parents. And because I love Leo with all I have."

Scorpia takes his hand in hers, "We should have let you talk to her right from the start. Cause that's an angle I didn't think of. But if there's something that should touch her, it's that. And you being a man makes it even more impressive."

Logan rubs his temples, "I got quite angry with her. That might not have been the best course of action."

Mamma says: "I think it was. Being a man, who defends his child and all of us in this family must have had an effect on her. Especially on an Italian woman. Are you sure there's no Italian blood running through your veins?"

Logan chuckles softly and looks at mamma with gratefulness in his eyes.
