Scorpia asks: "Have you seen the painting above the door to my office yet?"

Ciro shakes his head and walks into the office with her.

Scorpia greets Manon and Bart and finds Bruno sitting with Bart.
Bruno quickly gets up to hug her. "Sorellina, are you okay?"

"Yes, big brother. I'm fine."

"Even after..." He makes eye contact with Ciro, who smiles proudly at his brother.

Scorpia takes her bracelet off and puts it back in the cupboard. She points at the canvas above the door and sits down at her desk.

The brothers look up and grin at the sight of the painting.

Bruno says: "Ha! This is your view when you're working? Did Lexy have this one made?"

Scorpia laughs and says: "Yes, I've asked Lexy if they could crop the faces of my exes off." She winks at her brothers and Ciro laughs.

"Fuck yes, people could really believe that.

Bruno says: "Wellll..." He suddenly realizes what he's about to say and closes his mouth, fast.

"They know, Bruno. I told them yesterday after you left."

Bruno looks at Ciro and asks: "How did Dino react to that?"

Dino walks in and says: "Dino laughed his head off in the end. And he was glad that he never knew before. What are we looking at?"

He follows their gaze to the canvas above the door and Ciro says: "At Scorpia's current lover and her exes."

Dino chuckles and says: "Good story. Let's go with it."

He turns around to Scorpia and says: "Van is bought and delivered to Thomas, who already spoke to Violetta. The school gets seven new kinds and they start tomorrow."

Scorpia smiles wide and says: "Well done Dino. We arranged that nicely."

Manon gets up and says: "The books will be delivered to the children's home at the end of the afternoon. I made an express order. When I told them it was for a children's home, they promised to add some fun things to the delivery."

"Thank you, Manon! So wonderful when you're working with dependable people."

Bart says: "What did you do with Ciro exactly? Because I'm flooded with messages from people who want to know if I really work for you and if you're looking for more staff."

Ciro says: "She had lunch with Don Flavio."

Dino and Bart's faces turn pale and they look at Scorpia with a shocked expression on their faces.

She nods and says: "The food was pretty good, the company was okay in the end. As soon as the capos left that is. They were disrespectful bastards."

Her phone beeps and she pulls it from her briefcase. She looks at the screen and sees a new message from Violetta.

Dear Scorpia,
Mister Thomas is a really sweet guy.
I still can't believe the kids can go to school.
I've also spoken to your chef and Marisol.
She's very enthusiastic and offered to come over to help.
I wanted to let you know when Leo gets his bottles.
In case you want to feed him some time.

She reads the message with a smile on her face and only listens to half of the things Ciro says as he's telling everyone how the meeting went.

Dino and Bart stare at Scorpia, who's looking at her phone with a serene expression on her face. She looks up and makes eye contact with Dino.

"Sorellina, do you even realize who Don Flavio is?"

The corners of Scorpia's mouth pull up slowly and she says: "Sweet Dino, do you realize who I am? Don Flavio sure does after today."

She looks at Bart and says: "I want to go back to the children's home this afternoon. I want to be there when the books arrive and I would like to give Leo his bottle. But that means we have to go to the cafe before that. Because I don't want to visit the kids in this outfit."

Bart nods and still stares at her.

"Come on guys, don't you have any work to do? Cause I sure do. Go!"

She opens her laptop and turns it on. She grabs her phone and dials Logan's number.

"Bonnie! What can I do for you?"

"Get some jeans and sneakers ready for me. I want to change before I visit the children's home this afternoon. Books are going to be delivered there and I would like to feed Leo. And check on how things are with the meals provided by my chef."

"Can I come with you?"

"Yes please."

"Great, I'll arrange something here. I'll see you later Bonnie."

"Bye Logan! Till later!"

She puts the phone on her desk with a wide smile on her face and starts to read through her e-mails.

She feels eyes on her and notices Bart and Dino still staring at her and that Bruno has joined them. "Guys, what's wrong?"

Dino says: "Flavio... Bart and I have experience with him, sorta speak... And we just can't wrap our heads around..."

Scorpia is about to answer him when Annette knocks on the door before making her way over to Scorpia's desk with a huge bouquet of roses.

Scorpia raises her eyebrows and Annette says: "These just got delivered, shall I put them in water for you?"

"Yes please and put them on the meeting table, that way I still have room to work at my desk. Is there a card with it?" Annette hands her the card and she reads it.

She chuckles and says to Dino: "You need to read this yourself or you're never going to believe it."

Dino takes the card from her and reads the handwritten text.

"What the fuck? He wrote this himself Scorpia! He always puts 6 behind his name. Those roses are from Flavio."

Bart swears and says he can't believe it.

Ciro laughs and says: "Guys, she was amazing. They were all shitting themselves. I'm off to check on some potential business deals and comb through everything with a fine-toothed comb.

Scorpia's phone rings and she sees it's Ricardo. She picks up right away. "Good afternoon Ricardo! How are you?"

He tells her that everything is running smoothly with the research and his girlfriend. He adds that he would like to do the interview with her tomorrow if she has the time.

"Where are we going to do the interview, Ricardo?"

He explains that they want to do half of it at the hospital and the other half in the cafe. One part focuses on the medical side and the other part is meant to show the personal side.

"That sounds good. I will discuss it with Bart and Manon and I will let you know. Have a good day! Say hi to Xander, Sara, and Lee for me."

She looks at Manon and says: "Ricardo wants to interview me tomorrow, in the hospital and in the cafe. It could take a couple of hours. Is that possible tomorrow or do we have something important planned?"

Manon checks the calendar on her computer and says: "There's nothing important scheduled for tomorrow. So that should be fine."

She shoots Bart an inquiring look and he says: "Whatever you want Scorpia. I'll work around it or ask someone for help."

"Great, I'll let Ricardo know. Pick me up tomorrow at around nine-thirty Bart. We'll visit the hospital first."

Bart nods and sits down at his desk to adjust his schedule.

Scorpia sends a message to Ricardo and thanks Annette for taking care of the flowers as she paces them on the table in the center of the room.

"Manon? Do you have papers for me to sign? And can I get some coffee? I'm craving it badly."

"Yes and yes." The girl comes over to her with a stack of papers before leaving the office to get coffee.

Scorpia reads through the documents and calls Ciro to explain some things to her. He explains it perfectly and she signs it right away.

Manon walks in with a cappuccino and says: "Janet sends her love and says you can just call the kitchen next time. She will deliver the coffee herself."

"Ooh, that's great news. Because she knows how to make an amazing cappuccino. Yum. Thank you, Manon." She takes a sip and closes her eyes for a second.

She picks up the coffee, puts the stack of papers under her arm, and walks over to the french doors. She pushes them open and sits down on the lounge sofa on the terrace, taking her boots off, pulling her legs up to get comfy. She sips her coffee and signs a few more papers.

She finds a flyer for a boxing tournament between the papers and reads through it. They want to organize sponsored fights, to raise money for charities. That sounds interesting. She should check with Bruno, to see what he knows about it. She enjoys her coffee and stares in the distance.

Bart joins her and says: "I see you've already seen the flyer for the tournament. That's why Bruno was here. He wanted to know if I would like to join."

"And?"

"Could I?"

"Why are you asking me for permission?"

Well if I get beat up it might have an effect on you too. And I would like to fight for the boys. But I don't know how, because I have to give them the name of a charity."

"Hmm, hold on. I'm calling Ciro." She calls Ciro and asks him to join them outside.

He sits down with them and Scorpia asks: "If I wanted to raise money for the boys who had to fight, how would I do that legally? I can't ask people to transfer money to the company bank account."

Ciro says: "You could start a foundation. That's something Dani can arrange in a day."

Scorpia thinks about it before saying: "In that case, I want to start four. For the kids, the boys, the girls, and the older staff. Is that possible?"

"Of course it is. You just need to come up with names and people to sit on the board."

Scorpia types on her phone and sends Ciro a message.

The Violet Lion Foundation, Manon's Maidens, Bart's Brothers, Old and Wise.

Ciro looks at his phone and smiles.

"Violetta has to be chairwoman for the first one, with me and Thomas as board members. I want to be part of the second one too with Dani and Manon. The third one is for you, Bart and Dino. And the last one is for Annetta, Esperanza and the chef. You figure out their positions on the board. And check if they feel like doing it, but I don't think they will say no."

Ciro nods and says: "Consider it done. I'll call Dani as soon as I'm back in my office."

"Awesome! I'll go home to change then. I'm tired of sitting here and I want to see the kids."

Ciro gets up and walks inside.

Bart looks at his phone and says: "Maybe you should wait a minute."

She shoots him a questioning look, before hearing Logan's voice.

"Bonnie? Who gave you those roses?"

She laughs and says: "Don Flavio."

"What the fuck? How do you even know who he is and how does he know you?"

"I had lunch with him today. But what are you doing here?"

"You had lu- Erm, I thought we could drive to the children's home together. I brought jeans and sneakers for you. That way Bart doesn't have to go back and forth and it gives the guy a chance to eat dinner, before training with Bruno."

Scorpia looks at Bart and says: "You have my permission to enter the tournament and there will be a foundation to fight for soon. Have fun with Bruno tonight."

Bart smiles wide, gets up, and thanks Logan.

"No need to thank me, Bart. I love driving my girl around, now that I can drive again."

Logan sits down next to her and kisses her softly. He hands her a bag with her jeans and shoes and she says: "Thank you handsome Scot."

"We're not done talking about Flavio, Bonnie."

"Fine. But we'll talk about him later. I want to focus on the children now."

She puts her legs on his and he strokes her ankles. She shows him the picture of her and Violetta and he looks at it a bit stunned.

"Do you have a sister you never told me about?"

Scorpia chuckles and says: "Yes, we were both surprised too. She's a tiny bit taller and there's a bit of green in her eyes. But we can easily share our clothes."

"Yes, she's a beautiful woman."

She raises her eyebrows and Logan grins while looking into her eyes. "Bonnie, you're the only one for me. But she might be something for Dino."

"Shit! I haven't even thought of that. She even knows him already."

Logan chuckles and says: "It would give him a Scorpia of his own to fondle."

Scorpia laughs and pulls him closer or a kiss. "I'm so glad you're coming with me. I'm curious to see what you think of the place and of Leo."

He cuddles her and says: "Yes, I can't wait, you looked so beautiful with that boy. By the way, I bought something on the way over here." He pulls it from the bag and shows her a romper with a pirate flag on it and a small, black eye patch.

Scorpia's eyes well up and Logan shyly says: "There are eye patches for babies. And this one is made from a very soft fabric, so it won't irritate his skin. You can wash it..."He rubs his neck and shoots her an insecure look.

She starts to cry and wraps her arms around him.

He rubs her back and asks: "So you don't think it's weird I bought it?"

Her voice cracks from emotion when she says: "Oh Logan. I'm speechless. This so incredibly sweet and cool. I love it. Ti amo."

He kisses her softly and says: "Thank god. I did it on instinct and then got insecure about it."

Scorpia looks at him lovingly and kisses him again.

She gets up and unzips her skirt.

"Bonnie?"

She pulls the skirt down and grabs her jeans from the bag. She puts the jeans on and puts the skirt in the bag. She sits down and puts the sneakers on too.

"Hell Bonnie. You're dressed before I even realize it."

She chuckles and says: "Are you coming?"

He nods, grabs the bag, and gets up. Scorpia picks her boots up from the floor and they walk into the office together. She says goodbye to Bart and Manon and picks up her briefcase.

They walk out of the hotel together, greeting people along the way before getting into the jeep and driving off.

The bigger kids are playing outside and run over to her. "Miss Scorpia! Are you reading to us again?"

"Hi, my sweet kids. We could do that later. But go back to playing, I'm not leaving anytime soon." They all run off again and she watches them with a happy smile on her face.

"Beautiful Bonnie."

She looks up at Logan and he cups her cheek. "You look beautiful like this."

She kisses him softly, before dragging him inside with her.

Violetta sees them come in and walks up to them. "Scorpia! Good to see you again!" They hug each other and Logan watches them curiously. Violetta eyes him over Scorpia's shoulder.

Scorpia looks at her and says: "This is Logan. My-"

"No need to tell me that Scorpia. It's clear to see who he is."

Scorpia raises her eyebrows and asks: "Oh really? Who is he?"

"Your boyfriend, lover, future father of your children... Am I warm?"

Scorpia laughs and Logan shakes Violetta's hand.
"All true Violetta. I got curious about this place and asked if I could tag along."

Violetta smiles at him and says: "Come with me. You two can help me with the bottles. But Leo is for Scorpia, he's been fussy all afternoon."

Scorpia looks at her and asks: "Why?"

"I think it's because you weren't here."

Scorpia smiles a bit shy and says: "Logan bought gifts for him."

"Really?" Logan nods shyly and Violetta says: "Gifts are always welcome here and especially for Leo."

They enter the room with the little cribs and beds. Logan follows the women a bit reluctantly and Scorpia walks straight up to Leo's bed.

She hears his soft cries and asks: "What's going on Leo? Why are you sad?"

The baby boy goes quiet and surprise is written all over his little face. His mouth forms an O and Scorpia smiles at him. "Hello, handsome little man. Did you miss me a little?" He smiles at her and starts to babble.

Logan holds his breath as he watches Scorpia interact with Leo. She looks so beautiful when she's with him, it's like a light shines from within.

She lifts Leo from the crib and says: "Oh  you have a surprise for me. I'll change you first then my little rascal." She walks up to the dressing table and places Leo on it carefully.

She changes him and Violetta says: "That's not the first time you've done that. But you don't have any kids of your own, right?"

"No, but I have nephews and a little niece."

Logan hands her the new romper and she dresses Leo in it.

Logan shows Violetta the eye patch and she says: "Oh that's a beautiful one. And so soft. Well done, Logan!"

Logan blushes and hands the eye patch to Scorpia.

Scorpia removes Leo's current eye patch without flinching and puts the new one around his head carefully. Leo graces her with a toothless smile and Scorpia says: "Yes, you're a very cute pirate this way." She kisses him and he lets out a cute baby laugh.

She picks him up and turns around to face Logan. "What do you think Logan? Does it look good on him?"

Logan stares at the boy and feels the tears sting in his eyes. "Bonnie. He's beautiful. And you're beautiful with him. I... I can't explain what I feel right now."

Scorpia looks at him with an elated expression on her face and says: "Can you hold him for me? I'll go and help Violetta with the bottles."

Logan takes Leo from her and holds him against his chest, a hand on Leo's bum and the other on his little head. Leo relaxes and sighs. Logan softly speaks to him, while Scorpia helps Violetta prepare the bottles.

The women come back into the room and Scorpia stops in her tracks.

Logan looks beautiful with Leo.
Relaxed, loving, protective.

Her heart feels warm and she makes her way over to one of the rocking chairs. She sits down and Logan lays Leo in her arms. Leo looks straight at her and she gives him his bottle. His eye focuses on her while he drinks until he gets tired of the meal. She kisses his forehead and whispers she loves him.

Logan took a few sneaky pictures and Violetta winks at him. Violetta gave two babies a bottle at the same time and has put them back in their cribs. She is now feeding the two slightly bigger kids some mashed fruit and looks at Scorpia. "They have something special Logan. I've never seen anything like this. And certainly not in one day."

Logan nods and says: "Yes, she looks so beautiful with him. Radiant, full of love, protective... Breathtaking."

"Yes, like a mom."

Logan looks at Violetta and nods slowly.

He turns his head to Scorpia and sees it too. She loves her niece and nephews, but this is of a completely different level. As a mother. He wonders if he realizes that.

Violetta softly says: "She has to realize that herself first. But would you be against it?"

Logan shakes his head: "No. We haven't discussed that yet. We haven't been together that long. But looking at them now... No, I wouldn't be against it."

Violetta has put the two bigger kids to bed and rubs Logan's arm. "I'm glad."

They hear the kids outside scream and Violetta looks out of the window. "Scorpia, they are delivering pallets full of books."

Scorpia laughs: "Get out there quickly! I'll be right there."

Violetta runs out and Scorpia carefully gets up with Leo in her arms. Logan takes a step towards them and wraps his arms around them both. Scorpia rests her head against his chest and presses her lips on Leo's hair. She sighs happily and Logan looks at both of them with love in his eyes.

She looks up at him and he sees something in her eyes that he has never seen before. An orange glow behind the brown of her pupils. He kisses her gently and says: "I've never seen you this beautiful before."

She lies Leo down in his crib and tucks him in lovingly.

She wraps her arms around Logan and he says: "Bonnie, ti amo."

She smiles at him and says: "I love you too Logan. Let's go outside and look at those books."

Lets all take a moment to yell at Wattpad. Because this chapter was done 3 hours ago. But Wattpad decided to fuck up the spacing and the layout.
