Scorpia feels something touch her lips and slowly opens her eyes. It's dark in the room and for a second she doesn't know where she is. But then she recognizes the beeps from the machines Logan is hooked up to. 

The moonlight shines on his face and she gasps when she sees his grey eyes. 

"Logan? I must be dreaming."

She hears him answer her in a hoarse voice. "You're a dream Bonnie." 

She whispers his name and sobs.

"Don't cry Bonnie." 

But she completely falls apart and he holds her close to his chest with his good arm. She whispers his name again and touches his face.

He says: "Scorpia. Ti amo."

She says through her tears: "Don't. You're making me cry again."

"I love you Bonnie." He grins a little and rubs her back. "I'm sorry. I just had to say it." He presses his lips onto hers and his eyes sparkle in the dark. He sighs and rests his forehead against hers.

Scorpia whispers: "Ti amo Logan. I can't live without you."

Logan says: "Good, cause I am never letting you go again."

His eyes move to his wrist and the scorpion bracelet around it. "Scorpia, what happened? Is Ciro..."

"You're a hero, beautiful Scot. We are all okay. You saved Ciro's life. And single-handedly killed a large portion of Salvatore's gang."

Logan breathes out slowly and says: "I don't remember much of it. I opened the door, found Salvatore dead, and your knife on the floor. I picked up the knife and yelled at Dino to make sure you were safe because he was closest to the door. Salvatore's second in command recognized me and I figured if I was going to die anyway, I might as well make it fucking hard on all of them. Every single bastard that could threaten your safety was going to die. And I didn't want you to lose your brother when you finally had him back. That's all I remember."

Scorpia switches the light above the bed on and looks into his eyes. "And your hand?"

Logan speaks softly as he says: "I did that myself. I punched a wall after Salvatore congratulated me on my victory. You'll have to imagine what he said to me because I am not repeating those bastard's words."

She picks up the bottle of water from the nightstand and opens it. She helps him take a sip and then takes a sip herself. 

She feels a cold shiver shoot across her spine and says: "I didn't know you were left behind. I fainted after I... Bruno and Dino took me to the cafe."

Logan pulls at the shirt she is wearing and says: "That explains the shirt."

She nods and says sadly: "When I found out you weren't with me in the cafe... And that no one knew where you were... And when Dino found you, you were wildly aggressive... And you didn't wake up... And..."

Logan kisses a tear away from her cheek and says: "I'm here Bonnie. Look at me, Scorpia."

She looks at him and sees the love she has for him reflected in his eyes. She carefully smiles at him. He runs his hand over her side and she sucks in her breath and squeezes her eyes shut. He lifts her shirt a little and stares at the dark-purple bruise on her ribs with tears in his eyes. He whispers: "I'm sorry."

Scorpia shakes her head and says: "You did that very well. Because I didn't break anything and I know now that you're capable of breaking your own hand. I'm sure the punch that caused me to hit the floor will give me a headache for a couple of days though." 

She chuckles and says: "We're even now. An excellent start to a healthy relationship."

Logan shakes his head and says: "I really hope I will never have to do that again. I don't mind getting knocked out by you, but the other way around is not something I enjoy."

Scorpia softly strokes his wrapped up hand and says: "I'm not letting you box ever again. You will be needing those hands for other things." She shoots him a naughty look and he holds his breath for a minute.

"Bonnie... You shouldn't say those things to a man who ran out of the bedroom, the second he saw you naked. A man who can still envision exactly what you looked like when he closes his eyes. Why do you think I didn't want to wake up?"

She giggles and then notices the door opening slowly. She turns towards the door and sees Dino peek inside. She happily exclaims: "He's awake."

Dino smiles wide and says: "I need to tell my brothers! Welcome back, Logan."

Logan nods at him and then quickly stares at Scorpia again.

Dino calls Bruno, who picks up the phone half asleep. "Brother! He's awake!"

"Thank god. She's going to be alright. I'm on my way! "

Dino hangs up and says: "I'm going to get Ciro. I'll be right back." Dino walks away and enters the room a while later, pushing Ciro in a wheelchair. Ciro asks Dino to get him closer to Logan and Dino pushes the wheelchair next to the bed.

Ciro bows his head for Logan and says in a broken voice: "Grazie fratello."

Logan looks at him with his eyes full of tears and nods.

The door flies open en Bruno walks in. His hair is a mess and he is only wearing a coat, boxers, and flip-flops. 

Scorpia laughs and he raises an eyebrow at her. 

He looks at his brothers and unzips his coat, while Dino unbuttons his shirt and Ciro lifts his hospital gown.

Scorpia stares from one brother to another and sees a name in black ink on all of their chests. Logan starts to cry and Scorpia says the name softly. "Bonnie."

The brothers grin and look at their sister and the man who will be their fourth brother forever.

Dino says: "We figured this was a nice way to show our love for our little sister and at the same time honor our fourth brother."

Scorpia slides out of bed and hugs Ciro gently. Ciro closes his eyes and squeezes her tight with his good arm. Dino is next in line and she hugs Bruno last.

Bruno softly says: "You're going to make it through. He's awake. Go and lie down with him again."

She looks her brothers in the eye one by one and says: "Vi amo. Into the future, together." She lies back down next to Logan, who hides his face against her chest, overwhelmed by his emotions.

The brothers leave the room and fall into each other's arms in the corridor.

Bruno says: "We're not losing her. The light in her eyes is back."

Dino and Bruno have to hold Ciro up, who is clinging to his brothers as he sobs. There are no words necessary. They held their breath all this time, worried Logan wouldn't wake up. Afraid they would have to watch their sister wither away.

Bruno opens mamma's front door on Monday morning and sees a courier standing there. The guy claims to be there to pick something up, but Bruno has no clue.

Mamma comes running and hands a thick envelope to the courier. She says: "Go straight to the police station and hand it to the detective personally! Trust me, you don't want to screw this up!"

The courier looks scared and nods. He gets on his motorbike and drives off.

Mamma closes the door and says proudly: "The last nail in Salvatore's coffin. Bastardo."

The penny drops and Bruno says: "Scorpia's files."

Mamma nods and asks: "Are Lexy and the boys still sleeping?"

"Yeah. I have to tell them Logan's awake. But I wanted to wait till I hear what the doctor thinks." His phone rings and he doesn't recognize the number on his screen. He accepts the call and hears Scorpia's voice.

"Good morning brother. Dino got me a phone, cause I still don't know where mine is. The doctor's been in to see Logan and the first impressions are good. No severe brain damage for as far as they can tell. There's a gap in his memory during the time of the psychotic episode, but that's normal according to the doctor. And it might even be better if he doesn't remember all of that."

"Bruno? Is Lexy really not mad at me?"

Bruno says: "No sorellina. She was raped herself... Lucas..."

Scorpia gasps and whispers: "No."

"Scorpia? She's almost as strong as you are. And convinced that killing Salvatore was the only option to give you and Logan a chance at a happy life. She is grateful and proud of you, not angry. So don't worry about that, okay?"

"Have you told her you love her already?"

Bruno blushes and says: "Yeah." He can hear her smile on the other end. "What are you going to do next little sister?"

Scorpia stays quiet for a long time and Bruno checks his phone to see if she's still there.

"I don't know Bruno. I don't know who I am. I don't know who I was. I have no clue what I want anymore."

Bruno says: "You're my little sister, mamma's daughter, Enzo's zia, Lexy's sister-in-law and aunt to Lucas..."

Bruno hears Logan's voice in the background. "You're the love of my life. No matter who you were or are, you will always be that. My Bonnie."

Bruno smiles and says: "That right there is all that matters. Let's choose love from now on, sorellina. I'm off to tell Lexy that Logan's awake."

Scorpia says: "I'll be off kissing someone. Ciao Bruno."

Bruno ends the call and runs up the stairs to his bedroom.

He opens the door and sees he's too late. There are two little men cuddled up against Lexy and she's giving them both a kiss on their hair. Lucas and Enzo look at him with big grins on their faces and he rolls his eyes to the ceiling.

Enzo looks up at Lexy and asks: "Kisses?"

She kisses him and Lucas gives Bruno a challenging look, before asking for the same thing.

Lexy chuckles and kisses Lucas too.

Bruno pouts and pretends to cry.

Enzo yells: "Pappa! Kisses!" Bruno walks over to Enzo's side and lifts him up for a hug and a wet kiss. He lies down next to Lexy, Enzo between them and Lucas looks over his mom and into Bruno's eyes.

Bruno asks: "What's wrong Lucas?"

Lucas seems to think about something for a while and gets out of bed to walk over to the other side. Enzo snuggles up to Lexy and Bruno follows Lucas with his eyes. Lucas climbs into the bed and looks at Bruno again. Bruno smiles at him and then the ginger-haired boy leans over and kisses him. Bruno is stunned and wraps his arm around Lucas, who sighs softly and snuggles into him.

Lexy looks at the two men with tears in her eyes and feels like the happiest person in the world. And just when she thinks life couldn't get any sweeter, she hears Enzo's voice.

"Mommy? Kisses!"

The tears stream down her face and Enzo looks at her all worried.

"Mommy sad?"

Lexy shakes her head and says: "No, my sweet little man. Mommy is very happy." She kisses Enzo and hugs him lovingly.

Bruno lifts Lucas over to his other side. The boys are between him and Lexy now and he wraps his arm around them both. He strokes Lexy's hip and says: "I love you all. Vi amo."

They stay there for a long time, basking in their bubble of love.

Lucas breaks the silence when he softly asks: "Is Enzo my brother now?"

Bruno says: "Yes, if you're willing to share your mom with us."

Lucas turns to Bruno and asks: "Can I call you dad then?"

Bruno swallows and answers in a hoarse voice: "I would really like that my son."

Lucas throws himself into Bruno's arms and cries. "I have a dad."

Enzo starts to sing softly: "Daddy, mommy, brother."

They all sing along until Bruno sits up.

"I have to tell you something. Uncle Logan's awake."

The boys jump out of bed cheering and run out of the bedroom overly excited.

Lexy begs Bruno with her eyes to tell her more.

"He is calm Lex. Scorpia's with him. They are both distraught and confused, but they love each other. My little sister is going to make it, because he loves her endlessly and now he can tell her that every day."

Lexy says: "My little brother will make it because she loves him. They can start a new chapter of their life together, without the threat of Salvatore."

Bruno takes his shirt off and points at his heart.

Lexy reads the name on his chest and tears start to form in her eyes.

Bruno says: "For Logan and Scorpia. Dino and Ciro have the same one in the same spot."

Lexy says: "It's beautiful. Has Logan seen it yet?"

Bruno nods and says: "We have a new brother since yesterday. One who loves her way more than we ever could. He's a hero Lexy. What he did is unimaginable."

Lexy says: "No, not unimaginable. That's the power of love Bruno." They kiss each other and rush out of bed to find out what the boys are doing.

Scorpia is leaning against Logan, sitting on his hospital bed, and tries to get up when a nurse walks in. Logan whispers: "No." She looks up at him and he shakes his head.

The nurse checks on his arm and writes something down. "Mister Brewster? I need to check your blood pressure and listen to your heart. So if your... girlfriend could get up for a-"

Logan looks the nurse dead in the eye and says: "No. Work around it. She's staying right here." Scorpia is a bit shocked and he just stares at the nurse without wavering.

The nurse sighs and starts to take his blood pressure. She writes it down and leans over the bed to listen to his heart. It's not going very smoothly, but Logan ignores her and looks at Scorpia, while he strokes her leg. The nurse leaves without a word and Logan kisses Scorpia gently.

Scorpia asks: "You do realize I can't stay next to you forever, right?"

Logan nods and says: "Yes you can. I am never letting you go."

Scorpia chuckles and says: "That could create some practical problems."

Logan stares deep into her eyes and says: "Hmm, maybe I didn't think this through well enough. But I need you Bonnie."

She kisses him and says: "Don't worry. I want the same thing, Logan. But I really really have to pee now."

Logan laughs and says: "Hmm, okay. You can leave for a bit."

She kisses him again, gets out of bed, and walks out of the room.

When she comes back out of the bathroom, she sees two boys running up to her, holding hands. She sinks onto her knees and the boys throw themselves at her for a group hug.

Enzo starts to cover her face in kisses and only breaks his kissing to say: "Soppia! Kisses! Soppia Kisses!"

Scorpia cries softly and hugs them both. She looks through her veil of tears and sees Bruno and Lexy walk up in the distance, also hand in hand. She smiles at them and Lucas uses his hands to wipe her tears away.

She looks at Lucas and he says: "I have a daddy. And a mommy. And a brother..." He kisses Scorpia and says: "And a zia."

Scorpia kisses him back and says: "I would love to be your zia."

Enzo yells happily: "Uncle Ogan!"

Bruno and Lexy get emotional from looking at the scene at their feet and Bruno says: "Come boys, let's visit uncle Logan. Mommy needs to talk to zia." Bruno takes the boys with him and Scorpia looks up at Lexy.

Lexy holds her hands out to Scorpia and says: "Get up sorellina. I've been wanting to hug you for a long time." Scorpia gets up and they hug, while crying in each other's arms. All emotions and stress come out and they cling to one another. There are no words needed, their hearts beat for the men in the room across the hall and they recognize the pain and love in the other.

Lexy whispers: "Ti amo sorellina!"

Scorpia laughs and says: "You sound like a true Italian. I love you sister!" Scorpia takes her hand and says: "Come with me."

They walk into Logan's room holding hands and both smile at the men in the room. Lucas is hugging Bruno, who is standing next to the bed and Logan is on the receiving end of Enzo's wet kisses. Lexy walks over to the bed and Enzo stops the kissing and looks at her. "Mommy. Uncle Ogan kiss!" He holds his arms out to Scorpia, who lifts him from the bed.

Lexy crawls onto the bed and snuggles up to Logan. He wraps his good arm around her and kisses her forehead. Enzo wraps his arms around Scorpia's neck and looks around the room with a happy look on his face. He sighs into Scorpia's neck and she rubs his back. They stand around the bed and smile at each other.

There's a knock at the door and it opens slowly. Dino comes in, supporting Ciro. They freeze on the threshold and take in all the people in the room. Enzo looks at his uncles over Scorpia's shoulder. Scorpia turns around to look at them and holds her arm out to them. They move closer and Scorpia wraps her arm around Ciro. She kisses his chin and he smiles at her nervously.

Enzo looks Ciro dead in the eye and Ciro looks back at him, feeling very insecure. Enzo whispers: "Ti amo!" Dino and Scorpia struggle to hold Ciro up because Enzo's words knock the wind out of him. Bruno grabs a chair, brings it over to Ciro, and helps him sit down on it.

Enzo sticks his arms out to Ciro and Scorpia carefully places him on Ciro's lap. Ciro wraps his arm around Enzo, while the tears stream down his cheeks. Enzo touches Ciro's cheeks with his little hands and asks: "Uncle Ciro sad?"

Ciro shakes his head and Dino says: "Uncle Ciro is very happy you love him." Enzo kisses Ciro and raises his arms towards Dino.

"Uncle Dino! Kisses!" Dino happily lifts Enzo up and kisses the boy back.

Lexy gets up from the bed and walks over to Dino. She says: "I'm Lexy."

Enzo shouts: "Mommy!" Lexy looks at Enzo with eyes full of love and lifts him from Dino's arms to put him down on Logan's bed. Enzo sits down and leans against Logan, he beams, looking around the room.

Dino wraps his arms around Lexy and says: "Welcome to the family sorella." Lexy smiles and hugs him back.

Ciro gets up with some difficulty and says: "Hey bro. Let her go. I want to welcome her too." Dino chuckles and lets go of Lexy.

She hugs Ciro carefully and places her hand on his heart. She says: "I know. Bruno showed me."

Lucas walks up to his mom all shy and Dino crouches down. He says: "You must be Lucas. Wow, you look like your uncle. A lot! I'm Dino."

Lucas looks at him and asks: "Uncle Dino?"

Dino smiles wide and says: "Yes, uncle Dino if you want." Lucas smiles and hugs his new uncle. He walks over to Ciro and his mom next and wraps his arms around Ciro's leg.

Ciro lets go of Lexy and pats Lucas on the head. "Welcome to the family, nephew Lucas."

Dino clears his throat and says: "I can't believe this room is still standing, with all this love between these four thin walls. I am leaving to talk to the doctor. I'll be back after that."

Enzo is on he bed, clapping his hands, while Lexy and Lucas help Ciro to a couch at the other end of the room. Bruno sits down next to his brother and Lucas climbs onto his lap. Lexy sits down next to Bruno and Scorpia moves towards the bed. She looks into Logan's beautiful grey eyes and he smiles at her.

Enzo yells: "Soppia! Down!"

Scorpia looks at the boy and realizes he is trying to climb out of bed. She sets him down on the ground and he runs towards Lexy.

"Mommy! Up!" Lexy lifts him onto her lap and plants a kiss on his hair.

Logan whispers: "Bonnie. Get over here."

She sits down on the bed next to him and he wraps his arm around her. She rests her head on his shoulder and closes her eyes. She feels the exhaustion seep in. She finally feels like she can relax completely. For the first time in ten years.

Logan softly says: "Sleep well, Bonnie."

His permission removes the last bit of tension and she sinks into a deep sleep.
