"So why the heck do you actually need me?" Deadpool asked. She was in the Batcave with the trio of heroes. Annoyed, and out of place.

"Because, The Joker is on the loose, and we figured, one insane person verses an insane mutant, the mutant will most likely win!" Spider-Man said.

"So... I can unalive him!" Deadpool asked, she suddenly seemed excited.

"No, you can't unalive him, just catch him," Batman corrected.

"Why me! Why can't you get flag boy or green idiot?"

"You mean Captain America, and which green idiot, Hulk or Green Lantern?" Batman asked. Amused about where this conversation was going.

"The big one!"

"So The Hulk?" Starfire asked.

"Sure! Whatever! My partner will kill you all..." Deadpool mumbled.

"Who is your partner?" Batman asked.

"Black Widow," Deadpool responded with a smirk.

"Oh, she is with the flag boy, they are both on an adventure known as a mission," Starfire smiled. Deadpool then let out a groan. She was annoyed, tired, and bored. Not a good mix when your an insane mercenary with a taste for blood.

Some time pasted, Batman was located the Joker. Deadpool kept making rude and sarcastic comments about Batman. Spider-Man and Starfire were playing video games, completely ignoring the adults who were acting like children.

"Why do you have a red suit? Why not black?" Batman asked. He has turned around to the mercenary, who was just sitting there, braiding her hair.

"Well, that's so bad guys can't see me bleed!" She giggled. Batman had this "Are you freaking kidding me" look on his face. She just giggled.

"What the freak!" Spider-Man shouted. Starfire had beat him at another round of Overwatch. She as D.Va, him as Lucio.

"What?" Deadpool asked, looking towards Batman.

"Some stupid video game Spider-Man brought with him, he claimed he was the best, and Star wanted to play. She has beat him ever since," Batman explained. Deadpool nodded. She looked around the Batcave. Trying to remember every detail.

"Hey, Batboy-"

"Man!"

Deadpool rolled her eyes "Batman, can I go train?" She asked, looking over at a set of punching bags and weights.

"Whatever you want, just don't kill anything!"

"I prefer unalive!" Deadpool smiled. She took of her suit. Underneath she had a red t-shirt on and black leggings with ripped knees. She made sure she was out of view before taking off her mask. She fixed her hair and started punching the bags.

Batman worked, the teen heroes played. Deadpool trained. Between the sounds of buttons being pressed, gun shots, and bags being hit. There was no talking. Yet, a small voice was heard singing.

"They see you as small and helpless," The voice sang.

"They see you as just a child, surprised when they find out that a warrior will soon run wild!" Spider-Man and Starfire had stopped the video games at this point to listen. Batman stopped his typing as well.

"Prepare for your greatest moments, prepare for your finest hour! The dream you've dreamed is suddenly-"

"You have a beautiful sing voice,"

"Oh my freaking gosh! What the heck!" Deadpool screeched. Batman was standing their. Watching her train and listen to her sing.

"Sorry, you have a very attractive voice!" Starfire commented. She then added "Sorry, I don't speak the English well,"

A awkward silence fell over the group. Deadpool, embarrassed they had heard her singing. Batman, weirded out at how he was comforted by a murder's singing. Spider-Man and Starfire were just there.

"Deadpool, I've found the Joker. You ready?" Batman asked.

"Um sure, let me get ready," She said. He nodded. They stared at each other for a minute. Deadpool had a slight blush on her scarred cheeks, while Batman was blushing underneath his mask. Spider-Man and Starfire walked away from the obvious tension.

"Friend Peter Parker, do we need to get, the ready?" Starfire asked.

"Um... we both are already suited up. Wanna play more Overwatch?" Peter asked Star. She shook her head and smirked

"We should get the Batman to join us in a game of the truth or the dare!" Star smiled. Peter turned a bit red. He has had a crush on the space princess for quite some time. Yet he has been to shy to say anything.

"Sure, go ask him," Peter smiled back. Star squealed with excitement.

"The Batman!" She shouted, floating to go find him.
