Don't be mad , Yiana! What are you saying? " 

Jungkook held Yiana's shoulder and shaked her. She didn't look at him . She bowed down her head and tears were rolling down continously from her eyes.

 What I have done? I killed his brother ? I killed one of the valuable person of the man whom I love madly? How I can do that? How can I be such cruel? I should not deserve to live !

All this were storming in her mind. She was not even hearing that Jungkook was screaming right next to her ear.  She was like out of her real sense. She was not even ready to bear this shock. She almost forget that thing , that monster herself! But alas what she found out now..

"Yan, speak up ! " He couldn't controll his anger anymore , he shouted on her grabbing her collar.  At the moment she got back in the real sense. Looking at this aggressive Jungkook didn't even shocked her. She just looked at him for some moments with those tears filled eyes.

" Kook , I did the murder . I am the killer , Give me punishment" 

She said that in a very calm and cold voice .Jungkook couldn't even tolerate a single word from her. He covered his ears and closed his eyes screeching ,

" Stop , YAN! You are not in your sense , you can't murder a person. Tell me what happened why are you saying  all this?" 

He was repeatedly asking shocked and fragile Yiana, she was not answering a single thing. Meanwhile Taehyung with his team entered the room hearing Jungkook shouting like that. All of them froze at their place looking at the whole situation in the room. They saw Jungkook and Yiana wailing like that which astonished them the hell out.

" Kook, I pushed methadone in his body to kill him. I did it ! I am a monster ... I do not deserve to live . I should be punished. Please take me to the cell "

She said like appealing this to the other person in the room. She literally sat down folding her knees. Jungkook rushed and sat in front of her. Holding her face softly with the both of his hands he was imploring to tell him why she was doing all this. 

" I know yan, you are just saying all this to save that doctor right? Tell me ain't I right ?"

He blabbered all this with a heartbreaking appeal. He almost acted like a crazy person. He went the closest to her , held her head against his chest trying to calm her down, actually trying to make himself calm , trying not to believe what she was saying.

" I know my yan can't do that right? I know you ... ain't I ?"

Yiana felt the tormenting pain inside her which was shattering every hope one by one . Jungkook still can't believe it while she actually did this thing.

"I deserve the worst " She mumbled and groaned.

She made a distance moving out from his closeness but couldn't left his hand. She held his hand more tightly looking at him with that pain in her.

" Jungkook, I know It's shocking, It's painful but it is the truth. I killed him. I took methadone from the hospital escaping from everyone's eye. I mixed water in this for the fear not to get caught for doing this sin . All I did for my baby.. The mafia gang kidnapped him."

With that reddish eyes and cold expression , all those hard words made her seem a toatally different person he used to know. Hearing all those harsh things he left her hand being extremely shocked. He didn't utter a thing more.

" I also lose you now Kook! I couldn't even keep the sincerity and admiration of yours, your love. Actually I don't deserve it right? Love is so pure and I am bounded with sins.  I should recieve the hardest punishment for doing this, for killing a person."  She kept mumbling all those things like a lunatic.

Jungkook didn't have the power to speak anything. He was just continuosly staring at the person sitting in front of him. He can't even realize what pain he is suffering now. He became rigid with a stiff posture. He was at a disbelief still now. Taehyung came and held him. He was saying something to pace him up but not a word he was hearing then. He couln't believe the fact that one of his precious person killed another one. Rest of some person came and took Yiana. They handcuffed her and took her in front of Jungkook's eyes as she confessed the sin as a murderer. Jungkook didn't even look at her. 

" What will happen to my yeosang? Please I can't think anything else than him" 

She cried while they were taking them from the room. While she was being dragged and arrested the whole hospital was staring on them with a disbelief in their eyes. They were shocked listening to this. Shin Jae rushed to all of them , trying to stop them. 

" She has a child.  Morever,She can't do that. Please leave her. " She pleaded to them crying.

" Shin Jae , they are right . I killed Jungkook's brother , agent of NIS. I should be punished"

All those words left Yiana left Shin Jae shocked and quiet. They took her in the car and was about to leave. 

" Take care of  my baby Shin Jae. I don't know what will happen to me next"

They left the place while Yiana said that. Shin Jae rushed in the hospital and saw already news reporters there, they are asking many questions from the manager whereas he is trying to avoid them. She saw Jungkook going towards the babysitting ward. Taehyung was there too. He gave instructions to some of the people to reach at every border of the city and stop all transportation. 

" What about Yeosang?" Shin Jae asked him with a frustrated look.

" I don't know maybe Jungkook is taking yeosang with him." 

" Really?" she exclaimed suprisingly.

" I know Shin Jae there is anything else huge behind this. She said us about the mafia gang , I knew she was being forced. But I don't know what will authority take decision because she actually killed him. She helped them well we know it was forcefully. " 

His words shattered her more.  Jungkook got out of the room  taking Yeosang in his lap. He stared at that pure happy face for some moments that was giving more pain to him. Yeosang is habituated with Jungkook now, he knew who is touching him, who is caring him. 

The person who always save all people's life , whose duty is to cure one , to give back life to the person who is even on the doorstep of death , how can she kill a person? Your mom gave me a life to live and your mom took that too?

Thinking all that he held yeosang closest to his chest and cried. Cried as loud as he can. Taehyung tried to calm him down but nothing was making any change in him . Shin Jae came and persuad taehyung to keep the baby with her. Somehow they managed Jungkook and she took baby with her to take care.

Reaching headquarter they heard Yiana already gave her statement that she is culprit. And after hearing all the defination from her statement, he was more tormented. Their yeosang's life was at sake, Yiana was in such a danger even she carried transmittor in her body. He almost understood how dangerous that mafia gang was. He was more broken hearing all like this. He was so shocked that he rushed to the cell where Yiana was kept . He stood out of their and saw Yiana was sitting at a corner burying her face in her hands , sobbing and crying. He was not able to tolerate the situation anymore. At the same time he was regretting that he was not their to help them , an unknown anger was growing inside him. The rage of anger was lightening up more for his fate and as well as for his brother's death. 

" Why didn't you inform me Yan? That yeosang was being kidnapped?" He shouted at her extremely which flinched Yiana. She was so shocked to hear that aggressive tone of voice from Jungkook. 

" I was binded kook. I was helpless then" She cried and came towards him.

" Why you didn't try at least? Tell me.. You should've the want to get out of their. If you had tried at least you should not have to kill my brother " He again shouted severely.

Taehyung came to him to calm him down but he was too much outthrowed. He was not in sense that he was shouting at his Yan.

" As I promised my parents the murdered of my brother will be punished, you will be punished. And I swear that will be the biggest punishment for me and for my fate. I hate my fate and life now" 

His those words made Yiana startled more. How aggresive he turned, how he is speaking in rage of his anger.! How can he act like that with her. She discovered another presence of Jungkook in him . She was too shocked to see this wild side of him.

" Just take care of my yeosang, don't be cruel to him" She pleaded and cried out.

" Yeosang is safe with Dr. Shin jae. Don't worry about him "  Taehyung said giving her hope.

Taehyung held him and took him to his cabin. He just broke on him crying out loud. Taehyung patted him and tried to pace him.

" What I did Tae? What came into me,,, you saw how rude I was with her. How helplessly she was crying.. But what I can do? I still can't believe she did it ! I love that girl tae... I love her badly. I can't tolerate this anymore!" He cried out loud . Taehyung was also surprised watching him so broken. Jungkook is one of the strongest person he has seen this far , and how he is whinning and crying like a kid. He got a great shock , much time will be needed to make him normal.

Meanwhile , they got news that a team of people already went to catch that gang as per Yiana instructed where they stay. They are trying to trace them best as they can. They also found out that this gang is one of the dangerous gang in the whole world doing around numerous crime. There are many crime records save about them from many years. Even CID and NIS tried many times to catch them but they failed. NIS was on their mission to catch them and Junghyun was one of the selected agent in this mission.

1 Week later

The current situation of CID is going very bad. It's been a week Yiana is in cell and Court's calling date is today for Yiana. Today the punishment of Yiana will be announced as per her crime. Already the media and the public started to abuse her for her crime. Even the hospital is also disrespected for her this act. The manager stated that they are not responsible or involved in her this Heinious act. They will not keep such a doctor in their hospital and make sure the safety of the nation. Public is continously wanting her death sentence for her this crime. Although they know she was being forced but they were not even watching the single side from her. Yiana already got the suspension letter from the hospital and also that she will not be able to practice as a doctor further from now. Her career is demolished badly. She didn't even react a bit . She became fragile and rigid out of all happenings in her life. She is allowed to meet yeosang everyday for an hour. She got this facilty only for the need of baby. One of her this bad work demolished all her good deeds and works of humanity. 

When they were taking Yiana to the court , they got the news that The mafia gang has been caught out finally.  They passed their mission and finally caught this mafia gang. Keeping that at a side Yiana was finally taken to the court. After some session and her statement the court sentenced her death sentence as he murdered an agent of NIS also along with that mafia gang. She also did help that gang. So for her this two crimes she was sentenced the ultimate punishment. She didn't even tried to defend herself  , she just took all the punishments without even thinking of anyone. Taehyung tried to defend her saying that she was being forced but the judge didn't took that as a powerful defend. 

On the other hand, Jungkook was severely sick . He was living with a extreme fever . He was not even able to got up from bed moreover he was losing his sense . He didn't even knew that Yiana was sentenced death . She will be hanged tomorrow at morning. After knowing all the concequences Taehyung called Jungkook inspite even knowing that he is severely sick. He took the call.

" Jungkook How have you been?" He asked being afraid.

" I don't know " His voice seemed very weak. 

" Jungkook , Yiana has being sentenced death tomorrow she will be hanged" He finally said that.

" WHAT?" He heard a scream from Jungkook again.
