In school the minuets used to be hours

And on vacations, hours to minuets

When we were in trouble, seconds to days of silence

Nothing was more suspenseful than that

Our younger days came and left by our ignorance

 Of wanting to grow up quickly.

Now than we aren't twelve anymore

We try every potion, bottle, and cream

To keep us young.

Time changes us

It makes us beautiful

And by twisted measures ugly

It's a shame that we blame time for being ugly

It's time those people learned it's their fault

They should have bought a better mirror.

When we were kids we were blissfully ignorant

As years go by you learn some things

That you never want to know

Life was so much more easy going then

Know we worry about bills

And how much money something costs.

Believe me when I say

I wish I could stay the same age I am for eternity

I wish I could go back to play in the little snow we got

And watch television like a bum again.

Let's all say this together now

For all the years you missed-

"Damn you Time."
