I hurry down to my school bag, opening the zipper quickly and shake out a couple of iron pills. I'm anemic so I have to take iron. I put them in my mouth quickly swallowing them. I sit on the floor waiting for them to kick in. I stare at my phone along with the paper. Reaching for them I remember his odd behavior along with knowing that stuff on the paper. Still, I use the paper to put the number back on my phone. My finger hovers but not quite touching. Taking the plunge I hit call and hold it to my ear. It rings a few time then he answers.

" Hello "

" Hello, Its Nora from class "

" I know "

" Look I don't want to be calling you either but you've left me no choice "

I can hear waves in the back of the call

" Where are you so we can get this over with "

" The beach "

" What one? There's a lot here "

" take a wild guess "

" I really can't so please just tell me "

" Fine."

He hung up but was quickly followed by a text of the beach he's at. I quickly notice that its the one less than a mile from me, but it's private.
