Slamming Doors
Killian's Pov
"Come back to me. Don't leave me," I whisper, kissing her once more, tears running down my cheeks, "Please. I need you. I need you both."
"Emma," Regina cries, walking into the now dry room.
My head falls into her chest, as I pour out my tears, holding her limp body tight to me.
"I love you," I whisper into her chest, as I cradle her body close to mine.
I leave a final kiss on her collarbone hoping that she truly hasn't left me yet.
"Killian," Regina says as she kneels by me, "Look."
A multi-color light bursts from my lips as they leave Emma's skin slowly. True love's kiss. Of course.
I look back at Emma with a new hope, but then it fades as her eyes stay closed.
"I don't think it worked. I think you might need to kiss me again," a horse voice whispers from below me. Emma.
Her eyes slowly open. I chuckle in disbelief, happy tears falling from my eyes. I kiss her passionately, holding her as close as I can get her to me.
"Easy tiger. We got company," Emma says into the kiss as Regina takes a couple steps away from us.
I pull away from the kiss, pulling on her lips.
"Bloody hell don't ever do that to me again," I pull her into a hug.
She nuzzles her head into the cradle of my neck, as I grip onto her shoulder blades.
I pull away standing up, helping her up on the way.
"Emma," Regina exclaims, pulling Emma in a hug immediately after she gets to her feet, "I didn't mean it. I didn't mean it at all. I let my..."
"It's okay Regina," Emma reassures her, "It was my fault too. I should have been a better friend these past few months. I know it's been harder on you and it's unfair what cards life handed to you."
"I know, but life has been just as unfair to you. I'd rather just focus on what is happening now, instead of things I can't change," Regina smiles at Emma.
"How's the baby?" I ask worriedly.
"Fine. She's fine," Emma grabs my hand and places it over her stomach.
The is a consistent round of kicks coming from the growing child in Emma's belly.
"She's definitely very active, that's for sure," Emma laughs.
"May I?" Regina reaches out her hand.
"Of course," Emma places Regina's hand on her stomach, in the spot where the kicks are.
"Oh Emma! I am so happy for you!" Regina explains, "And once you're here, little one, auntie Regina will teach you all the ways to use your magic like your mommy and we'll get into a little bit of trouble along the way won't we," Regina glances up at Emma, "Just kidding."
We all laugh.
"Oh I am sure she will get in enough trouble with Killian around. I'm going to need someone to be the responsible one besides me," Emma says.
"Oh don't you worry about that. I'd love to watch this little bundle any time," Regina smiles.
"Good because I know I am going to need it," Emma giggles.
I just hold her close to me.
That was too close of a call. And I am not going to let that happen again.
I am not going to lose Emma.
And after today. I am going to do whatever it takes.
And I have an idea of what I must do. And Emma's not going to like it.
"What the hell was that?" Regina asks.
"I think I might have an idea," a voice speaks out of the corner of the room.
It's Lucy Pevensie.
"It was a portal," she says, walking over to our small group.
"What?" I ask.
"It was a portal to Narnia. The magical land I told you about Emma. An evil sorceress stole one of the seven swords and it released the green fog back into the realm. The evil sorceress lured the mist to the Enchanted Forest and used it to find her enemies greatest weaknesses to manipulate them. And someone traveling from the Enchanted Forest must have brought it here. I never thought I would see Narnia again, but a portal dragged me back to reunite the blades. It is strange though. I found the missing blade near the headstone of someone in Storybrooke, named Christine Elowyn, while I was making peace with Edmund. But I restored the sword to its rightful place and I came back through the painting of the ocean in this library," Lucy tells us in her British accent.
"Thank you Lucy. I think the information you have gained will greatly help us," I say, gripping onto Emma's hand.
"I'm glad," Lucy walks out of the room,"Well I must be on my way."
"Are you okay?" Emma shakes my hand out of hers, massaging it out.
I must have been holding on a little too tight because she has round imprints in her palm from her finger.
"I apologize, love. I am just worried. That's all," I said.
She nodded, I could tell she didn't quite believe me when I tried to reason with her that I was fine.
"Okay," she says rubbing my shoulder, but I only tense up.
She pulls her hand away looking down at the floor. She thinks she has done something wrong, but the truth is she has done nothing.
I just need to stay strong for what I have to do. It will help the both of us, I just have to get through the hardest part first.
We drive back to the house and we walk into the house.
"It's so strange. I wonder if anything Lucy said has to do with what's happening to me? What do you think?" Emma asks as we walk into the house.
Guilt creeps, into the back of my throat and face darkens.
"Aye. I wonder too love," I say as if it was nothing walking over to her.
She turns around, "I am worried Killian," she sighs and it just tugs on my heart.
Everything in my body tells me to just stop the act right now.
"Aye. I know me too," I say lovingly, that part true.
I brush the strand of loose hair behind her ear.
"And I think I know something that can make you less worried," I say seductively, kissing her behind her ear.
"Killian," she laughs, "What are you doing?"
"Just taking care of my wife," I say and move my lips to hers. True.
"I don't think now is really the best time," she says pulling away as I pick up her legs and wrap them around my waist.
I respond by kissing her hard and passionately, pushing her against the wall.
"Killian..." she trails off.
"I almost lost you," I say huskily, forcing my lips on her again.
"Okay. What is wrong, Hook? This isn't..." she pulls away.
But I cut her off, by sucking at the spot just below her jawline.
She gasps, gripping my hair.
I walk her up the stairs and into the room. I plant her on the bed. She has stopped trying to fight back.
"Okay now that you have gotten me all riled up, you're going to have to go through with it," she says as I walk away from the bed.
"I know and I will," I make it to the door.
She stands up.
"But there is something I need to do first. And I need you safe," I say my hand on the door handle.
She realizes what I am about to do and practically runs to the door, but I slam it shut locking it from the outside
"Killian," she bangs on the door, "Why are you doing this?"
"Lucy said this sorceress used the green fog to manipulate people and that the sword was by a grave. I am going to go check it out," I say my back to the door.
"We can do that, but you're going to need to let me out," she begs.
"No," I say harshly, but my voice softens, "After today, I am not going to take any more risks. You are safe here."
"Killian," I hear tears come to her eyes as her voice cracks, "We can do this together. Like we always have. Please. Don't leave me here."
I am the seconds from agreeing with her and letting her win, but I stiffen my shoulders.
"I'm sorry," is all I can think to say.
"You're sorry!" She practically screams through the door, "Killian Jones, don't you dare leave me!"
"Emma..." I turn back around placing my hand on the door.
She can feel the weight of it on the door.
"You can't just make me a prisoner here," she cries.
"I know, but there is no other way," I feel her hand on the door where mine is.
"Of course there is. Let me out. Let's fix this together. Baby, don't do this," she is in teas at this point. I can hear it in her voice.
"I love you," I say, dropping my hand and walking away.
She bangs her palms on the door. I stand there until I hear her give up as she slides to the floor.
"Come back to me. Don't leave me," she whispers.
"I need you," she pleads.
It kills me to do this to her, but it will be better this way. It's safe.
Stupid Killian!!!!!!!!!! Never lock a woman up!!!!!!
But I had to add it for plots sake, so yeah there's that.
Also this is so unedited, but I barely had time to write it, so I call this an accomplishment, even if there are so many errors. So sorry if there are!
As usual, Theories? Comments? Advice?
And have a wonderful day! Love you all!
