"Adhivik bhai?" Natasha whispered in a small voice.

"Hmm, go inside, I'll make it, I was here to make a cup for me" he said, when Natasha was about to interrupt "Go inside"

She silently sat on the couch, outside when Adhivik prepared coffee.

Ishaan, who was walking in the corridors, looked at Natasha sitting there.

Adhivik brought two cups of coffee, to which Natasha took her mug, and sat drinking.

As she drank a few sips of coffee, darkness flashed in front of her eyes, cup slowly moving out of her hand, it felt as if her body was slowly turning limp.

Adhivik's eyes widened as he saw Natasha's cup falling, he tried to take a hold on her, but before anything else, he saw his sister falling.

Ishaan, who was horrified by the entire scene, came downstairs. "Natasha!" Ishaan shouted as he took a held on her.

As Adhivik tried to check her, Ishaan pushed him aside. "Le-leave, leave her, you did haina? Aapne hi try kiya hai na? If something happens to my sister, I'm not going to leave you"

"Ishaan? What are you saying?" Adivik asked, his furrows raised, jaws clenched as he picked up Natasha and started checking her.

"Bhaii! Abhi bhaiya, Viraj bhaiya!" Ishaan shouted, tears streaming down his eyes, his hands shaking.

As Abhimanyu and Viraj came downstairs, they looked at Natasha lying unconscious on the sofa.

"Wha-what happened to her?" Abhimanyu asked, when Viraj looked at her.

"He is the root cause" Ishaan spatted in anger, as Viraj tried to calm all of them.

"Let's take her to hospital" Viraj instructed as he picks her, and makes her sit in the car.

Four of the brothers rushed to the hospital,

Adhivik tried to explain the situation, but none of them wanted to listen. At this moment, nothing felt more important than Natasha's health.

As they rushed to the hospital, the tension in the car was palpable. Adhivik's eyes were fixed on Natasha's pale face, his mind racing with thoughts of what could have caused her sudden collapse.

"Kya hua tha, Adhivik?" Viraj asked sternly, his voice firm but laced with concern. (What happened?)

Adhivik's voice trembled. "Maine coffee banayi thi, usse pehle hi vo bahar baithi thi... Maine use coffee di, aur phir..." (I made coffee, she was sitting outside before that... I gave her coffee, and then...)

Ishaan's anger boiled over. "Tumne kuch mila diya kya uss coffee mein?" (Did you mix something in her coffee?)

Abhimanyu intervened, his voice calm. "Ishaan, chill. Let's not jump to conclusions."

Viraj's expression turned stern. "Adhivik, tum hospital ke bahar raho. Hum handle karenge." (Adhivik, you stay outside the hospital. We'll handle this)

Adhivik's eyes widened, hurt and confusion etched on his face. "Mujhe pata nahi kya hua. Main to bas coffee banayi thi." (I don't know what happened. I just made coffee)

As they arrived at the hospital, the brothers rushed Natasha to the emergency room. The wait seemed interminable.

Ishaan was about to grab Advik's collar once again, when he was stopped by Abhimanyu, "Ishaan, Advik can't do something this wrong, I know he'd made mistakes, he had hurt Natasha but of course, he's my brother and I believe that he can't stoop this low"

Ishaan never behaved this triggered, even at the death of his parents he was the one who handled his siblings, acted mature, but now he was completely different

As the brothers stood outside the emergency room, the tension was palpable. Ishaan's anger and worry for Natasha's condition were evident on his face. Abhimanyu tried to calm him down, but Ishaan was beyond consolation.

Viraj's expression was grim, his eyes fixed on the floor. Adhivik stood a little apart, his eyes downcast, his face etched with worry and guilt.

The silence was broken by the sound of footsteps. The doctor emerged from the emergency room, a somber expression on his face.

"Please, doctor," Ishaan begged, his voice cracking with emotion. "Tell us what's happening with Natasha."

The doctor's expression softened slightly. "I'll tell you everything, but please, you have to stay calm."

Ishaan nodded; his eyes fixed on the doctor. The doctor took a deep breath before speaking. "Natasha is... stable for now. But we need to run some tests to determine the cause of her condition."

Ishaan's face fell, his eyes welling up with tears. Abhimanyu put a hand on his shoulder, trying to comfort him.

Viraj's expression turned cold; his jaw clenched. "We'll find out who did this," he vowed. "And they'll pay for it."

Adhivik's eyes met Viraj's, and for a moment, they just stared at each other. Adhivik's face was etched with guilt and worry, while Viraj's expression was cold and unforgiving.

The brothers stood there, frozen in time, their emotions raw and exposed. The only sound was the soft beeping of the hospital machines and the quiet sobs of Ishaan.

As they stood there, the weight of their emotions threatened to crush them. They were a family torn apart by anger, guilt, and worry. But in that moment, they were united in their concern for Natasha.

As the brothers stood there, the silence between them was palpable. Ishaan's sobs had subsided, but his eyes were still red-rimmed from crying. Abhimanyu's arm was still around his shoulders, offering what little comfort he could.

Viraj's expression was still cold, his jaw clenched in anger. But as he looked at his brothers, he saw the pain and worry etched on their faces, and his expression softened slightly.

Adhivik, on the other hand, looked like he was carrying the weight of the world on his shoulders. His eyes were downcast, and his face was etched with guilt and worry.

As they stood there, the brothers were suddenly aware of the fragile bonds that held them together. They had always been a family of strong, stoic men, but in that moment, they were vulnerable, exposed, and scared.

Abhimanyu was the first to break the silence. "We need to be strong for Natasha," he said, his voice barely above a whisper. "We need to be there for her, no matter what."

Ishaan nodded, his eyes welling up with tears again. "I just want her to be okay," he said, his voice cracking with emotion.

Viraj's expression turned grim. "We'll find out who did this," he vowed. "And they'll pay for it."

Ishaan nodded, his eyes welling up with tears again. "I just want her to be okay," he said, his voice cracking with emotion.

Viraj's expression turned grim. "We'll find out who did this," he vowed. "And they'll pay for it."Adhivik looked up, his eyes meeting Viraj's. "I didn't do it, Viraj," he said, his voice shaking with emotion. "I swear, I didn't hurt Natasha."

Viraj's expression softened slightly, and he looked away, unable to meet Adhivik's eyes.As they stood there, the brothers were aware of the chasm that had opened up between them. They were no longer the united, strong family they once were.

"So nobody believes me, right?" Adhivik said with a tear threatening to fall from his eyes. His voice felt betrayed and vulnerable. His words almost choked; he couldn't just believe his brothers considered him a murderer to his own sister. It was true he'd said many such things which he shouldn't say but that never meant he can do a crime, of course not

Or maybe?
