"Oh my goodness." I giggle to myself still lying in my twisted bedsheets with my hands over my mouth.

Maybe...I should go to Italy? I mean, what really is the harm in going? I want to go, so so so bad.

Ollie's already been gone for three hours and I'm missing him like crazy. Not only do I miss the new amazing feelings that he's introduced me to, but I'm missing him and that piece of me that's always been brought so much joy when he's around. I nearly forgot what it felt like the last five years without him.

I really need to do something with myself before I lay in bed and do nothing but think of Ollie like some obsessed girl. So I toss the blankets off and check my phone one more time to see if he's messaged me yet, then gather my clothes and enter the bathroom to take a much needed shower.

"Good afternoon, Love. Did you lot have fun last night?" Jane asks me looking up from one of her romance novel as she sits at the breakfast nook with her cup of tea.

I whince, not wanting to look at her suddenly when the thought of her son's privates enter my dirty mind. "It was big- oh God- fun. I mean fun. It was really fun."

Oh MY God.

I twist around as shame fills my cheeks neck and chest and grab a coffee mug from the cabinet to try to seem like I'm doing something and not dying of embarrassment.

"A night of big fun, sounds brilliant." Jane responds but keeps her green eyes on her book.

"Big fun?" Ty saunters in, shirtless covered in sweat wearing track pants and running shoes. "That's funny, considering you and Ollie got in that little argument last night."

I turn and widen my eyes at him and give him the hand gesture to be quiet, but could also be construed as being beheaded.

"I hope Oliver wasn't a shit to you, Mur." Jane places a book mark in the book and closes it, worried.

"It's fine. We talked it out." I wave her off and turn back to the coffee pot and begin to fill it with water.

"Lots of talking, I'm sure." Ty chides with a chuckle.

I cringe and twist around grabbing an apple from the bowl on the center island and launch it at his head.

He catches it just as Jane looks up from  marked book and sighs, "You two should talk, Darling. The two of you were so close once upon a time."

"I'm sure they've become close again, mum."

I swear if Tyson says one more thing I'm going to tell Jane about how he kicked a ball into her China collection destroying the family heirloom's when he was 14.

"Ty! What are you doing today?" I ask a little too loud and a little too obvious.

"My train leaves tonight for Scotland. But besides that, I don't have any big plans."

Oh my goodness I'm going to kill him.

"Do you want to get some lunch, maybe?" The coffee begins to pour behind me so I promptly get the cream from the fridge and add a splash to my mug.

"Hmm, I could go for a big lunch. I've really worked up an appetite." Ty groans rubbing his bare abs.

"Okay," I announce and grab my coffee mug then hook an arm around Ty and pull him behind me.

I trudge upstairs and enter his room throwing him into it by his big arm. He enters laughing his butt off while whipping the tears from his face. "Oh my fuck, that was brilliant."

"You are worse than your brother." I say setting the hot coffee down on the desk.

"Chill, mum is so naive. There's not a chance she thinks precious Muriel is banging Ollie."

"We aren't banging!" I bite out with a strangled voice.

Ty snorts a laugh and nods, not believing me, then throws himself onto his bed. "Whatever you say, Muriel. I know the two of you left with each other last night. And after everything that happened in Cornwall  there's no doubt you've finally let him out of the friend-zone."

I exhale and roll my eyes still grasping onto the fact that we haven't gone all the way...well, kind of.

"I need to do something today." I grab the coffee and take a large hot sip.

Ty cracks a grin and sits up, taking a sniff from his armpit, "Let's get some lunch. But I need a shower first."

🦋🦋

Lunch with Ty is the distraction I was hoping for but even he isn't able to keep my thoughts going back to Ollie. He has yet to send me a message or call, which doesn't do anything but make me think of him more.

I'm sure he's busy, and I'm being unfair expecting him to drop everything just to say 'Hi' but I am slightly disappointed he didnt call or text me when he landed in Italy.

I'm being psycho. I need to relax and stop obsessing, he will reach out to me when he has time.

"Have you heard from your dad? I'm wondering if he's planning on coming in June with Mum and Gemma?"

I nearly choke on the Pad Tai noodle and swallow it down with water before I answer, "I highly doubt it. They're separated, there is no reason for him to come out here for summer vacation."

"Well, we all know how stubborn your dad is when it comes to sticking to plans."

"No way. He won't. " I shake my head. "Hopefully he takes his assistant on a lovely getaway and we never have to see either of them again."

"You know, that's never going to happen."

"A girl can dream." I lean into the table and give Ty a grin. Ty's phone pings on the table so he grabs it and slides his finger across it.

"Oh, it's Ollie, hold on." He begins typing out a responding message. I bite the inside of my cheek, feeling like dog poop all of a sudden. I take a quick peek at my phone and see I still haven't had anything come in.

Why hasn't he called me like he said he would? At least his infamous one worded 'hey' messages would be better than nothing. It literally takes all of 3 seconds to write it and push the send button.

I inwardly tense up afraid maybe I was...gross last night?

Oh God

Ugh, I can't think like that. He's busy, and only had a moment to text Ty. It's fine. I need to relax and not be clingy.

Besides, this was my call to keep everything on the down low,  I have no right to badger Ollie for texting Ty rather than me.

"Sorry, he's been bugging me about what I was up to." Ty says setting the phone face down.

My brows screw upwards realizing they've been texting back and forth meanwhile I'm waiting for one simple text.

"He's so fucking nosey. Anyways, what were we talking about? Right, your arsehole dad."

Ugh

"Ty? Let's talk about something else. Something that doesn't revolve around my dad or Ollie?"

"Okay?"

Before he has a chance to change the subject I shove my plate away and cross my arms tightly, "Why hasn't he called me? Or at least sent me a message? I mean, he said he was going to and I know he's busy with work and all that, but after...the stuff last night I'd expect at least a 'hey' from him."

"Erm, wow, okay...that was a lot all at once." Ty lifts his brown thick brows and picks up his phone.

"Tell him I'm pissed. No- don't say that. I'll sound psycho. Ask him why he hasn't texted me without asking him that."

"I am." He says sending a short text message out.

Suddenly, his phone begins to ring and he hands it over across the table. I'm so annoyed he doesn't even have the decency to call my phone.

"Hello?" I answer angrily.

"Murry? What is going on? What is Ty talking about? I've been texting you all day."

"What? No you haven't?" I remove my phone and touch the screen to see I still have zero notifications.

"I've sent you three messages and called twice. But you didn't answer or write back." Ollie states on the other end. Where ever he is is busy, I hear the sound of bustling around and people laughing and talking in the background.

For a moment I consider him to be lying because I have nothing on my phone.

But then something pulls at my attention...I haven't heard from anybody. Not my mom or Gemma, or dad or Jeremy? I haven't heard anything from anyone since I talked to dad after he threatened to turn my cell phone off.

"Oh my gosh...I think dad turned my phone off... I haven't been getting anything."

Ollie let's out a loud long sigh into the phone then laughs nervously, "Christ, I thought you were having second thoughts and avoiding me."

Relief floods me and I shake my head smiling. "No."

He doesn't think I'm disgusting. And he's been trying to reach me.

"I'm going to go get a new one with Ty. I'll text you when I have it turned on."

"Alright. I've got go, I just needed to figure this out. Bloody Henry always getting in the way."

Huh?

"Wait? What?"

"Sorry, I'll tell you later, Murry. Text me as soon as you get your new phone."
