Once they reached the cove, Hiccup jumped off Toothless and formed into his dragon form. "This feels so much better." He said, stretching himself out, like a cat. Toothless nodded her head, then walked over to the small lake, taking a long drink. Hiccup quickly followed and started to have a drink next to her.

At Berk Time Skip

The crew just docking, when Astrid walked up to Stoick. "You saw him again? Didn't you?" Astrid asked Stoick.

"Yeah, he had friends this time. He is powerful now, he has a Nightfury friend, he is also a Nightfury. But that won't stop us, we will find and destroy the nest, as well as Hiccup and his beast of a friend." Stoick replied, spitting Hiccup out like it was poison. Astrid nodded in reply, then set to work on helping the injured.

Once everything was back to normal (few hours), she walked off towards the docks, when she saw that the coast was clear, she hopped into a small rowing boat, then set off to get to Hiccup. She rowed for hours, the sun starting to set. She banked the boat onto the beach, then started to walk into the nearby forest. A shadow flew by, followed by another. Suddenly, Hiccup dropped from the sky, landing in a crouched position. "Why are you here?" Hiccup growled to Astrid, as Toothless landed behind him. Astrid took a step back but did not answer. "ANSWER ME!!" Hiccup yelled at Astrid.

"I... I... I c...came for y...you. I w...wanted t... to s...see you." Astrid replied back, shaking. Hiccup took a step towards Astrid, causing her to faint.

"And now she's down. Great, just great." Hiccup huffed out. He transformed into his Shadow Dragon form, then, picking Astrid up, flew off to the cove, Toothless following shortly after.

They just waited for Astrid to wake up when her hand started to twitch. Hiccup quickly transformed into his human form and ran over to her side. She slowly opened her eyes, then looked straight at Hiccup.

"I... I need t... to g... go!" She quickly said then ran off. Hiccup followed her from a distance, but once she was at the boat, heading towards Berk, did he turn back. He landed in the cove, then walked over to Toothless, who was sat staring at the water.

"How are you?" Hiccup asked Toothless. She did not reply, but her body posture did change, it straightened.
