3 Pov

Natsu, Lucy, and Erza were at the back of the ambulance looking at their friend. The EMT's was checking him. He only had a few broken ribs. Lucy was crying she thought it was her fault. Natsu grabbed her hand and squeezed her hand. Erza looked at them and smiled "she..*breaths* is okay..*breaths* i dropped..*breaths* her off..*breaths* at the BAU"  Lucy nodded and held his hand.

*at the hospital*

 Everyone had to stay out of the examination room. Lucy was pacing back an forth. "Lucy come sit down." Erza said worried for her and Natsu. Lucy looked at her with dull eyes. Erza was shocked but she motioned Lucy to come to her. Lucy did. Erza grabbed her and Lucy sat on her knees as erza hugged her into her chest. Lucy cried in her stomach soon Lucy passed out. Soon the doors opened and there was Layla running towards her mother. She saw that she was sleeping so she sat on a chair and looked at everyone. They smiled at her and introduced themselves to her.  

**2 hours later** 

Lucy woke up an hour ago. She had to tell her daughter what happened well not all of it. Natsu still had not come out of the room. It was strange he only had a few broken ribs, or so they thought. A doctor came with a displeasing look. Everyone was worried he said, "does anyone know who he lives with?"  No one knew until Layla said, "he told me he lives at his house."  The Doctor nodded but said, "with anyone else?"   Everyone did not know the only person who would know is the director of the BAU. " I will be back but please take care of him." Erza told the Doctor. The Doctor nodded and left.

*at the BAU*

Erza went in to talk to the director. "master do you know anything about Natsu and who he lives with?" Erza asked the director looked at her an said, "yes his step-father...why?"  Erza sighed "He is in the hospital and the Doctor asked we don't know why though?" The master nodded and said, "go back to the hospital and tell them that he lives with his step-father." Erza nodded and left the office. 

*back at the hospital* 

Erza got to the waiting room and saw that everyone was crying. She was confused "what's wrong?" Lucy looked at her and said in a small cracked voice "n-natsu has- has." she burst into tears again. Then gray came up to her and said, "Natsu has scars all over his body." Erza was shocked "what kind?" Gray gulped "lab rat type of scars." Then a person started to walk towards them. The nurses tried to stop the person but could not. Lucy, Erza, and Gray looked and saw Natsu. " I told you people I am fine!"  he was walking like he was not even shot. Lucy ran towards him and hugged him. He was shocked. "tell me it's not true!" he gritted his teeth. "it is" Erza's eyes got red and said, "I will be right back." Everyone looked at her as Erza walked out. Lucy hugged Natsu tighter "don't ever do that again!" He laughed a little. Natsu then said, "can't make any promises." He signed himself out of the hospital. Everyone went back to work but Natsu, Lucy, and Layla.
