I haven't seen Zoe for about 3 weeks now and I'm starting to get worried cause she normally texts me to tell me that she's fine. Ever since she started dating that Jordan guy a year ago, her whole personality changed and not for the better..

Zoe used to be so happy, so bright, and full of smiles, but now that's changed. The last time I saw her I went to get a spoon out of the drawer in the kitchen to stir my cup of coffee when she flinched away from me. I mean, yeah it hurt me cause she's never done that before but it also had me wondering if I had done anything to upset her.

Why would she flinch away from me? I'd never lay a hand on her like that.

Let me tell you all a little secret.. I'm in love with her and seeing her with him makes me jealous and the worst part is.. I'm the one that introduced them and now it's like I'm invisible to her..

Looking at my half of the necklace -I got when it was our 6 year friend-anniversary- that has "friend" engraved on it, I suddenly had a wave of sadness wash over me as I remembered when I gave the  other half to Zoe because  she will always be my other half and my best friend even though I will never get to hold her or call her mine.

Finally having enough of moping around I picked up my phone and called Zoe, after the 4th ring I gave up cause she normally answers on the 1st ring, I had a bad feeling about this...
