Both girls walked the streets of New York for over 20 minutes since neither of them was allowed to drive. The abandoned church loomed above them and Maya turned to face Riley.

"You know, you don't have to do this. You can go back" Maya told the brunette. Riley shook her head. The blonde then realized that there was no way that Riley was going to change her mind.

"Fine, I'm just going to have to face the wrath of my father..." Maya mummbed as she opened the door. It once again transformed infront of the girls eyes.

Isabelle tore down the streets of New York. I need to find him... she urged herself. Isabelle then stumbled upon the steps of Her husband Simon's appartment.

"Simon? Simon I need to talk to you!" Isabelle said urgently while knocking on his door. Simon opened the door looking as tired as ever.

"Isabelle, what are you doing here? You know I sleep at this time.." He said groggily. The grown woman pushed him in the doorway as well as herself.

"This isn't a game Simon. Our daughter... Riley knows she's a Shadowhunter. Who knows what Maya will get her into?" Isabelle ranted, more worried than angry. Simon gently placed his hands on his Wife's shoulders.

"Grant me a passage to the Institute for a few days. We'll keep an eye on her. It'll be ok Izzy" He replied softly.

"What if it's not?" She whined like a child. Simon then looked her in the eyes.

"It will be. Just trust me ok?" Isabelle nodded and they both stayed at the appartment until dark.
