A concerned friend

It was a cool summer morning. My hair flying behind me.. Cool breeze.. And loud cars honking at the road.. Yep, typical life, huh?

I was heading to school when a pair of arms is around my waist. "WHAT THE FLIPPING--" I almost curse. Welllllll.... I used to curse since.. ERM.. PJ kinda, taught me how. "Easy luv, its me" he said. I sigh. "Let's just goto school, now. K??"

I bet your wondering.. WHAT THE FUDGE HAPPENED TO OUR SWEET MATURE Y/N?! Well.. PJ kinda. Uhm, taught me things I didn't know. Like, what condo- I mean, how to properly talk to people since Yannie was the only person I talked to.. Until now.

Me and PJ was walking down the hallway when gossips are starting to be heard.

'I heard PJ likes her. Is that true?'
'For such a nerd, she can get PJ to like her'
'Maybe she's good in bed? I mean, PJ likes to have girls in his room'

What.. Does that mean? I looked to the girls who were talking and they are looking at me. With a glare on their faces. I squeaked and turned away. Me and PJ are close but..

'What's my relationship with PJ?'

I was eating my lunch like predator eating its prey. Students looked looked at me disgustingly. I didn't do anything but eat. Yannie looked at me amused. "Wow, PJ taught you some stuff, huh?" She said while eating her burger. I shrug. She sighed, "Y/n.. I have something to tell you.." The tone on her voice made me stop. "Ever since you and PJ became close.. I started worrying on how the students--especially girls-- will treat you. I know for a fact that PJ is crazy popular here" I sighed, I smiled genuinely. "Thanks for your concern, Yannie. But assure you, I'll be fine" I assured her with a smile. She smiled, "Tell me if something happen, k? I know you have powers but it doesn't mean you can use it to solve your problems, alright?"

We finished our lunch and walked to our next class. "Hey, your coming to the Basketball Championship, rite?" I asked her. She hummed. "I'll try, I have a lot of work at the SSG office" she answered. I pouted, she smiled. "Your work seems to take priority these days. What about me? Do I mean nothing to you now?" I dramatically said, she chuckled. She ruffled my h/c hair, "You know why I'm busy, now off you go to your class, I'll meet you at the gym" she chuckled and went opposite way to where I was heading. I smiled.

"Hey, PJ, catch" undyne tossed me a water bottle. I caught it and drank from it. "Gee, thanks. Undyne" she smirked, I glare at her. 'Son of a bitch' "Hey PJ~" a flirtatious voice said. I grew annoyed and didn't notice it. "Baby, why are you avoiding me?~" I still didn't pay attention to Bunny. "Let's practice, guys" they snickered and I glare at them and start playing for the Championship later.

Students fill in the gym. We were about to start when someone tapped my shoulder. I turned around. And smiled. "Hey, PJ, good luck" Y/n then kissed my cheek. I blushed and smiled lovingly at her. "Thanks" then I jogged at the bench where Father and my team are planning.

Everybody was crossing finger when I shoot the ball and we only have 10 seconds left. I shoot the ball and it we have only 6 seconds.

5.. Everyone gasp as the ball flew in the air.

4.. The opponents widen their eyes.

3.. They tried to block it but no avail..

2.. The ball was near the net and everyone crossed their fingers, the other to not shoot (opponents side) and others to shoot (Underhigh's side).

1!!! The ball went through the net earning 3 points. Everyone cheered. PJ smiled and shouted. "YES!" Their opponent was disappointed but smiled. PJ went towards their leader and held out his hand. "Good game" he said, the captain huffed and grinned. "A tough one that is" the captain chuckled. PJ snickered. When he went to the bleachers, a familiar arm hugged him. He smiled at the words. "Congrats.." Y/n said.
