Deals and Faith

Author POV

Time itself was giving them all they need as the students rummaged through the shelves seeking for answer only they can find. Drowning out the noises of the door being crashed as the magic outside was getting brighter and louder. Raven was staring the crack below the door as it glowed a magnificent f/c. By the time the students has completely learned a spell or two, they were ready.

Right? 

Raven sighed and walked to where PJ is. She approached him with Error, NM, Dream, Ink and Lust in a mahogany table at the center of the library with a floating book in the center. Raven tapped the smooth table to get the attention of the males as they turned to her acknowledging her presence. 

"There's a way to stop this." Raven started to lean in for the book as silver hue swirled around them and the map of the school outlined with silver was floating atop of the book. Error sucked in a breath. Ink held his partner's sleeves to calm him down as NM stared at it in disbelief. 

Dream pointed to the glowing end of the map, "And that is?" 

Raven waved her hand as the map zoomed in on where he was pointing. "That's.. uhm.." Looking rather displeased with her answer, Lust clicked his tongue that got their attention.

"That's Yannie's tomb or resting place or some shit that magic is revolving." Lust then leaned in the table with his hands placed on the wooden surface. Raven nodded as she zoomed in closer. "This is also where Y/n crashed in earlier. She's not dead--" PJ perked up. 

"But she is dying." 

PJ clutched the book like its the only thing it's keeping him from breaking down. Raven took notice of this as she approached PJ. Placing a hand on his head a bright surge of purple hue and f/c swirled around them as PJ stared in shock. 

"You're the spouse of a reckless goddess," Raven pulled her hand back as PJ covered his mouth with his hand. "Before she get to transform to the monster she is. Kill it."

"You mean kill h..her?"PJ stared at her in disbelief. Raven clicked her tongue once more as Ink joined in.

"No need," he pulled out his paintbrush. "We can trap it and destroy it separately."

"Losing another one of Yannie's sister is not gonna help. " NM commented as Error stared at Raven. 

"Find a way to help us and NOW"

Another bruise. Y/n winced in pain as she covered to hide away in a wrecked classroom. The echoes of shoes clicking in the hallways gave her adrenaline in a bad way. A loud screeching emitted in the room as Valerie dragged her ax in the floor whilst scraping it. Y/n couldn't think. She couldn't even BREATHE. 

Valerie chuckled as she slammed her ax in the wall causing it to crumble as Y/n peeked to see her approaching the table she was hidden. 

"You know how things can end quickly?" Her voice was lilting but menacing and it scared her. Y/n quickly cloaked herself as she ran to the door but an excruciating pain sliced up her thighs as she stumbled in the floor. Y/n's wings sprouted as she covered herself while healing the leg. 

Valerie must've put some kind of poison in the ax cause as she heals it the pain was doubling and she screamed. Much to delight Valerie more.

"This will end if you DIE" Valerie raised her ax as Y/n stopped her. 

"W..Wait!" She panted as she sat in the floor as blood is coming out from the deep cut in her thighs. Valerie gave her the benefit of doubt and slammed the ax beside her. 

Y/n panted as she glared at her sister. 

"Let's make a deal."

The students was on guard as he door of the library cracked more and more as the banging outside keep getting louder by the minute. The books on hand as they chanted the spells they have learnt. Lust is in charged with the melee group, Dream is in charge for those to heal and support the others as Error is in charged of the those who can summon swords and such.

Ink gripped his brush as the last hit to the door was smashed down. Smoke covering the entrance as a figure with horns was walking in the smoke, they nervously sweat in anticipation. When PJ ran in front of the group. 

"PJ!" Ink screamed as PJ stopped. 

Everyone fell in silence. 

"Hello baby" PJ gasped in shock as he backed away. Error not leaving his son's side as Palette couldn't believe his eyes. Bunny on the other hand, was looking rather displeased. 

Y/n stood there as she reached out for PJ who shrank back. Her eyes looked down at the floor, completely hurt. But she looked back them again with a stoic expression as the horns she have glimmered with the books. 

"Get out of the way." Y/n spoke. Their eyes widened and shock was evident in their face. Til someone spoke up. 

"So you finally went to your sister's side huh?" 

Y/n turned her eyes to Bunny who had a smirk on her face. "Betraying us, Y/n?" 

Bunny was about to retort again when she ran out of breath. Dull f/c surrounded Bunny's neck and lifted her up. 

'You have no idea how I have to sell myself for the safety for your sake..' Y/n turned to Error as strings was shot at her but silver fire burnt it. Error gritted his teeth. 

"Y/n," the voice that sent comfort to her echoed in the walls. "Please.. Tell us what's going on" PJ pleaded. Y/n held back the tears that was about to fall down and held her stoic expression. 

"I'm giving up the Library to Valerie." 

"NO!" Palette screamed and charged at her but was held back by Ink. As Palette glared at Y/n with tears in his eyes. "This is what your sister left us and you're giving it up?! Why!"

Y/n was about to answer him when another voice came in. 

"Why, this was all meant for me."

There Valerie stood with her head high as her beauty was clouded with greed and ungodly sins. 

"Isn't that right, sister?" Valerie held up her hand to Y/n's cheeks as she dropped Bunny whom panted in the ground. 

Bunny cracked, "You traitor!"

Y/n stared at her with the amount of wickedness in her eyes. PJ lunged forward and grabbed Y/n to him. Alas, Y/n pushed herself away. PJ held her cheek as Y/n's eyes spoke through him. 

"Whatever you're planning.." PJ handed her the book as Y/n stood in front of him. She clutched the book in her hand. PJ kissed her forehead and Error pulled him back with his strings as PJ whispered.  

"I trust you"

boi this is turning out real different, I'm sorry oml XD. This is very fantasy like i hope you dont mind. Also, I have another upcoming books which is a fanfic of  TPN x OC. I'd be happy to know your support even without reading it butt, i have to finish this first cause i love you guys hehe.
