I look at my clock as I pull my brown hair up into a ponytail and letting my bangs downs dew to them being too short to be with my ponytail. I look at my outfit after putting on some flip flops. A black crop top and some denim booty shorts. I nod in satisfaction at my look and I grab my keys and phone after swinging my purse around me. I had to get this job at this gaming store called Game stop. I for one am not a huge fan of video games but if it had to choose one to play it would be paper mario for nintendo 64. It has to be my all time favorite childhood game and memory/memories I have had. I arrive at the store and get out. I walk in and the first thing I see is a guy with nice brown hair and blue eyes.

"Hi umm I need to speak with the manager I'm suppose to start working today." I say to him. He's eyes scan me then he rolls them.

"Mom the new worker is here." He says into a waki taki. She walks over quickly and shakes my hand.

"Summer right?" She asks making me nod in response. "Well I have told Darren everything he needs to teach you so I will leave you two it." She says then walks away. I look at the boy whose name is apparently Darren.

"Do you know anything about video games?" Is all he asks.

"Yes but I've only played one game ever." I tell him. He rolls his eyes again.

"Have you heard of Call of duty?" He asks and I shake my head. "Assassin's creed?" I shake my head. "Destiny? GTA?" I shake my head again. "You know nothing!" He exclaim.

"I have played paper mario for nintendo 64." I say and he shake his head.

"If you know nothing about games why do you even work here?" He asks.

"Just because I don't know anything about video games doesn't mean anything." I scoff not taking my eyes off of him.

"Follow me. Your first job is to restock some of the games." He says leading me to the back then hands me a box of games, cancels, and controllers. I roll my eyes and start on work. I already know I'm not gonna enjoy my time working here.
