I watched as y/n stood at my fake grave. " I won't rest until i bring the person responsible" she said.

" she change you she was only holding it together when her bother died thinking she lost you was the last the last straw" i heard Golden told me. I felt bad and wanted to comfort her but I couldn't broke my cover risking her life.

" promise me you protect her until i come out of hiding" i said. He agreed and i left for my new job. I started as sals dish boy but i plan to rise in the ranks until i gained his trust.

Y/n pov
I was sitting at my disk when Ed walked over to me. " is everything ok y/n he asked. " yah i fine thanks you ed for checking i said. " I know something wrong" he said pushing. " I guess the death of my brother finally hit me I'm just trying to be strong for Bruce"  i lied.

I'm sorry I didn't mean to upset you" he said about to leave. " how did your date go!" I asked. " we weren't meant to be but thank you for trying" he said. "Im so sorry Ed" I said hugging him before Alfred arrived to take me home.

Bruce pov
Y/n had felt down and Alfred and I were making a plan to make her smile. When they arrived home we pur our plan into action. " we made your favourite me" I said. " she hugged me.tight and we all say down together. After Bruce took me to the living room show me a stack of old home movies.

The first video was of dad and y/n as kids playing in the backyard and he help het up when she fall. Next was y/n at talent shows singing. " you amazing I said and she hugged me. The last was both her and dad graduating from high school.
