09:30am

He checked in a hotel, freshened up and went to sleep as it was still 04:00am in India. Ya he had a jetlag issue. He slept in no time. The moment he landed in Sydney, an unknown peace filled his heart. The air which brushed his face gave him warmth. The air which he breathed made him feel homely. He felt like all his loneliness ended. The crave he felt for them all these years seemed nothing now. But how is that possible? He terribly missed THEM and want them back but it's the destiny and they're NO MORE. How could he feel peace? Was it because he's finally getting over them? NO! Never in million births he can get over THEM. They're a part of his body which was ripped off and can never be cured or replaced. The pain of this wound still hurts him and will continue do so till his last breath. Then WHY?? Why does he feel relived?? Well we know the reason don't we? It'll take a little time for him.

The same morning,

She had a good sleep after a long time. The moment she opened her eyes she felt delighted even after her dream broke which she always gets about THEM together. She was happy genuinely. She didn't have to fake it in front of her kids as always. Her heart pounded faster than natural as it did when HE was beside her. But why TODAY?? Anyway she had to rush as Ishaan was getting late to school.

Ishita- shall we leave?

Rooh&Ishaan- Yes.

They left in their car. They hugged Ishaan a good bye and he ran to his school and she drove to another destination.

11:00am

FAIRFIELD HOSPITAL

Ishita- Dr.Lisa what's the status now?

Dr.Lisa- you very well know her status Dr.Ishita. She can't travel airways and that's final.

Both their faces hung down. They were hoping to get positive results though they knew the truth.

Dr.Lisa- Ruhi your internal injuries are yet to get cured. Both you and your mom are well aware of that. Please don't force me to permit you as I don't want your case to get worse. I don't think even you want it to right?

Ruhi(sadly)- yes doc.

Ishita- how long will it take? And what about the other reports?

Dr.Lisa- Well maybe a month. Or if you are more cautious you'll recover even sooner than that.

Both of them beamed with happiness.

Dr.Lisa- And her psychological reports. Look now I feel she's pretty much fine. You can notice that right? They nodded. She's getting fine with your care and love and not to forget your younger brother's contribution! haha. They laugh hearing this. The reports are normal now. Just relax both of you. And Ruhi now you're safe with your mom. Just forget the past. Start a new life. Well of course it started 6 months ago. But still just don't stress too much about anything. Stay cool. You'll become much stronger than this I assure you.

Both- THANK YOU DOC!

Dr.Lisa- you're always welcome. It's my job.

Ishita came and hugged her tight. She expressed her gratitude of treating her daughter in the finest way possible. Soon both of them were in their car.

Ruhi- Ishima don't worry. I'm used to stay alone in this place.

She glared at her listening to this but still continued to drive.

Ruhi- ok not like that. I mean I'm familiar with this city and can stay alone. hmm maybe not all alone. I've the baby version of papa who'll look after me. haha

Ishita(smiled)- But Rooh. It's not that, you know..

Ruhi- no! I know nothing. You're going there as we planned before and bring papa to us as I can't come there. And till then I'll become absolutely fit. So together we'll all fly back ok?

Ishita- ok if you say so. but..

Ruhi- Ishima we'll be just the way you want. Now no more lectures Jhansi ki rani!

Ishita- Ok dadi amma. You're still the same rooh.

Ruhi- even you Ishima!

They went to a bakery to pick their fav pastries to celebrate ruhi's recovery in the evening along with Ishaan of course!

03:00pm

He was going back in a cab to the hotel after finishing a hectic meeting for which he had come making his darling cry. huh!

Raman(st)- This place is really good. Much better than my home where each corner reminds me of THEM. Something's really different here. The fragrance, the weather, the breeze. Maybe I just needed a change in place. But whatever these small things can never bring me out from THEIR memories. 7 years have passed. I don't know how am I even alive still. Just breathing for Adi&Pihu. Or else I would be happily playing with THEM in heaven. If I had the power to go back in time, I would have killed that witch that very day she'd entered our lives. I would never let that mishap occur in our lives which made BOTH of them far from my reach. I'm sorry Jaan. I'm sorry Rooh. I couldn't save you. I'm the worst husband and father. I know both of you hate me for saying this but that's the truth. But both of you should also be sorry. You are together now leaving me all alone. Everyone listened only to you both. Now nothing's like before. Our home has become a house. Just a building where a few people stay like guests. Talk only to one limit. If I or Adi miss you both openly in front of them. All of them pursue us to move on in life but the truth is none of us could. Pihu doesn't even know you. Just heard some stories from everyone. She's just a carbon copy of you Jaan and looks exactly like you rooh. I know I say this daily but you both can never listen to me anymore. You both have become my drug. I'm addicted to you both. Not able to survive now! Don't know how did I do that for 7 years now. God please please please I very well know it's impossible to happen. But please return my angels back. I promise I'll protect them always.

The honking of the horn brought him back. He saw a BAKERY just beside the road. He felt a strange pull towards that. He got down involuntarily and went inside. He went to the same PASTRIES corner. He even bought a few which THEY had bought a while ago. He looked at the entrance where TWO ladies were going towards the parking area. His eyes were completely focused at their back view. Their walking styles exactly matched with THEIRS'. The lady in lavender sari, her long hair, her hands, her neck, her waist. Wait! What was he even thinking? But there was something strange. He felt an instant strong bond with the back view of that mysterious lady. Even with the other lady, well maybe a girl in her early twenties. He felt he knew these people. But did he? Without thinking straight, he ran out but it was too late. They had left by then. He dejectedly walked back to his car and went back to his hotel.

10:00pm

Ishita- baby come on sleep now. It's time for you to sleep.

Ishaan- But mumma. You'd promised, you'd tell me stories tonight.

Ruhi- But Ishu. You'll be late for your school tomorrow.

Ishaan- Didi don't act like you don't want to hear them. I know even you love bed-time stories.

Ruhi- Accha how do you know about that?

Ishaan- What do you think are my bed-time stories? Those in the books?

Ruhi- Ya.

Ishaan- Then you're wrong. I study all that at school. My bed-time stories are about BHALLAS&IYERS.

Ruhi- WHAT?

Ishaan- Yes. now come on mumma. Even didi would love to hear all that. No more excuses.

She smiled seeing him sound like his DAD. The stubbornness he depicted from HIM actually everything. haha!

Ishaan- mummmaa..

Ruhi- Ishimaa..

Ishita- okay okay. I will.

Ru&Ishu- yaaayyy!

Ishita- what do you wanna hear.

Ishaan- hmm. didi what's more interesting ? Their fights or love?

Both smiled listening to him.

Ruhi- Ishima do you share all that to him which you used to with me?

Ishaan- of course didi.

Ishita(smiled): you still remember rooh?

Ruhi- how can I forget Ishima? Those were the best days of my life recalling which I'm alive today.

Ishita- Rooh..

Ruhi- alright alright. Now I'm good. I don't wanna go back to that negative sphere.

Ishita smiled seeing her taking the things in a cool way. She was something different 6 months ago.

Ishaan- Mumma you've always told me how you and papa got married, how all the four of you became a family and so many things. But all were very much happy right? Then why do we stay away now?

Ruhi- Ishima you've not told...

Ishita- no I haven't.
