In the scarlet evergroves,

near Loonlight Bay,

a fox treads softly the soil,

to not disturb the dead.

His orange pelt almost melts

into the sunset sky.

But the tip of his snow-white tail,

is a whitewashed canvas.

Black-eyed Susans blink as he finds

the tree of eversomber,

and sneaks along the path

hoping to steal away the quiet.

In the scarlet evergroves,

near Loonlight Bay,

a fox finally falls asleep,

after a long, restless day.
