Your POV 

~Saturday~ 

The dance is tonight. So is that big storm that destroys the clock tower. My anxiety was at its peak and I'm positive that Doc and Marty can see my hair turning grey. I haven't been able to shake this feeling that something is going to go wrong tonight. I'm probably just overly worried though. I looked over to Marty as he sat down next to me. "The dance is starting soon." he said and I nodded gently. "I know" 

He tilted his head before he grabbed my hand. "Making yourself worry won't help." he said gently and I nodded. "I know." I said as I sighed gently. "I'm going to pick up Lorraine, I'll meet you at the dance." he said before he squeezed my hand and walked out of the door. I stood and was met with Doc in the garage as he was wiping his hands on an old rag. "Shouldn't you be getting ready?" he asked and I leaned on the door. "I don't really want to." I said as he tilted his head. "Is it because of Biff?" he asked and I wrapped my arms around myself. 

"That's part of it." I said as he leaned on the hood of the DeLorean. "And the other?" he asked as he crossed his arms. "I'm not entirely sure that tonight is going to go according to plan." I said and he sighed. "Honey, you don't have to worry about these things." he said as he looked at me. I rubbed my face and sighed heavily. "I know, I know. I just. Can't help it. I worry about not being good enough, I worry about failing. I worry about everything." I said as I looked at him. Before he could say anything I looked at the clock. "I should get ready" I said as I looked at him. He nodded as I walked out of the room and went to slip into my dress. 

I got into my shoes and sighed gently as I straightened the dress out. Walking down the stairs I sighed as I was met with Doc leaning against the door. "What was the plan for tonight?" I asked as he looked over to me and stopped. I grabbed my jacket and looked at him as I waited. "Emmett?" I asked as he blinked for a second. "Marty was going to be with Lorraine in the car. You'll be with George and after you both get inside with them you'll have to get them to look at each other. Hopefully, with that, they'll finally get together." he said as he slipped his blazer on. I nodded gently before I walked over and straightened it out. 

"I want you to promise me something" I said as he looked down at me. "Promise me that you'll be careful on the clocktower. I don't want you risking your life just to get us home. I would rather be stuck in 1955 with you rather than being in 1985 where you don't exist." I said as I looked at him. He sighed gently and nodded. I gave a small smile before we walked out to the car. I was a little nervous as we made our way into town. All I had to do was find George when I got there. 

~At The Dance~ 

I walked around the campus of the school while I looked for George. Marty and Lorraine pulled up to the school and I watched as they talked for a second. May the force be with you Marty. I walked inside where I found George. He looked me up and down before he smiled. "Um, did you want to dance?" he asked and I nodded gently as he grabbed my hand. We danced to a couple songs before I saw Marty and Lorraine walk in. I excused myself and got Marty to leave Lorraine for five minutes. "What do we do?" I asked as I looked at him. 

"Well don't you like nice." he said and I waved my hand at him. "Pay attention, McFly." I said and he nodded. "We have to figure out how to get my parents together." he said and I nodded. "Have you seen Biff?" he asked and I shook my head. He made a small grumble before we both saw him. He pulled me behind the curtain that sectioned off the gym. We peered around the curtain as we saw Biff walk over to Lorraine. She tried her best to ignore him before he grabbed her arm. "Where's your little friend? I wanna give her a little something" he said as she struggled. "I haven't seen her tonight, you swine" she said as she tried to get away from him. 

Those that noticed stared for a moment before they looked away. I gave Marty my purse before I ducked around the gym, as I tried to get to where I left George. I grabbed his arm and looked at him. "You like Lorraine right?" I asked and he looked at me before he nodded slowly. "She needs some help right now and you're the only one who can help her." I said and grabbed his hand as I led him to where they were. He saw Biff and stopped. "I can't, Biff is with her." he said and I looked at him. "If you don't help Lorraine, you'll regret it for the rest of your life." I said and he shook his head. 

"I would rather do nothing instead of risking my humiliation." he said and I sighed. "Are you a man or a mouse, George?" I asked "You can't stand by while the girl you like is being manhandled by Biff." he nodded gently before he walked over to Biff. "Leave her alone." he said as Biff turned around and smirked. "What are you going to do about it pipsqueak?" he said and George looked down and went to turn around. 

Biff nodded as he smiled. "That's what I thought." he said and went to turn back to Lorraine as she got out of his grip and fell to the floor. George looked to see her and I saw his fist clench. That was before he threw one punch and knocked Biff out. I smiled gently as George and Lorraine left where Biff was and went dancing as Biff got carried away. 

I made my way back to Marty and smiled gently. Grabbing his hand I dragged him to the parking lot. "Do we stay and make sure that they get together?" I asked and he looked at a picture he had in his pocket. "I'm not fading out of existence. Neither is Dave or Linda." He said and I nodded before I looked at him. "We better catch back up with Doc then, the storm should be starting soon." I said and he nodded as we made our way to the town square. We were met with a covered DeLorean and Doc on a ladder. 

"What's up, Doc?" I asked as we got there. He almost fell the ladder as he looked at him. "Are your parents together?" he asked and Marty nodded. He hopped down and looked at us. "Good, good." he said and I smiled gently. Doc looked at us and sighed gently. "You know, I'm really sad to see you go. I wish we had more time together." he said and we nodded. "You'll see us real soon." Marty said and I nodded. "We'll make sure to go over to your house in the future as soon as we get there." I said and he smiled at us. 

"You guys get in the time machine. I'll get everything ready here." he said and we looked at each other before we both jumped on him with a hug. We knocked him back into his car as we held him tightly. "Time is of most importance." he said and Marty let go as he went to get the DeLorean ready. I pulled away and looked at Doc. I heard Marty honk and I sighed gently as I looked at him. "Take care of yourself, okay? Don't blow yourself up with your inventions." I said and he smiled as he nodded. "You got it." I nodded as I waved and went to get in the DeLorean. I stopped as my hand reached the handle of the door. Doc had turned around and went to continue getting everything ready. 

I ran over to him as he turned around. I wrapped my arms around him and kissed his cheek. I let go quickly as he looked at me. I got into the DeLorean and Marty shook his head at me. I looked out the window after I put my seat belt on as he held the cheek that I kissed. Marty and I got into position as we waited for the lightning to strike. After the alarm went off we sped off towards the power line and as soon as the hook on the DeLorean touched it we were into the time stream. We flashed into 1985 and Marty spun the car around as we screeched to a stop. 

He looked at me and I smiled. "We're back." I said and he nodded as he smiled. "Let's get over to Doc's" he said and I nodded as we sped away. We pulled into the driveway quickly and threw the doors open. We got out and I grabbed the hidden key that Doc had and went to unlock the door before it flew open to reveal Doc. He smiled and was going to say something before Marty and I tackled him. He caught us both as he chuckled gently. "You two are going to throw my back out doing that" he said as Marty went off to find Einey. "Here boy" he called. 

Doc looked at me before he noticed the dress. "Just as stunning as I remembered." he said as he kissed my forehead. "I've missed you both so much these last 30 years." he said as he hugged me tightly. "Even though it's only been about a minute. I've missed you a lot too." I said and he smiled. "I was getting started on a new invention. Care to join me, my little lab assistant?" he asked and I smiled. "Of course."
