Recovery Girl was sitting in her office looking at a sleeping Izuku who she put in a temporary coma to help him heal from all the injuries she could heal without medical professionals to fix and set the bones.

But during her medical exam she found out something else and Izuku's mother and All Might needed to know. Along with Aizawa and Tsukauchi since the first two are his trainer/mentor and the other is his mother, the other two because they are launching an investigation on the school and its staff.

She then heard a knock on the door "come in".

Said four people entered the room and when Inko saw Izuku laying in the hospital bed, she grew worried seeing him laying on it when Recovery Girl spoke.

"I have some news to tell all of you" she said looking disturbed to her core "when I was healing him, I was also doing a normal health check to make sure he was healthy... that's when I found out something...".

Inko felt her chest tighten in worry about what she was going to say, happened to her baby boy.

"Ms Midoriya... you'll want to sit down for this" said Recovery Girl.

"W-why?" She said scared.

"Trust me.. your going to want to sit down".

Inko walked back and sat down on the chair with her chest tightening more in worry about what ended up happening to her son.

"When I was checking his health... I think.. he's being sexually abused...".

When those words left her mouth, something inside Inko broke. Her son has suffered so much mental and physical pain and now... she finds out someone is sexually abusing him on top of it. Tears started to roll down her cheeks as she slumped down with an unreadable expression.

"I... I failed him... I.. I couldn't protect Izuku from anything or anyone... he was hurt like this.. all because I could do nothing..." said Inko.

"No Ms Midoriya this isn't your fault" said Aizawa.

"Yes it is... I should have done something.. the signs were their and yet.. I couldn't do anything... what kind of mother am I.. I failed my only child and because of that he had a horrible life" said Inko.

Tsukauchi walked infront of her and crouched down "Look you might have failed but you can still make it up, he still needs you and now more then ever, show him that you will protect him and that you love him".

Inko wiped the tears from her eyes as she turned and looked at Izuku who was still asleep through all of this. Standing up she walked over to his bed and took his hand, holding it tightly.

"I promise you Izuku... I will protect you and make sure no one ever hurts you like this again" she said with determination as a dark look entered her eyes. She was going to make those who hurt her son pay.

All Might left the room to let Inko have some time with her son as Recovery Girl tried to wake him up.

"My god... h-how can I call myself a hero to him when I couldn't protect him" he said slumping down to the ground with his hands on his face and elbows on his knees.

"So are you just going to give up?" said Nezu walking towards him.

"W-what? Of course not" said All Might with a slight glare.

"Well it sounded like you were, your not god Yagi, your a human and can only do so much, besides you didn't know this and neither did his mother" said Nezu.

"... so what will we do?... you know the courts won't take this case seriously given the quirkism and them not seeing young Midoriya as even a human" said All Might.

"We build a case they can't ignore, we make one that will force them to take it and throw those people in prison till the day they die" said Nezu.

"Good... I took him as my successor and I have to protect him, he's the future and will replace me" said All Might "I will save him and avenge him of all of this".

Nezu smiled at hearing that, he couldn't stop those who abuse children, let alone those who sexually abuse them and tried to defend the abusers.

Izuku slowly opened his eyes and noticed that he had some casts and lots of bandages on his body. It prevented him from moving so his body could heal faster and not risk injuring himself.

He looked around the room but didn't get to see much before Inko moved in and pulled him into a tight hug.

"I'm so sorry Izuku.. I should've been a better mother, I should've done more" sobbed Inko.

"M-mom it's ok.. you didn't know what was fully going on... besides we both know what happens when someone tries to help me.. it just gets worse" said Izuku quietly.

Another piece of her heart broke, she did remember that. Anytime she did help... it only made Izuku's life worse given the school and people not seeing him as a human.

"Still.. I'm so sorry Izuku, I promise you that I'll do whatever I have to protect you.. I'll prove to you that I'm a good mother snd that you'll never get hurt like that again.." said Inko.

Izuku smiled sadly, he wanted to believe her but.. he's been beaten down to many times to outright belive her.

"Hello again Midoriya" said Tsukauchi walking towards him.

"Detective Tsukauchi?" Said Izuku wondering what he wanted.

" Listen there's no easy way in saying this, Recovery Girl was checking your health when we found something else" he said starting to worry Izuku given if it is, what he thought it was, he knew the punishment he'd receive.

"Midoriya... who's sexually abusing you" said Tsukauchi trying to stay professional even though he hated this subject given the amount of times he had to help kids through this.

Izuku immediately froze up and looked down at his lap, he couldn't say anything.. he didn't want to remember it nor talk about since if he did... then HE'D just make the abuse worse.

"Honey please tell us, we want to help you, I want to help you, I can't stand seeing you hurt like this anymore" said Inko.

"I-I... I can't... h-he'll just..." he fell silent again with fear overtaking him.

"Fin- --m and kill him" said that dark voice/creature in his head.

"Midoriya I promise you that he'll face justice for what him and everyone else did to you, but you need to tell us who" said Tsukauchi.

"H-he'll hurt me more i-if I do..." said Izuku as he started to shake.

Inko pulled him tighter into a hug and just held him tightly "I promise you, they'll pay and no one will hurt you again... Izuku just please tell us".

A couple minutes went by and he said nothing during that before he cracked and told them about the sexual abuse.

It was the principal of the school who was doing it, not only that but he's been doing it for years now and from what Izuku heard him say. He isn't the only one that the principal is sexually abusing.

A rage Inko has never felt before in her life coursed through her, she pulled Izuku tighter into the hug as he broke down crying. But for Inko, she was promising herself that she'll personally hurt everyone who hurt her baby boy.

(Two Days later).

Rolling up the school, both Tsukauchi and Aizawa arrived to talk to the principal of Aldera. When they entered the building and talked to the office, the lady said the principal was busy talking to a student and wouldn't be able to see them for a couple minutes.

They both sat down and waited, as they did Aizawa saw some blonde spikey haired teen with red eyes was yelling at someone for just opening his locker when he was walking by.

Before he could see the outcome, the principals door opened up and him and a student walked out, with the student looking traumatized.

"Now run back to class or else we'll have to talk again" he said with a warm smile.

The girl flinched as quickly scampered off but with an obvious limp.

Aizawa had to restrain himself from choking out the principal right here and now while beating him black and blue.

"So can I help you two?" Said the principal looking at them.

"We are here on a investigation and need to ask you some questions" said Aizawa.

"Oh then please come to my office" he said gesturing them in.

Once inside both Aizawa and Tsukauchi could feel the aura in this room change, and it felt horrible, like hundreds of people suffered here and no one lifted a finger to help.

"So how can I help you two? I'm very busy and need to talk with other members of staff and some other students who are failing in school" he said with a warm kind smile. "I also need to call my wife and make sure my son is ok, he's sadly sick".

"That's a lie, you aren't married nor have a kid" Thought Aizawa remembering the files that Tsukauchi was able to quickly dig up on him.

"Well sorry about interrupting your busy day, but this investigation has to do with a student of yours, named Izuku Midoriya" said Tsukauchi keeping his face and voice professional.

"Ah the quirkless failure, I should've known he'd do something to get himself in trouble, so tell me what did he do this time" he said. "If need be I'll make sure his punishment is more severe and he has more detention to serve".

Tsukauchi took a breath to keep himself calm "well we were talking to Midoriya and he told us that he's been getting abused physically, mentally and from what he told us, sexually".

For the fraction of a second rage crossed the principals face, but just as fast as it appeared, it disappeared and was replaced by his normal smiling face.

"That's some strong allegations for the last one, I can assure you that nothing like that has ever happened on our school grounds" he said.

Tsukauchi felt his quirk all but scream at him, it has never flared up this powerfully before for any lie he was told.

"Yes that may be true, but at the same time I think it does warrant an investigation, do you mind if we ask the staff and students some questions" said Tsukauchi.

"Go ahead, but it's not like anything we did was illegal, he's quirkless and you know the laws don't protect them" said the principal without care. He didn't have to worry about anything, the Meta Liberation Army made sure almost all the necessary laws were passed along with quirkist people getting government positions so nothing they did was illegal.

Tsukauchi bit his cheek at that, it was true, most of the government didn't view quirkless as human, the sad reality is that it was almost common for the kids or teens or adults when they get injured to be killed and used as a organ donor. But not all hope was lost, sexual abuse still wasn't tolerated and not only that but this principal abused other students, so he had something and could fight with that.

Just then Tsukauchi remembered something else, these laws were only passed in some parts of Japan but not across the whole country and the only reason why they are getting away with it, is because they are keeping it on the down low. If him and Aizawa could get enough evidence and show Japan all about this then not even the county laws would protect them and they'd all be arrested for crimes against humanity.

Plus if this got enough news, then countries like the U.S., Mexico, Canada, South Korea, Britain, France, Germany, Russia and a bunch of other countries that did protect the quirkless would get involved. Also some government officials who didnt agree with the discrimination against the quirkless would also get involved. Not even the government was willing to get that sheer amount of political pressure from these countries or the sheer backlash from different counties of Japan that fought against these laws.

"We understand, now I believe me and detective Tsukauchi will get going in questioning everyone" said Aizawa wanting to leave before he lost all rational thoughts and just beat this man here and now. He couldn't stand those laws against the quirkless and felt sick to his stomach that his country would allow it.

And so they went through the school and questioned both teachers and students... it was worse than either thought, every single teacher and student was involved with this.

Especially one student, Katsuki Bakugo, the student Midoriya wanted to protect. He was apparently the most violent and beat and mocked Midoriya every single day since the students could remember. Some said he's been doing this since they were 4 and no one lifted a hand to help.

After leaving the school Aizawa and Tsukauchi sat in the car, boiling with rage. This had the Meta Liberation Army and the Quirk supremacist terrorist organization and the quirk purity religion written all over it, they were the only reason why world wide, the quirkless or those with weak quirks are hated so much.

"When will we take these monsters down" said Aizawa trying to keep his cool.

"Soon, all I have to do is show my chief and him present it the higher ups then we can take every single person down" said Tsukauchi.

"Good... now we have another problem, Bakugo is Midoriya's main tormentor and yet protects him" said Aizawa.

"Most likely Stockholm syndrome, he's been beating and hurt so many times he needs Bakugo to do that to him" said Tsukauchi.

"We should just throw him into the same holl as everyone else and throw away the key" said Aizawa.

"I agree, but that's up to Nezu and the higher ups... and I'm pretty sure Nezu would love nothing more than to do as you said but..".

"But at the same time, he'd want to get his hands on him and personally make him suffer.." said Aizawa.

"Mhm... now come on, we need to give all this to him and my chief" said Tsukauchi.

A couple more days passed after that with nothing publicly happening, until on a normal bright Monday morning, police and non corrupt hero's, alomg with All Might himself struck. They all flooded the school and arrested every single staff member and student in the school, with them all being taken to jail or juvenile detention centers. All except for the principal who was brought into the police station because they needed to question him on something.

Outside of the school, the media caught wind of all of this and showed up. When they started reporting everything that was going on and the the reasons why.. they all looked physically disgusted at hearing that one school would do all of this.

With the Midoriya's, they were both sitting in the infirmary room letting Izukus wounds finish healing.

Izuku didn't know how to feel, he was so used to pain and seeing everyone get away with everything that he was having a hard time believing all of this and that they were actually getting punished.

Not only that but they also saw that police officers, heroes, doctors and government officials were also arrested for allowing all of this or even participating in it.

"Sweetie.. mommy has to go and I won't be back for a while" said Inko getting his attention.

"H-huh... w-why mom?" Said Izuku confused.

"....a personal errand, don't worry I'll see you soon sweetie" she said kissing his forehead "just know that I will always love you... and I promised I'll protect you".

"I-I love you too mom" said Izuku still not understanding what's going on.

Inko smiled at that and left, as she walked down the hall she pulled out her phone and saw a message on it.

Unknown: he'll be leaving the police station in 20 minutes for jail.

Inko put her phone away and her eyes darkened "never again... you'll never hurt my baby again, you or anyone else" she said to herself.

Outside the police station the principal was being escorted out and had a confident smirk on his face, the Meta Liberation Army would pay the right people and he'd be let free.

As he was being escorted by Tsukauchi and a couple other officers, none of them noticed someone moving through the crowd.

Tsukauchi saw the car only about twenty feet away when he felt his gun be ripped out of his holster, looking he saw it fly into Inkos hand.

The principal turned and the last thing he was Inko glaring at him with a gun in her hand pointed at him.

*BANG*

A single shot rang out through the street as the principal was shot in the head killing him instantly.

Panic and screams were heard and Tsukauchi quickly moved in and disarmed Inko who was a sobbing mess.

"MRS MIDORIYA WHY!?" He screamed in shock.

"HE HURT MY BABY!! I FAILED IZUKU ONCE AND I WON'T DO IT AGAIN!!!".

Back at UA, Izuku watched all of this on the TV and he couldn't believe his eyes that his mom would kill someone.

"M-mom why..." he said not fully understanding why she would do something like that.

"She did it to avenge you" said Nezu entering the room.

"What?".

"You were hurt for years and she couldn't do anything to protect you and now she's finally fighting back against the people who hurt you" said Nezu.

"B-but.. she didn't have to do that.. I mean what happened to me happened.." said Izuku. "I know she hated how much I've gone through, but she couldn't do anything... if we did anything then it'd just get worse for me".

"That may have been true back then, but she won't stand for it anymore, your her child and a mother or father will do anything to protect their children and inflict the wrath of God upon those who hurt them".

AN: now i know this chapter was very heavy and I don't like doing these explanations, but I thought it'd be necessary to show just how dark the world is and that a parent will do anything to hurt those who hurt their children.
