Daibazaal was no doubt a very powerful planet. The monarchy was no joke, and the Galran race was a race of particularly fascinating people. Some looked reptilian, some looked human, and others look feline, their language was complex but also fascinating, they had a good alliance to many other planets, thanks to Emperor Zaedak, who was currently celebrating because his brother General Vorak and his mate Helgara just welcome twin kits, a boy and a girl about two weeks, both in good health. He was meeting his new niece and nephew today after he returned from a long diplomatic journey they were adorable. His brother lived in the palace with Helgara and the babies, Zaedak only missed the birth because of a meeting. He walked into the lounge room and saw his brother holding his niece and Helgara holding his nephew.

"Oh my gods... they're so small." He gasped.

"What sort of gifts do you have there?" Vorak asked, smiling as he noticed multiple boxes behind his brother.

"You didn't need to get all that. They're only two weeks old." Helgara chuckled

"Oh but I wanted to now what are their names?" Zaedak asked enthusiastically.

"The girl is named Elara." Vorak said letting the girl play with his pointer finger.

"And this wee little guy is Sendak." Helgara said.

"Perfect names for the perfect prince and princess now it's time for gifts." Zaedak snickered.

Baby prince's gifts-

"Really?" Vorak asked, staring at that one outfit.

"Yes. Now spoil my niece now, that's an order." Zaedak scoffed.

Baby princess's gifts-

"Will you stop advertising your availability on my children?" Vorak scoffed.

"No." Zaedak replied.

Out of the, another General who is good friends of Zaedak, Vorak, and Helgara walked in with his family.

"I hope we aren't late, you know who was being fussy." Buloc said.

"No I wasn't!" The little 2 year old snapped.

"Zarkon behave please?" Athena sighed, looking down at her son.

That's how it all started, the newborn twin niece and nephew being spoiled, and the son of a high ranking general and a medic being a brat. How adorable!
