It only took the two Alteans a week to come up with a gender reveal, Elara who is 4 months and 3 weeks along and she and Zarkon have never been so impatient in their lives.

"You two have outdone yourselves..." Elara said, staring at a board of white balloons.

"Of course we did, this isn't the only thing we did, the palace's exterior lights with turn blue or pink based on the baby's gender. The entire planet know of it and are waiting." Alfor said.

"Wow... And this was supposed to be something small." Zarkon said.

"Just start popping the damn balloons already!" Athena hissed and Zarkon and Elara go to it.

Most of the balloons were popping out white confetti. The tension was rise you can tell it came down to one final balloon.

"I'm going to pee myself... Don't judge me okay, there's a baby pressing against my bladder alright?" Elara said with a scoff.

"Come on don't keep us waiting for so long!" Vorak said.

Zarkon and Elara popped the final balloon together with their clawed pointer fingers and a small box came out.

"What is that?" Melenor asked.

Alfor is the one who knows the baby's gender and she only came up with the idea of how to reveal the gender. He picked up the box and got down on one knee in front of Melenor.

"Alfor?" She asked nervously.

"Melenor, I have a lot to say so please sit tight-"

"Yes!" She said, already crying.

"Alright then..." Alfor said, standing up and sliding a blue ring on her finger.

"It's blue?" Melenor said questioningly.

"HOLY HELL ITS A BOY!" Blaytz screamed.

Zarkon passed out from immense joy and Elara started crying tears of joy. Soon there was cheering and screaming heard from the outside of the palace, meaning the lights turned blue and the public knew that there'd be a little prince arriving in a few short months. The expectant parents were showered with baby things from their friends, who brought gifts for both genders just in case and ended up needing cute things for the unborn prince as gifts when Elara stopped crying and Zarkon regained consciousness. Zarkon and Elara were fully aware of Alfor's proposal plan but were oblivious to the fact that they're expecting a baby boy.
