Zarkon and Elara were taking a break in the middle of the day since they knew Elara needed a breather every now and then since she's 5 months pregnant. They sat on a couch talking when all of a sudden, Elara felt a strong kick up near her ribs.

"Ok, alright, you exist, I'm well aware of that, thanks for the announcement." She said, looking at her rounded stomach.

"Is she kicking?" Zarkon asked.

"Yes she is and it feels as if she's having some sort of party in there." Elara said, wincing in discomfort.

"Excuse me, I now have an appointment to interact with my child thank you." Zarkon said while pushing Elara's hand off her belly and replacing it with his hand.

After a few moments, he felt their unborn little princess kick, hard.

"She's strong." Zarkon chuckled.

"Yes she is." Elara chuckled.

"Just like you." They said at the same time.

"Really?" They said at the same time again.

"Stop it."

"Oh my gods."

"Seriously!?"

At this point, they just stared at each other before laughing hysterically. Out of nowhere their children popped up. Koltor, Bellatrix, Zanthea, and Helthena stared at their mother and father.

"Hi." The children said at the same time.

"Hey there, what have you four been doing?" Elara asked.

"Nothing mommy." Helthena said.

"Can we stay with you and mommy?" Zanthea asked her father.

"Of you can." Zarkon said.

The children wasted no time to snuggle with their parents. Koltor snuggled with Elara, being the mama's boy he is, the girls snuggled in with their father. After a while the unborn princess made her presence known to her siblings.

"Mother why'd you hit me?" Koltor asked.

"Hun I didn't hit you, it was your sister kicking me again." Elara huffed, wincing as the baby stretched and kicked.

"Mommy how did the baby get in there?" Bellatrix asked.

"Uh..." Elara said, surprised that Bellatrix would ask that question at 6 years old.

"Well Bella, when a mommy and a daddy love each oth-" Koltor started.

"Boy!" Elara snapped, glaring at her son.

"Ignore your brother, you don't have to worry about that right now okay?" Zarkon said.

"Okay... did she eat the baby?" Bellatrix asked.

"No I didn't the baby." Elara chuckled, amused by her daughter's curiosity.

"When is she coming out mommy?" Zanthea asked.

"In a few months, she'll be here." Elara said.

"How will the baby gonna come out?" Helthena asked.

"Ok time for bed!" Zarkon said.

"Ok..." the girls said sadly.

"Goodnight mama, goodnight turtle dad." Koltor said as he and his sisters left the room.

"Boy! Wait a damn minute!" Zarkon said, darting to his feet as Elara laughed hysterically.

"You did that!" Zarkon said, scowling at her.

She just kept laughing, her laugh is contagious to him, he couldn't stay mad at her for more than two seconds before he started laughing along with her. Awwww.
