Today marks nine years of marriage for Turtle man and feline Black Widow. Helthena turns a year old in about three days. Zarkon woke up a little too early, that being around 2am, and reminisced about old memories when they were yet to be married she was 18 and he was 20, she would mainly be chatting with Athena and Helgara while Zarkon would spend his days with Zaedak learning emperor things.

When the two weren't busy with anything, they'd always use their free time for each other and they still do, except they've got four children to accompany them.

Not long after he woke up, she sensed his eyes on her, even as she slumbered and woke up.

"What are you doing up so early?" She asked sleepily.

"Honestly I have no clue. I was just thinking of our life together before we were married." Zarkon said honestly.

"Hm. That's a good enough excuse. Today does mark our nine year anniversary. Although we've been together for twelve years in total." Elara said, smiling up at him.

"Nine years of marriage, twelve years of saying I love you, and eleven years of banging you. Good times." He jokingly said.

"Wow. You killed the moment. You practically strangled it to death." She said with a chuckle, turning over so that her back was facing him.

"Wow somebody is sensitive today." He snickered.

"Hush you!" She giggled lifting to blanket and whacking him with her tail.

"Alright alright, stop and now let me reminisce." He said.

"What are you thinking about?" She asked curiously.

"Do you remember that one time when you were about 18 and I was 20 and we'd always be with each other during our free time before we had children and loads of responsibilities?" Zarkon asked.

"Like it was yesterday, yes." Elara said.

"I miss those days. Surely I'm still unbelievably good looking and you aged a little but that's totally okay." Zarkon jokes

"You know what? Go ahead and reminisce and don't wake me up for another five hours." She said.

"Oh what a pity. I was so looking forward for early morning activities." He said, slightly smirking.

"Not now. Later ok? I need some sleep." She pleaded.

"We don't have to if you don't want to today. Go ahead and get sleep." Zarkon said.

"Thank you but I think you should get some sleep too too. It's pretty early and I don't want you to sicken or tire yourself out in the middle of the day." She suggested.

"Don't worry I will get some rest." Zarkon reassured her.

"Ok then, goodnight I guess." She yawned and shut her eyes, only to you when she was laid on top of him.

"Go to sleep my beautiful little she-devil." Zarkon said, patting her head lightly.

"Aren't your words so endearing?" She chuckled.

"I really do try." He playfully sniffled.

"Of course you do now shut up and let me sleep." She said and tried to sleep.

"Hey! Stop being so damn touchy! Leave my thighs alone. It's literally two in the morning." She snapped.

"That's not me." He said awkwardly.

"Oh yes it is, well, part of you." She said.

He went PALE.

He ended up getting what he wanted. Woohoo?
