They say the encounter on 6 Dec was gruesome, illegal and not done in A Proper Judicial Way..

True..

So today I woke up to the news of a case which was proceeded in 'A Proper Judicial Way'..

'The Aftermath of the Unnao Case'

We won't be able to find the victim's name on google..

Her Identity has been reduced to just being a 'rape survivor'..

The horrendous incident which changed her life happened in Dec 2018..

The case was filed in 'A Proper Judicial Way'

One of the accused was on bail without any police supervision through 'A Proper Judicial Way'

He threatened the girl's family but no action was taken in 'A Proper Judicial Way'

On 5 Dec 2019, when she was going to the court for her case's hearing..

Mentally preparing herself,  For facing those vermin again..

For keeping her sanity when she will face the monsters who should have been long hanged.. 

Those monsters who ruined her peace and her life just for their pleasure..

But,

She was Kidnapped, Stabbed and then Set on fire ALIVE

The brave girl didn't loose hope..

Despite her injuries and her whole self burning..

She ran... ran for 1 km... like a ball of fire shouting for help..

Suffering 90% burns she didn't want to die yet...

She wanted to live..

She wanted to see those monsters hanged but no action was taken in 'A Proper Judicial Way'

But yesterday on 6 Dec 2019 at 11:40 pm, she succumbed to her injuries..

She died after an almost 40 hour long battle..

Died fighting for her life..
for her family..

Died in a hope that those beasts would be hanged in.. 'A Proper Judicial Way'

Today everyone including myself is showing anger in their own ways..

But now there's no use.. The Fighter Died..

No one was there when she was alive and struggling with her life..

She woke each day in a hope..

That Maybe today justice will be served.. 'In A Proper Judicial Way'

That Maybe tomorrow she will be able to live her life like before..

But now she won't wake up.. ever..

We failed her..

The most we can do now is to keep the fire burning inside us..

The fire she had which never let her give up..

Fire which will force the judiciary to serve those rascals with the judgement of capital punishment..

But that's not the end..

Culprits of the 2012 Nirbhaya Case,

2018 Kathua Case,

2017 Unnao Case where-

The victim was raped,

Her father was killed,

Her uncle jailed,

Her murder attempted by ramming their car with a truck which led to the death of her 2 aunts while going for the case hearing in a hope for justice served in 'A Proper Judicial Way'..

and ashamedly many more cases...

If we won't stand for them, who will..

Let us keep the fire alive and support the grief-stricken families in their fight for justice..

Strict Laws, Cases transferred to Fast-Track courts, Capital Punishment for the criminals..

And most importantly

Moral Education and Self-Defence

This is what we pledge to fight for and we won't give up..

Not this time..

Not till each of the girls get their deserved justice in 'A Proper Way'..

"Bahut baha diye hai aakhon se aason
Ab aawaz uthane ki baari hai,
Har darinde ko,
Fansi tak pahunchane ki thani hai.."
