The Chicken never kids.

Celine and I burst out laughing when the boys left. Of course we didn't buy whatever the hell they thought they sold, but it was hilarious watching them sweat nervously.
We had no idea what they wanted to talk about and didn't care.
Actually, that was a lie. We did know what they wanted do talk about and we did care, but I think that previous statement makes us sound cooler, don't you think?
No? Okay.
«Did they really think they were going to fool us so easily?» Celine said trying to contain her laughter.
«I don't know. It looked like they tried to make an effort, though!» I laughed in reply.
«You call that an effort? They didn't even know what they were talking about.» Echo muttered without raising her head.
«Says who? The girl that can't look my cousin in the eye because of some stupid argument? Get over it already!» Celine told her.
«That fight is between me and Felix, it's none of your bloody business.» Echo replied, looking up from the table for the first time in half an hour.
«It would have been just between the two of you, if it didn't affect the rest of us. You have been so awkward we can feel the awkwardness in the atmosphere.» Celine retorted.
«I'm gonna have to go with Celine on this one...» I agreed.
«I really hate you two sometimes...» Echo muttered and went back to looking at her feet.
«Hey! Look up, okay! You had a fight with your boyfriend. So what? Soon you will be all cute with each other. Get over it.» I told her.
«Easy for you to say, you and Damon never fight.» Echo replied coldly.
«All couples fight. Even Damon and I. Don't think for one second that a couple is perfect. I mean, look at what we had to go through to reunite with each other. I didn't see him for five years. I expected disaster when I returned home, but he welcomed me with open arms and you sit here, whining about a stupid argument. Shut up and fix it.»
«What she said.» Celine backed me up.
«I hate you. I legit hate you.» Echo muttered again.
«Oh, stop it with the compliments... We're just doing our job.» I faked being flattered.
«Shut up, Ari.» she replied.
«Whatever. Oh, shush. They're back.» I rushed when I saw the door open.
We kept quiet as they approached us slowly and sat back at their seats. They glanced at us anxiously and went back to eating their breakfast.
«How was the bathroom?» Celine said trying not to laugh.
«Shut it.» her cousin told her. She just smirked and we didn't say another word.
We later decided to go to the beach. Echo didn't come, of course, because she hated the water and Felix didn't either because he wasn't in the mood.
Echo locked herself in our room and sat all day by herself, much like what Felix did in the other room.
We were very disappointed in them when we saw they hadn't made up. Or out. Depends on the person.
Celine and I entered the room late in the evening, a while after the sun had set. Echo was snoring on her bed, so Celine took advantage of it and started jumping on it. That, surprisingly, woke her.
She started yelling and scared Celine which ended with the latter falling on the former.
The guys ran in the room in terror when they heard all the yelling, but just glared at all of us when they saw what had actually happened. I just burst out laughing.
They shook they heads and came in.
«I wonder why I keep hanging out with you people...» Damon said.
«Because you love me.» I told him and pecked his cheek. Echo kicked Celine off her bed.
«Ouch...» Celine grumbled.
«I have an idea.» I smirked.
«I'm out of here.» Echo said and went towards the door.
«Nope. Nobody leaves. Not until you and Felix make up. Don't question me. I used to be Queen. I know better.» I rushed. Echo ignored me and reached for the handle.
And then I kinda lost control. Not too much. And that hadn't happened in a while.
It was nothing more than a small tremor, and I didn't even know why it happened in the first place.
«Fine...» Echo grumbled and eyed me angrily.
«Thanks!» I smiled and tried to shrug it off. «You and Felix are making up. Right now. We're going to leave you here for a while so you work things out.»
«No.» Felix and Echo said at the same time.
«Nobody asked for your opinion, your opinion doesn't matter.» Celine told them. I was glad the others agreed.
«Wanna go get some coffee?» Oliver asked us all. We nodded in agreement and left the room, locking the door behind us so that they wouldn't get out.
This was going to be hilarious.
{Echo}
I was so going to kill Ari. And Celine. And my brother. But mainly Ariadne.
I'm not even going to mention Damon.
«Just take a nap in Celine's bed. I'll sleep in mine until they decide to open the bloody door.» I grumbled and lied down on my bed.
«You just woke up. It won't be easy to fall back asleep.» Felix told me.
«Wanna bet?» I challenged him.
«Your tone and face tell me I shouldn't take that risk.» he cringed.
«Good.» I told him and turned my back on him.
«Oh, come on! How long is this going to take? I mean, I knew you could hold a grudge, but I had never experienced it myself. It's pretty tough. For a fire elementalist you can be pretty cold...» he muttered the last part.
«Oh, so now I'm the one being cold because I'm tired of being saved all the time! I can defend myself!» I yelled.
«I didn't see you defending yourself when you were drowning!»
«You know exactly why I couldn't! I'm not talking about drowning, I'm talking about Amon, the soldiers and all that stuff! I can protect myself when it comes to that! I don't need you to get in trouble just because I am a trouble magnet!»
«I never said you were a trouble magnet! You and Celine made that up. And all that trouble I get into for you, I do it willingly! Stop thinking you're the one causing everyone's problems, sometimes people do go looking for trouble!»
«I don't want anyone getting hurt because of me! I've already killed my dad I--» I was interrupted but Felix getting a hold of my shoulders.
«I would never mind getting hurt for you.» the cheesy idiot told me. And then we kissed.
The door burst open and Ari came in with Alfred, Ollie and Celine.
«I told you it would work.» Ariadne laughed. «You owe me ten bucks.» she added seriously and looked at my brother. She extended her arm waiting for her payment. He, reluctantly, obliged. He had been losing many bets lately...
«Wait. Were you seriously waiting outside and eavesdropping?» I asked them. «Not to mention the betting.» I added.
«You should have seen it coming, sweetie.» Celine smirked.
«Celine, stop flirting with my girlfriend. Her brother is going to get jealous...» Felix smirked at her and we all burst out laughing, apart from Celine and Ollie who were redder than my hair.
«Now... Who's up for an extreme round of truth or dare?» Alfred smirked at all of us.
«How extreme?» Ari asked, a smirk forming on her lips too.
«More extreme than that Monopoly round we played on your 15th birthday.»
«Challenge accepted. Anyone else in?» she smiled slyly and we all raised our hands simultaneously. «Good. This is going to be a long day.»
Once again, I'm not allowed to talk about it, but there were some really juicy parts that can't be omitted.
Example: that one dare that made Celine blush like hell.
Oh, God, I can't wait to tell you about that one...
It was all my fault. I'm proud of that.
«Ariadne.» I started.
«Oh boy...» She sighed.
«Truth or Dare?» I asked her.
«Dare.»
«Kiss anyone in the room apart from your boyfriend.» I told her.
«Seriously? That's your big dare? I expected more from you.» she shook her head. «Well... You and Oliver are my cousins, so that's a no. You will skin me alive if I touch Felix, so... Celine, if you don't mind?» and Celine turned redder than a tomato. Especially after Ari kissed her.
It was more of a peck, really. And it was as if it never happened.
Actually, most of the things that take place whenever we play are not mentioned again. We can do some pretty embarrassing and irresponsible stuff.
Don't ask for details, I told you we don't talk about it. Not ever.
The two weeks we were supposed to stay in Imyrth passed much quicker than I had hoped. I had actually hoped they would never pass (seriously, who forgot to invite Gandalf?), so that I would never have to go back to earth again.
Fortunately or unfortunately, I haven't decided yet, instead of Gandalf, trouble showed up uninvited. We weren't even surprised when Amon barged into our room with ten other people at 5 in the morning. We weren't sleeping, we were playing cards, so when he walked in with his sword in hand, we all turned and stared at him.
«Wait until we finish this round.» I told him raising my hand to signal him to wait.
«Don't bother to come in. There are three Elementalists in here and all six of us have weapons. Don't take that risk, it would be a pity to stain the carpet with blood at our last night here.» Celine added without looking up.
I should have taken a photo of Amon's exasperated look. He was so done with all of us. Oh, wait. I did. We had the camera on while we were playing. You a know, for good luck and stuff.
That was a lie. It was because it made us hyper, so we wouldn't sleep. That's a valid reason, right?
At least Amon was smart enough to listen to us and did as we said; he waited for us to finish the round. Then we all got up in a bored manner, picked up our weapons and went to the door.
«Do you want to fight us in here and add a huge bill to all of us, or would you rather take this outside?» Oliver asked yawning. Amon shot us one last exasperated look.
«I'm going to kill at least two of you at some point. Probably.» he said. We shot him a confused look, as he didn't answer our question. We had started to tire him. «Let's just take this outside... I'd hate to trash another hostel because of you.» he elaborated and we all nodded in agreement.
We walked downstairs quietly and went outside, in the hostel's garden.
And then the fight started. You know the drill; slashy-slashy, stabby-stabby, shooty-shooty. We were all kinda sleepy, because it was 5 in the morning, but we all fought our best. Apart from Damon and Oliver, who were yawning in a corner.
«You know what, Ollie? We would appreciate a little help!» I yelled at him as I shot one of the soldiers. Turns out that the ten guys that first came to our room were just back up so that Amon the chicken wouldn't be alone. There were about 30 more of them waiting outside.
The chicken wasn't kidding.
But you know what? We weren't kidding either.
