Now on with the chapter!
<*~*~*~*~*~*
I had no time to regroup because I had to meet Aryiana outside in the parking lot to go see Sage at her house.
My mind was still racing and I shuffled through my bag to search for a mint. Wouldn't want to have dick mouth while I'm hugging Sage or something.
That would've been major awksauce.
I got a piece of a gum and met Aryiana and I saw she was driving her Nissun today. "How you feel trooper?" She asks me and I shrug.
"Still worried. What about you?" I ask softly as I slide into the passengers seat.
"Same. It's sickening almost to even think about." Aryiana mumbles back.
"Violets not coming?" I ask and she shakes her head. "Couldn't find her and she won't reply to my texts or calls." Aryiana presses her lips together and starts driving, and I search her face.
"You're overthinking about something." It's a statement because I can tell by her expression.
"Of course it happened once she found out I was gay." She mumbled and I frowned.
"No. I think she might just be and that she found out through someone else." I point out and she shakes her head.
"She'd at least tell me and then ignore me afterwards. She doesn't accept me Marley." Aryiana says and I see her eyes are starting to become glossy.
"Don't start the water works on me Ary. You know how hard headed Vi can be. She seemed to be more upset with Sage than you when she came to me." I admit.
"She came to you about me?" Aryiana asks and her voice sounds strained.
"Mostly that she's mad at Sage and she's worried about her all at once because she's acting different. But she's acting equally as strange if not more." I say as we turn into Sages driveway.
"Violets hiding something too." Aryiana concludes and I nod.
That was the obvious part- but to what it was exactly is what stumped me.
We knocked on Sage's door and her mother opened it, short and stumpy with a heart shaped face, she smiled briefly at us before it dropped again.
"Is she here?" I ask and Her mother steps back.
"She's not well." Her mother whispers softly. Aryiana and I slowly walk up the stairs, in silence.
I had no idea what I'd say when I saw her but I didn't know how to deal with any of this.
It was heart wrenching.
"Sage?" Aryiana calls out, knocking on her door and then opening it slowly.
Sage is sitting up in her bed, the TV watching reruns of Rugrats, which was so her. She was wearing a large sweatshirt and pajama pants with her hair up. She looked fine but looked terrible all at once.
It was in her demeanor.
"Hey SageEnraged." I whisper and we sit on her bed. She's silent and expressionless, just staring at us intently.
"Are you okay?" Aryiana asks and Sage looks back at the television.
I look at Aryiana, who's eyes are pursuing me to try and get her to talk.
"We don't know what's going on. But whatever it is, we're always here if you need to talk. We're right by your side through thick and thin. You better bet your bitter bubble butter butt that we'd go to the end of the world to see you smile."
Finally, I saw the corners of Sages lips curve into a smile, "Only you would say something like that." She whispers and we all giggle silently.
"I'm serious though Sage." I add and Aryiana nods.
"You should know that we would never judge." Aryiana says and Sage rubs the side of her cheek and back up at us.
"There's nothing to tell." She says blankly and once again there's silence.
"Then why did you go the nurse?" I ask in a rushed tone. That causes her to take a step back and she looks at Aryiana and then back at me.
"I think you've overstayed your visit." She mumbles and I shake my head. "Sage, don't you think you might need somebody right now?" Aryiana rushes and Sage frowns.
"I don't need anybody. Right not all I need is for you to leave." Sage was never like this at all. She never spoke like this and that worried me even more.
"Sage-"
"Leave!" She shouts and I bite the inside of my cheek.
Aryiana looks back over at me and we slowly stand to our feet.
Sage covers her face with her left hand and exhales sharply.
I step in front of The door and look back at her, "We didn't mean it like that Sage. Just letting you know that you don't have to walk this road alone." I whisper and finally walk out the door.
"I feel sick to my stomach." Aryiana mutters as we head back for her car.
"I've never seen Sage like this before."
"Me either. What should we do?" Aryiana asks and I can see she's really worried.
"All we can do. Just be here for her- even if she doesn't want us to. That's what friends do." I mumble and Aryiana walks to the drivers seat.
"But she won't allow us." Aryiana complains and I give her a sincere smile.
"From what I've learned as a friend is that even when they pull away or act different, that's not the time to get defensive. We don't know what she's going through- even if she does have an eating disorder. It's more to that then just the eating disorder. We don't know what's underneath all her pain- so all we can do is be there for her. Thats what friends do." I whisper and Aryiana leans back.
"I know it's just, I never worry about Sage. It's like I never have to because she's the one with all the life and now everyone is just acting...it's just different Marley." She says with a defeated sigh.
She wasn't the first to tell me this and the more I was told this- the more I began seeing it myself.
"I feel like something bad is going to happen."
"Don't say that Aryiana. Words have power. Even negative ones." I tell her and she runs her hand through her hair.
"I'll try."
But deep down, I had the same exact feeling.
Even as I wrote more of my story, I still couldn't find the motivation. I was stopped at a halt with my first case of writers block and that was a bitch. I was too busy worrying about everything else, so I took a break and walked up to the Taco Bell to grab a Quesaritto.
Which wasn't the healthiest. And my mind had trailed off to Mr. Valente, there was obviously an attraction. I knew that by how hard I got his dick everytime we did something nasty. But then I wondered- how long would this last? How long would it be until it all passes for me? Until he loses interest? Or possibly me?
Of course as I had these thoughts, I turned my head to see a car approaching me and I quickly turned my back.
"Marley," Well kiss my nitty-gritty. It was seriously the son of a gun now. "Stalking me are we?" I say turning, as I see the window rolling down. He flashed his Hollywood smile at me and licked his lips, "Complete coincidence," Mr. Valente teases and I roll my eyes and swing my Taco Bell bag around. "What brings you to this neck of the woods?" I ask and he raises an eyebrow, "Downtown?" He replies back and I laugh awkwardly.
"Do you need a ride?" He asks, taking in my skirt and short shirt. "From a stranger? That would be bad." I say dramatically.
"Well you're a bad girl so that shouldn't be a problem." He mumbles, licking his lips and smirking. I stare at him for a moment before manuevering around to the passengers seat.
"This is so sweet of you Mr. Valente." I say sarcastically and he snorts, "Call me Ian. We're out of school." he says and I smile.
Hah- first name basis.
I hope he makes me scream his name. ..
"I live by Old Oak Road, by the pond." I tell him and he nods and we come to a stop light. "So your parents let you out often?" He asks me and I nod, "They're rarely home and besides, I'm a senior not a 10 year old." I remind and he rolls his eyes. "You don't drive?" He then asks and I shake my head. "Wow one thing, Marley Winter does not know how to do? That's a first." He says and I laugh humorously.
"I mean I know how to, but not legally. I can do a lot of things." I insist and I feel his hand on me knee.
He's pulling the strings to my vagina right about now. "Enlighten me."
"I cannot speap of it. Just show. Besides actions speak louder than words." I mumble. "You're a dangerous female Marley," He points out.
"So I've been told."
"Well must you be home at a certain time?" He asks me and I shake my head. "Would you like to see my humble abode?" he asks with a charasmatic smile and my heart sinks.
Holy shit, he's inviting me over.
"Not at all." I mumble and he turns the car around. "I have a special room to show you as well."
"Oh?" I ask.
"Yes. My playroom."
~*~*~*~*~**~
Okay I know it's wicked short but this chapter was a filler. The first Impulse filler.
Next chapter may or maynot be private but until then- a few things to cover.
1. I've seen many readers say that they knew Aryiana was a lesbian JUST because she complimented Marley a few times. Which is a lie, It could've been any other character that complimented her but I chose Aryiana because she was the one who dressed Marley up in the clothes and made her all preppy and such for the night.
That had nothing to do with her sexuality.
2. Like I said before, if you have guessed things in this book and you really think you have it figured out- you really dont. Some of you are my new readers but those who were there with my other books- you know better than that ;) hehe
3. Tomorrow is my birthday. June 22nd! Majah gyal !!
4. To all of my Philly readers. I'll be there next week :) so just private message me if you want to meet me! I'll be visiting some very close friends of mine.

So thank you all for your support and I'm sorry it's so short but I couldn't think of anything. So I'm really really really really really sorry :(
