(Blitzo is seen depressed in his room. The reason why he is like this is because of the fiasco in OOZIE'S. As tears keep falling from his eyes, he decides to commit suicide, but suddenly he hears a voice.)

????: This isn't supposed to happen to you, Blitzo.

Blitzo: Huh?

(Suddenly an aurora curtain is seen and a human figure comes out of it.)

Blitzo: Who are you?

Tsukasa: I'm just a passing-through Kamen Rider. Remember that!

Blitzo: Why are you here?

Tsukasa: I am here to offer you a better life.

(Then Tsukasa gives Blitzo a Desire Driver.)

Blitzo: What's this?

Tsukasa: This is the Desire Driver. I am giving it to you, because you'll need it in order to participate a fighting tournament.

Blitzo: A fighting tournament?

Tsukasa: Yes, you are among the select few who got elected to join the Desire Grand Prix!

Blitzo: But... why me?

Tsukasa: In order to ensure the safety of the world, you must participate in this fighting tournament. So? Do you accept?

(Blitzo thinks for a while, and then he remembers the bad things which happened during his current life, from being abused as a child to being ridiculed at OOZIE'S. After remembering those things, he makes his decision.)

Blitzo: I accept.

Tsukasa: Excellent. (gives two raise buckles) You'll need those too.

Blitzo: Thanks.

(Then Tsukasa and Blitzo go through the aurora curtain as the screen fades out.)
