It was the next day as Anne received a phone call and text message from her landlord telling that Anne can pay the rent when she can, Winters noticed fear in his voice which confused and shocked her.

Right now The time was four p.m as Anne was sitting with Carriette as Winters was watching her study.

Carriette: Mom, I can't solve this question.  Can you help me?

Anne: What's the matter, Carrie?

Anne was helping Carriette solve the question as Carriette thanked her mother and continued reading and concreting. Anne was staring at her as She was starting to think about Seth. Anne continued thinking about Seth as She was staring at the mirror.

Until Anne felt her arm shaking as Anne snapped out of her thoughts and saw Carriette.

Carriette: Mom, what's the matter??

Anne: Huh?? Oh I'm sorry, Is everything okay Carrie?

Carriette: Your thinking about something. What are you thinking about?

Anne: Its nothing, Carrie.

Carriette: *Smiles* Are you thinking about Seth maybe?

Anne's eyes were widen as She immediately turned and stared at Carriette.

Anne: What!?. . N-No. I'm not. What made you say that, Carrie??

Carriette: *Giggles* I see how happy you are when you go towards him Mom, I think your in love.

Anne: Carriette! Get back to concreting now or no more cookies.

Carriette: Awww Why- Actually it's okay! Seth said he will buy me more cookies!

Anne: Really?

Carriette nodded in happiness as Anne just stared and looked away for a couple mintues feeling a bit embrassed before looking back at her daughter.

Anne: Fine, But what if I do something to keep Seth in his house? Where will you get cookies then?

Carriette was silent as Anne had a smile on her face.

Anne: Good girl, Now get back to studying then ill make you some cookies.

Carriette just looked at Anne before she just nodded as Anne laughed a little and Carriette couldn't help but giggle.

Anne was smiling to herself as Carriette was studying as Anne was staring and continued thinking.

About an hour later, Carriette was done studying and memorising as Anne allowed her to watch the TV for sometime. Carriette was sitting and watching cartoons as Anne was looking at the time as She was thinking about the rent money and more.

Meanwhile Seth was at his house as He was laying on the couch and was thinking about Anne, He kept picturing her face in his head and continued smiling to herself until. . .

He fell off the couch as Seth grunted and stared as he was holding his head.

Seth: Oww my head!

Jon: What's the matter, Seth?

Seth turned and saw Jon holding the house keys, He seemed to be leaving the house soon.

Seth: Nothing! I just fell off the couch.

Jon started laughing as Seth just glared at him.

Seth: Not funny, Jon!

Jon: Hahhahahaha, Sorry Seth. Can't help. Were you maybe thinking about. . . Anne?

Seth: No!!!! I wasn't!

Jon: Hahaha I guess you really did. . "Fall" for her.

Seth gave a strange stare as Jon just smiled as Seth rolled his eyes and went to sit in the couch, Jon said he needed to go outside as Jon left the house while Seth was all alone.

Seth was thinking about Anne as He smiled to himself, He looked at his phone and continued thinking before he thought about something.

Seth: Maybe I should ask her out for dinner. . .

Seth was thinking about it, He really wanted to take Anne out and hang out with her. Seth was smiling before he decided to call her.

Meanwhile Anne was done cleaning some dishes as She was feeling tired, Suddenly she heard her phone ringing as She picked it up and saw the Caller ID. Anne answered the phone call as She spoke.

Anne: Hey Seth!

Seth: Hey Anne! How are you and How is Carriette?

Anne: We are both doing fine, Carrie just finished studying and is now watching TV. I just got done cleaning the dishes.

Anne had a huge smile on her face as She was putting the coffee mugs on their place as Seth chuckled and spoke to her.

Seth: Thats great to hear and Your a busy mother for sure.

Anne chuckled with a smile on her face.

Anne: Thats right. What's up for you?

Seth: Nothing much. Just chilling right now.

Anne: Mmmm, I see.

Seth: Hey Anne, I have a question. Are you free tonight?

Anne: Me? Well I think I am.

Seth: Uhhh. . . I was thinking maybe. . . We could go out for dinner?

Anne's eyes were widen as She was slightly blushing and spoke.

Anne: You wanna take me out?

Seth: Yeah, I was hoping we could.

Anne: I would actually love too. . . But I don't wanna leave Carriette alone at home and I don't have a babysitter. . . You don't mind if she could come with me?

Seth: I completely understand that and Why would I mind? Of course you can take her!

Anne: *Giggles*  You actually don't mind?

Seth: Yes, Carriette is a really sweet girl. You can bring her with you.

Anne: Okay Seth. What time?

Seth: Does Seven p.m sound good?

Anne: Thats great. I'll be there at Seven.

Seth: Sweet! See you soon, Anne. Take care of yourself.

Anne: You too Seth!

Anne smiled and hanged up the phone as She was feeling really happy and excited.

Meanwhile Seth was even more excited as He was smiling to himself while looking at his phone.

A few hours later.

It was seven p.m as Anne was dressed in a black dress as She was done applying her makeup, She also finished dressing up Carriette as She turned and saw Carriette wearing a white dress.

Anne: Aww you look gorgeous, Carrie!

Carriette: Thank you Mommy. Where are we going by the way?

Anne: Heh, You will see soon.

Carriette: *Smiles* Is it a surprise?

Anne: Yes and you will love it.

Carriette was curious as Anne smiled and took her purse as She messaged Seth that she was going to arrive soon.

Later on, Anne arrived at a seafood restaurant as Carriette got out of the car with Anne.

Meanwhile Seth was in the restaurant as he was getting messages from work but he decided to ignore it for sometime since he wants to be with Anne. Seth was fixing his long hair as He looked at his suit.

Seth was looking at the time as He was waiting for Anne, Rollins saw many people entering and leaving restaurant.

Soon he heard voices as He turned and saw Carriette running as Seth had a huge smile on his face.

Seth: Carrie!

Carriette: Seth!!! Your also in the restaurant?? Me and Mom were also coming here.

Seth: *Laughs* Well I don't think your mom told that She was going to meet me.

Carriette: *Shocked* Really!?

Anne was walking and smiling as she waved at Seth as Seth smiled and saw her dress as He was shocked.

Seth: Hey Anne and Oh my. . . You look beautiful.

Anne couldn't help but blush as Seth smiled at her, Seth grabbed Anne's hand and kissed it as Anne blushed even more, Carriette grinned at Anne as Anne just stared at her.

Anne: Oh your such a gentleman Seth, A Very typical one.

Seth laughed as Anne, Carriette took a seat as Seth was smiling and looking at both of them.

Seth: Seriously though, Anne. You look stunning in that dress.

Anne: *Smiles and blushes* Aww thank you Seth.

Seth: No problem at all.

Anne was looking at his suit as she smiled at him.

Anne: The suit totally matches you.

Seth couldn't help but smile at her as He spoke.

Seth: Aw thanks Anne.

Anne was smiling at him as Seth was smiling at her until. . .

Carriette: Ooooooh! You two are romancing together?

Both Anne and Seth's eyes were widen in shock as Carriette looked at both of them as They were both blushing.

Anne: Carriette!!!

Carriette: You and Seth are calling eachother beautiful and handsome.

Anne: C-CARRIE!

Seth was blushing as Carriette had a huge smile on her face as Anne was blushing and looked at her daughter.

Anne: Don't say that!!! We're just. . . . Complimenting eachother!

Seth: Hahahha Okay okay, Anne. Don't shout at Carrie. She's just joking.

Anne: I know but-

Seth: She's innocent hahaha.

Anne gave a stare as Seth laughed as Carriette ran to sit next to Seth as Seth patted her head as Anne rolled her eyes.

Anne: You two are literally a team at this rate.

They shared a laugh together as Seth was smiling at them before he spoke.

Seth: Anyways, Aside from that. What would you like to eat?

Anne: Grilled shrimps maybe?

Seth: Oooh that's a very nice choice, Anne. What about you, Carrie?

Carrie: I want noodles!

Anne giggled as Seth laughed and patted her head.

Seth: Alright, Anything for you princess.

Anne looked at Seth as Carriette was smiling and laughing, Anne couldn't help but smile at how Seth and Carriette are having fun as The waiter came with the menu as Seth grabbed the menu and ordered it.

Soon, They were talking about their lives as Carriette was just sitting and looking around as Anne spoke.

Anne: So How old are you, Seth?

Seth: I'm twenty eight.

Anne: Oh really?? I didn't know that actually.

Seth: Hahaha, I know it's a surprise.

Anne: Hehehe, I'm thirty one actually.

Seth: Wait really? I see then.

Seth was actually surprised as He continued speaking to her.

Seth: So when did you have Carriette?

Anne: I had her when I was twenty four, I was quite young.

Seth: Ahhh I see then.

Anne: Mmmm, Yeah.

Seth: Your hardworking for sure, Your husband left you when you were-

Anne: Twenty five, Carriette was also one year old.

Seth: I'm really sorry to hear about that.

Anne: Its okay Seth, I'm managing.

She had a big smile on her face as Seth touched her hand which shocked her.

Seth: I know. If you raised your daughter alone for years. Then you really are strong.

Anne: *Smiles* That's so kind of Seth. . .

Seth nodded as Anne was smiling to her as Seth kept smiling.

Seth: I wonder what goes through your head when you hear my name.

Anne: Hmmm? What do you mean?

Seth: I mean. . . You smile alot when you hear my name.

Anne smiled and giggled shyly as Seth was smiling at her, That was until their food finally arrived as it was Grilled shrimps

The waiter put a bowl of noodles for Carriette as Carrie was excited as They all smiled at eachother and started eating.

A two hours past as Anne and Seth kept talking about their lives while they were also talking to Carriette before Anne had to leave, She was holding Carriette's hand as Seth was smiling waving at them.

Seth saw Carriette and Anne heading to the car as Anne looked at Seth one last time with a smile before driving away as Seth was smiling as He fixed his suit and couldn't help but think about her.
