Xander's P.O.V(Lifeofdoom Doom) Yes the girls finally let me stay! But I have to go to school. And I have a family! Well just a dad but better than nothing right! "Time for school!"my dad yelled. I was already awake I guess he didn't know. The girls showed me there special meeting place. I'm supposes to meet them there every morning for school. "Coming!" I yelled back. I put on some jeans and a black T-shirt. I walked down the stairs. "What's for breakfast?" I asked walking into the kitchen. "Well if I don't burn down the house, we will hopefully be eating bacon." He replied. I nodded. "Okay." Luckily he did not burn down the house, but he burnt the bacon. Oh well it still tasted fine. I looked at the stove clock. "I'd better be going." I said picking up my backpack. "Okay see you after school." "Bye." I replied. I went to the meeting place. The only one there was Scarlet. "Hey." I said walking up behind her. She turned around startled. "Oh uh hey." She replied. "Let me tell you some rules." She said suddenly serious. She brushed a stray piece of blond hair behind her ear. "About school?" I asked. She nodded. "Do not tell any mortals that you are immortal." She said her eyes wide " Don't ever show a mortal your powers." "Last but not least don't fall in love with a mortal." I looked down at her. "Why?" I asked. "Why what?" She snapped. "Why can't we fall in love with mortals?" I asked again. She frowned. "Because we will live forever, they won't." She replied. "But some mortals live longer than others, so if one dies before the other won't it kind of be the same if we fall in love with them?" I asked uncertainly. "Just don't." That is what happened to my father, Apollo my mother was a mortal and she died, and now he is heartbroken, and since my father can't die he forever left in grief." She said looking at the ground. "Wait if your mother is a mortal and your dad is a immortal, wouldn't that make you a half blood?" I asked not paying attention to whatever else she had said. She showed me a small bow ring with a gem inside on her finger. "This is why." She replied. "Hey whatcha guys talking about?" Skylar and Arianna walked up to us. "Took you guys long enough to get here." Scarlet scolded. Skylar shrugged. Misty walked up and waved. "Ready to go?"she asked. We all nodded. We walked to school in silence.
