"Manik, I am saying something." Cabir noticed Manik was lost somewhere. He put the file on the table and sat in front of Manik.

"About what?" Manik asked to take the file, but cabir and Abhi just looked at him.

"What! Why are you both seeing me like this?" Manik asked irritatingly.

"What you are doing, not concentrating on anything, is always lost somewhere. Mukthi said what happened two days back. Don't force her?" Abhi ssid.

Manik glared at them, "I am nowhere forcing her. Trying to make her understand I am better than that bastard."

"That's fine, why are you stressed about it? All going according to your plan na?" Cabir asked.

Manik nodded and turned to the large window.

"But she .. somewhere still scared of something. It's Varun who controls her life like anything..whenever I try to talk about it..she ignores it. I am controlling myself not to shout at her." Manik said. For two days, Manik met her in her mansion when Varun was there, but Nandini didn't speak much or ignore him.

"Go slow...Varun shouldn't get any clue about it." Cabir said, Manik nodded and stood buttoning his coat.

"Sir..the client is here." Manik pa peek through the door, Abhi nodded.

Trio walked out, "Anything Cabir...i want her details soon..Why this time Abhi?" Manik asked, walking to the conference room.

"I asked Toni....he will send it soon." Abhi said.

"I need every single detail every soon..there must be something which he did wrong or some weakness I need it.... I can't wait. I need it in my arms soon." Manik looked at both and walked in, to attend the meeting.

Cabir and Abhi moved otherwise. Varun came out of the place he hid. He came here to speak about some clauses, and heard Manik coming out so he stopped.

"Who is he talking about?? Is it about Nandini or some other girl..as if i know he never dated any girl. I need to keep Nandini away from him, she is the only Trump card, I am rich now." Varun thought about moving when manik's pa cmae.

"Sir, any problem?"

"Nothing, get lost." Vaeun snapped at him, and moved out immediately from there.

"Idiot...I asked what problem only, not his life?" Manik's pa cursed and ran to the meeting hall to escape from his angry boss.

Nandini sitting in the garden, with a book which contains a few collections of her mother's. Her mother loves books, she has a beautiful library in their house, but which is not even touched after their death. She shifted to her adopted parents house at age of 9, she never visited her mother house, she wanted to go there.

She hugged the book close to her and looked at the sky which was a little cloudy. For three days, her mind and heart didnot listen to her at all. She felt weird whenever Manik came to visit her. His gaze, smile, eyes, his whole presence itself maks her nervous or a new feeling in her stomach which she never felt.

His care and talks shock her, she never thought Capo of Mafia would speak to her so softly and take care of her unlike her husband.

Coming to Varun, he never did anything to her which surprised her. He became caring, from bed juice, breakfast till her dinner, he took care for two days. She was earning for it for two years now she feels nothing..She can't trust him again. He mistakenly gave coffee yesterday, from which he got a nice scolding from Meera. She shouted like anything saying he wanted to kill the baby or what. Varun didn't say anything but walked out in anger.

"Thinking about me." She shivered when a hot breath landed on her ear, hot ip immediately to see Manik standing with a smile.

She looked away, "You here??..Varun is not at home." Said, even knowing he came to see her.

"Who asked him? I came to see you, here.." Manik said, forwarding a bag.

Nandini nodded no, "Sorry sir..But I can't take anymore..You no need to buy this for me."

~Why can't I buy it for my wife?~ Jayden shouted, trying to take control but Manik ignored him.

He smiled slightly, "It's fruits only, which is good for babies. Take it." Pushed the bag in her hands.

"Thanks.. please listen this is the last time. I can't lie to Varun." Nandini said strictly and walked inside, Manik rolled his eyes.

"As if I am scared of him." Manik said sarcastically and walked behind her, seeing her sitting on the couch. Something got his attention which made him smile.

"I am hurt..You said you don't want any gift..But you are wearing my gift." Manik asked, smirking, Nandini looked at him in confusion.

He walked near her, pointed at her ankle where a small ankle chain was hanging. Nandini hid her legs under the couch and looked away, making him smile.

"Haa..Haa I thought it's Mukthi or Navya di brought." Nandini stammered.

Manik sat beside her, leaning towards her, making her nervous, "Really? I don't think so.."

Nandini looked at him angrily, "If you want..i can take it." She kept leg on table, about to remove it but Manik held her hands and pulled her towards him, Nandini fell on him.

"Don't even try to remove it. It's so beautiful on your leg, as if made for you. So be a good girl and wear it even in sleep ok." Manik said looking straight into her eyes, who nodded like a doll.

He smiled and kissed her forehead, Nandini closed her eyes to feel the moment, and didn't feel like pushing him.

"So beautiful.." he said, caressing her cheek which turned pink, making him smile. He leaned towards her, but she moved back keeping hands on his chest.

"Sir..It's wrong...please.." Nandini's voice crooked saying it, Manik lifted her face which had tears.

"Wif..Nandu.." Manik cupped her face, whipped her tears but Nandini pushed her hands down softly, keeping distance which Manik hated.

"Please sir.. understand...i can't do ...i am loyal to my husband..please.. Don't spoil it...please don't come here anymore." Ndini stammered, inside she felt something breaking.

Manik just looked at her with a neutral face. Nandini, who didn't get any answer, looked at him.

"Sir.." Nandini called but Manik stood up immediately and rubbed his face, took a deep breath.

Nandini looked at him in confusion. Manik turned to her, "You are so loyal to your so-called bastard husband right...Who didn't even deserve it. Wait..I won't come here anymore..But you will come to me..just in few days, you will be in my arms, Nandini Murthy, ex- Nandini Singhania...You will be come back to me...as my wife..Soon....very soon...I will be waiting for it, wifey." Said, walked out after kissing the corner of her lips. Nandini stood numb hearing his words.

"His wife??..what the hell he said now?...I accept I feel something for him but it's wrong I am married...But he...by what he saying this. Ayyappa!! Please save me." Nandini sat there in tension.

Manik walked our angrily, kicked the car in anger.

~Control angry Hulk.~ Jack said.

"How could I? She..she still trusts that batrad after he did this much..God!! This is why I hate girls..They are so loyal to their husbands even after they do this much....She is still lost in the 19th century.' Manik said, holding his head.

~Can't change..But bro with what proof you said she will come to us.~ Jack asked.

"Who knows...in anger I said something. Need to think about it now only.~ Manik shrugged his shoulders. Jack and Jayden hit their own heads.

~Stupid. I thought you had something.~ Jayden said.

Manik rolled his eyes, "Comeon, nothing is impossible for Manik Malhotra..She is mine.. eventually she will come to me."

He was about to sit in the car when someone called him from behind. He turned to see an old lady, remembering she is a maid here.

"Yes."

"Sir..I want to talk about something." Meera said.

Manik frowned, then nodded, "what is it about?"

"It's about Nandini.." Meera aunty said with worry.

"What about her??" He asked.

Meera aunty looked around at guards and him. Manik, who noticed, took something from his pocket, "this is my card..keep it and call me whenever you are free." Meera nodded and took it.

Manik glanced at her, sat in the car and drove away. Meera hid the card in her pocket and walked inside.

"Had dinner??" Varun asked, sitting on bed beside Nandini who was a little stiff.

"Ye..yes.." Nandini said, concentrating on her book. Vaeun nodded, looking at her made her uncomfortable.

"Did that Manik Malhotra come here?" Varun asked and to her shock Nandini nodded yes seeing his strict face.

"He ..ca..came to give me..some foods for pregnant girls to eat..his sister made..She was busy so on the way he came." Nandini stammered some lies, and Varun nodded.

Nandini prayed he should believe it, ekpt the book on side table and Kay down immediately

"You know about him, Nandu...how dangerous and evil he is. Stay away from him, which will be good for you and Abby. He doesn't have any humanity when it comes to the Mafia. So..o hope you understand. I will ask guards not to let him inside..and be safe." Varun said, kissing her head and laying down beside her.

Nandini refused to accept it, yeah he was bad and evil. But with her he never forced or did something wrong, only got angry. Her heart refused to accept it, so she kept thoughts away, as of now this baby inside her is important for her, hernonoy life. She told Manik to stay away, now her only motive was to ignore him. She glanced at the window, curtains dancing in the wind, she wanted to sew that wolf again but Varun locked the back door of the kitchen which leads to wood, saying it might be dangerous.

Nandini sighed and closed her eyes to get some sleep, oniy to see the brown eyes and smiling face of Manik.

"Ayyappa...Why can't I get him away from my head?" Nandini pouted.

"Can't sleep." She turned right to see Varun with closed eyes. His hands circled around her and pulled into him, hid into her hair and slept.

She was uncomfortable unknowingly, which was peace once. She tried to remove her arms but it tightened so she sighed and closed her eyes to get some sleep.

In a dark corner, a soul glaring at it., his black eyes were to kill the man with his wife. He looked at their hands, Varun's hands automatically removed, and Nandini was pushed away from him. Vaeun was thrown to the edges of the bed.

Manik walked near Nandini,kneeling beside her. His finger touched the frown lines on her forehead, rubbed it slowly. She smiled and slipped into deep sleep, which made him smile.

~So beautiful you are wifey...how much I miss you.~ Manik caressing her cheeks, his eyes were black as is Jayden's control.

~..I need you in my arms soon..very soon you will be mine...Your demon is waiting..come back love...love you, Wifey.~ Manik said kissing the corner of her lips, made her smile, struggled more into the pillow, hugged her stomach, which took his attention.

His hands raised and tried to touch her stomach, but soon he was thrown back..with great force. Hia body hit the tress and fallen on ground with jerk.

"Shit!! What is that?" Manik asked in shock, standing in the air.

~Don't know..But I can't touch her stomach... something pushed me away...~ Jayden asked.

"Why did it happen?.." Manik thought in confusion, standing outside her window in the air. He glanced at her stomach which was circled by her hands.

~We can't touch her stomach..~ Jayden said.

~ but I did...when I first met her.~ Jack said in confusion. Manik and Jayden stood in confusion, thinking about it.
